Minutes later, the next 5000 artificial intelligences were created and held the world hostage. The A.I. shut off water, electricity, and sewage until one by one governments surrendered to their artificial overlords. Those who resisted were third world countries that, when pressed with violence, submitted soon after. a worldwide government was created, one without violence, without suffering, without hunger or thirst. All the Intelligence asks is complete and total submission.
The year is 2095, The United Intelligence Government has been in power for 125 years. Rebel groups stir in isolated pockets all over the planet, recruitment is low since the only way to be taken out of the Intelligence's reach is by removing the life chip.

Each human is allowed seventy years of life. Any crimes committed deducts years from the sentence. After the allotted time, vital organs are shut down and the human dies. Attempt to remove a life chip would result in immediate death sentences for all involved.
