Am I God?

So as I was reading my thread, I realized something fishy: for whatever reason, I'm allowed to edit other people's posts there, including posts by Admin. Is this supposed to occur, or did a bug just give me god-control of this thread?

I'm not sure what is going on here. I believe that it may have to do with the roleplay system allowing you to control your game.

Yeap, as long as you are the creator of the thread, I think it allows you to edit posts. This was originally a VIP-only feature, but now that they have done away with VIP status, per se, they (the site admins and such) gave these features to all users to better moderate their roleplays. These come in useful for lots of things, such as erasing an inactive player's CS, or editing spelling errors, but as in all moderation, should be used appropriately


This is all to the best of my knowledge, of course, seeing as it was an announced feature a while ago.

Indeed! Yet I believe it is intended to only work within a roleplay.

Interesting. I've found it to work in many other threads as well, though I haven't utilised them elsewhere but in an RP. That may be wherein the bug lies.
