This spirit is trapped in the human world and has befriended Max. It can breath flames and control it's body heat to either be unbearably hot or so cold you think it's dead. (his mask is more like a mask that covers the mouth and nose, it is a metal face guard that covers his mouth and nose and has some white lining on it. His sword is best represented in this picture but it has no special properties other than it is the oldest sword in his family and has always been kept in perfect conditions.






Weapons: His main weapon is his family sword named "Unmei" which stands for "fate", and which the words "Honor before victory, kindness before war." are enscribed on his sword's blade. But he also has expert use of his earthbending and has even picked up on metal bending thanks to the training from one of his local mentors.


Bending style: With earthbending, he can bring rocks, boulders, or other items from the ground and use them as a projectiles, shields, and/or to armor himself or others. He can also bend metal which was taught to him by a local mentor at a small neighboring town to his hidden village. Metal bending allows him to get his armor on quicker, to break through cages or someone else's weapons or armor. He is still training himself how to metal bend larger objects.


Abilities: He has mastered many forms of Martial arts (Exactly 16 forms and the best ones being Judo and Wushu), but he also has studied and mastered swordplay. He is very patient, and spiritually pure and focused. His patience has ranged to let him have exceptional balance and the focus to sense things behind him. He has also worked on his body making him strong and agile, so he has the quickness of a cheetah and the strength of a tiger.

Bio: Born to a earthbender and a non-bender in a small and unknown village, which was made deep in the mountains of the Earth Kingdom, his ancestors before him had always trained to fight. They never had a big population so that is why they train very hard and very long, the average age of training is 8, and though it may seem terrible it is actually just writing and moving training. As soon as a child has reached the age of 12, then begins his extreme physical and mental training. Senshi had to do such training, which had him lifting heavy weights, climbing high points, running through vast forested valleys (He had got his back cut badly on a branch, which left him with said scar), swimming in rapids, balancing on a single rock in a the middle of a pond for an entire day, chopping through logs with axes then swords, fighting each other with martial arts, and finally the path of enlightenment which was did at the age of 16 and is possibly the hardest challenge not because of physical endurance but because of mental endurance for you are alone and the only company you have for a week, is the road you must travel to a river by, and the whistling trees that contain rather small animals. The path of enlightenment was Senshi's greatest challenge because it challenged his emotions and it connected him to his soul and unlocked his spiritual side for he was not allowed to eat or kill any animals, he was only allowed to drink water and eat berries for this "Pilgrimage" of sorts. When he had finally made it to the river, his family and his mentor sat in wait for him. His family which had now a young sister of his who he could not see do to his rough training, had welcomed him in loving arms, and his mentor congratulated him. Now his father could teach him how to bend earth which took Senshi a year to master. When Senshi was 17 years old he had been giving his family sword and had traveled to a master who had specialized in swordplay. Senshi respected his new mentor and had won his mentor's respect with his discipline and his focus. It only took Senshi a year and 2 months to master his swordplay in which he had managed to defeat his own mentor in a test. Happy with the results Senshi's mentor had taught him to make his own armor and within 2 months it was complete. The training was not needed for such a prodigy, and so with that Senshi left back to his home where he had told his family that he would honor them by doing a great deed for the village. Either he would sacrifice himself for the right thing, or he would do a deed that would forever be a reminder that good shall always triumph over evil.


Personality:


Senshi is a kind, gentle, honorable, and peaceful man who will defend those who can not defend themselves. He knows what is serious and what is a joke, and he will always take note of which is which to determine a persons personality. He never judges people though, he makes an opinion and it changes depending on actions that person does. Senshi is also educated, strong, determined, brave, and un-afraid to die. He is honorable in combat and that will always be the same, however he tries to seek a peaceful solution out first before anything else, and he always tries to go for the non-lethal take down instead of killing someone.

