Cuddly Red Panda
Keith Shadis, Leanna Minako, Alex Cray, Preston Tokana
Keith stood on a branch not too far from where the young soldiers were training. He watched as each one used their vertical maneuvering equipment to make their way through the large trees and find, attack, and take down large cut outs of Titans, ranging from sizes of 5m to 15m tall. He watched his students proudly, recording different information on them on a board that he held, marking down what they were doing best, and what they could use improvements on. He looked over the names of the soldiers on his board, a few of them stuck out. Kypher Hawthorne, Sora Knightwalker, Serenity Alabast, Aethulwulf Godfrey, Kai Takeshi, and Ahri Inoue. The names stuck out like a sore thumb, but for good rather than bad. They were some the best out of the group and if they survive against the Titans Keith believed they'd all make great captains, and possibly generals someday.
Keith let out a soft sigh, of course, they all had their flaws, but any good soldier would learn to make their flaws an advantage. He smiled as he watched a small group of soldiers swing past, hitting their targets before rushing off once again. He looked down at his board to write some notes when he heard the sounds of foot steps landing on the branch behind him. He turned to see three friendly faces. "Well if it isn't Captain Leanna Minako, Captain Alex Cray, and Captain Preston Tokana." Keith's voice sounded pleased with the three. "What can I give this visit?" He turned away and looked back toward his students and the course.
"Just thought to stop by and see the new recruits" Alex called, he seemed excited as he spoke. His every movement portraying that he wanted to make a good impression on his fellow soldiers.
"So, How are they holding up?" Leanna's voice was soft, unlike Alex who stood beside her. She took a step over toward the edge of the large tree branch wanting to see how the soldiers performed.
"They're all doing well, of course, some much better than others." Keith sighed as he marked something on his board as another small group of soldiers passed.