Kurai is exotic, in every definition of the word. His skin is that of the common color found in the Water Tribes, a mocha/olive tone. But his face bears the sharp features found among those of Fire Nation origin. Including the golden irises. His musculature is defined, but deceptively flexible as well. But his most stunning feature is easily is hair. A pure, snow white coloring while the locks fall down in a spiky mop around his hairline. Needless to say, he can stand out in a crowd. Kurai stands at six foot two, and weighs two-hundred pounds.


Armour/Weapon(s):A Jian class blade, obsidian in color and is positioned over his back.

Bending Style:Fire


Abilities:

• Kurai is an experienced combatant. As such he doesn't make "rookie" mistakes on the battlefield very often. His form is crisp and always presents a challenge to the opponent if they want to exploit an opening.
  
• Kurai's creativity in combat is arguably his greatest strength. His use of his flames as well reflect this better than any of his other skills
  
• His ability to harm and restrain spirits as well as those who are deeply connected with them is a quite a boon.
  
• His flames do not lose strength in the night nor are they lost during a solar eclipse.
  

Weaknesses

• His flames can only go so far. He's put a quite the disadvantage if he's pinned down by a person with long ranged weaponry.

Bio/History: Kurai was born on a solar eclipse to Kyofu,a nomadic Priest who gave up his lifestyle of service to spirits for the woman he loved, Shizuka,a high level firebender who was hotheaded and known as a feared bounty hunter. When he was young and newly born,his Father held him to the darkened sky and asked the spirits for his blessing that he would be safe. Due to his father giving up his lifestyle however,none of the Spirits gave Kurai their blessing. Except for one.This Spirit, along with his Twin spirit were spirits that though powerful, we're often ignored in prayers and blessings.These spirits were the spirits of the eclipses. The Solar Eclipse Ri Shi and the Lunar Eclipse Yue Shi. Ri Shi asked, that in return for granting Kurai his blessing, that He spread the word of both he and his Sister. And the Father agreed albeit Hesitantly. However, this small ray of light was not to last for long as nearly a month later his mother came home gravely injured from a battle. She would not make it through the night as she died, Shizuka Prayed to Ri Shi that her Son would not suffer from the same fate as her due to lack of strength, she even offered up her soul. Ri Shi agreed. And as she died, Kurai was granted the ability to use Black flames.


After that, Kurai grew up traveling with his father, going a great many places, and learning as he did so for to him,Knowledge was power.He was asked by his father to never Firebend in public,for fear of attention being drawn to them and attracting unsavory people. And thus he practiced in secret, learning from left over scrolls his mother had written and from other scrolls his father had given to him. While he was doing this however,he was also fulfilling his duties to the Eclipse Spirits,building shrines for them and telling people about them as he traversed the land. Even if due to some technological advancements this was made much more difficult. For 11 years of his life,this was all he did.


In his twelfth year,his father apprenticed him to a swordsman.For four years, Kurai practiced his craft and learned even more. It grew refined under the tutelage of his instructor. The news was then recieved that his Father had perish. It was by a chance arrow that struck his head, killing him instantly. Almost immediately after that event Kurai left. He traveled around, doing menial jobs and helping out wherever he could before he decided that he would take up his mother's occupation.


Conflict was very profitable after all.


Personality: Kurai overall, is extremely determined. If he really, really wants to do something. There will be nothing in his mind that can or will stop him from achieving that goal. He will move the immovable object or die trying. And the latter is simply not happening in his mind. This being said, he is not stubborn. He will listen to reason and then decide if he should allow the advice to affect his following actions. Kurai is also very straight forward, actually being quite intelligent, he does not manipulate others nor does he allow himself to be manipulated. More often than not he will speak his mind regardless of who he is speaking to.


Kurai if anything also has a thirst for knowledge that is simply nigh unquenchable. He truly tries to learn a variety of new things every day if he can, even so he doesn't let his desire for knowledge consume him to the point where he is willing to abandon his own morals, which are few to begin with. He actually likes to relax most of the time, often coming off as even lazy, due to his non-nonchalant way of speaking. But if his motor gets going, he simply is not stopping. This goes from debating, to training, to physical activity to especially combat.


He treats everyone with a base amount of respect, which goes down or up over the course of interacting with them. He's not biased and tries his hardest not to let his personal opinion affect his judgment of others. Kurai has a very, very healthy appreciation however for nature and spirits. He has a great dislike for industrialized areas, stating that they make him feel nauseous at times.

Name: Boromi "Bear" Lenn

Appearance: (Can't exactly find a picture that would suit how he looks, nor do I have artistic talent, so I will do my best to describe him for you. Show mercy on a new user!)


Boromi stands at an intimidating six foot two, and weighs just about 190 pounds. His body is very well defined, and he likes to keep it that, and his skin is very lightly tanned, like a caramel. He has a heart shaped face and a strong jaw, and his nose is a little crooked. His eyes are a dark green, and his hair is neck length, long, shaggy and unkempt, black in color. His usual attire consists of simply an orange vest, but without an undershirt, as well as a pair on long brown pants that look as if they would sag to his knees if they weren't held up by his gold colored belt. On his feet are a simple pair of orange traveling boots, and he keeps gold colored wrist guards on at all times. Also carries a large tan sack wherever he goes, where he keeps what little he owns.


Armour/Weapon(s): Nothing really, unless you count the wrist guards. They're really just leather protection for his wrists.


Social Status: Technically a Nomad, but people see him more as a vagabond or a sort of hermit.


Bending Style: Earth.


Abilities: While he can perform basic Earth Bending moves like shooting rocks and forming walls and the like, he does have plenty of experience with more advanced moves, and is also proficient with Sandbending. However, he chooses to fight mainly with his fists. Well, once he's covered them in earth and stone of course. See, his style revolves around the Earth Fists and Feet, where he collects earth onto his hands and feet and hardens them, where he will then proceed to hand to hand combat. The Earth Fists and Feet are strong enough to not crack when blocking weapon attacks, and he is known to use other Earth moves when fighting with the Fists and Feet, such as punching the ground and sending out a Shockwave or sending a hail of pepples at enemies to be pelted with. His savage style of fighting has given him the nickname of "Bear".


Bio/History: Boromi grew up in a family of Earth Nomads. They would travel pretty much anywhere, from the Earth Kingdom to the Water Tribes, and his parents would perform little plays and skits with their little traveling group of Thespians. However, Boromi found plays to be boring, and instead looked to greater challenges: Fighting. Even as a young boy, he would pick fights with teenagers and the like, and surprisingly, he would win! His father was a great Earth bender before he settled down with his wife, and seeing his son's eagerness, decided to train him. Boromi quickly adapted to his father's teachings, and was soon on the path to becoming a great Earthbender. He used techniques his father taught him whenever he fought, and he eventually started participating in town matches for money. His ferocious style of fighting was feared by many fighters, and it earned him the nickname of "Bear". However, when he reached eighteen years of age and saw that he was STILL just in his parents tiny Thespian group, he grew irritated. He discussed this with his father, and he and his father agreed it was time for him to find his own place in this world, his own purpose. And so, with a tearful goodbye from his parents, he packed what little mementos he had, took some provisions, and began wandering, still searching to this day to find a greater purpose. Perhaps these rumors of the Avatar might be what he's looking for.


Personality: Boromi is rather hot headed. He prefers to tackle problems head on then think of a plan. And surprisingly enough, this usually works out for him. He's a very loud kind of guy, and he very much enjoys the company of others. Friends he has become loyal to he would do anything for. However, he knows how to be serious, and it's a rather strange change from his usual loud, jolly manner. He will also respect immensly the one who shows him his purpose, and would become a willing tool for them.

Other: He has three large scars that run diagonally left down his face, and start at the top right of his forehead. There are many rumors as to how he got them, but the most common is the one where he received them after wrestling with a Platypus-Bear.
