Brief description:
The northern ruins have been inhabited for at least three centuries, built by warlords whose names have already been forgotten. This makes it even more unusual for there to be signs of activity around the ruin's perimeter.
Whoever, or whatever's at work there is a mystery. Merchants and Townsfolk alike are unsettled by these recent events.
Provide us with Information or outright rid us of this problem and we'll pay a handsome amount of silver for your troubles.
We'll even provide you with magical support

Bodyguards, support and guidance through dangerous territory

Simple, the presence of powerful individuals might be enough to scare off bandits and the like

Silver and a percentage of the merchant's profits
Brief description:
The passes are dangerous this time of the year. Bandits, beasts and the like may ambush unsuspecting travelers, thus we seek individuals who know the landscape and might help us through somewhat uncharted routes to our destination.

Exterminate a creature threat!

Medium according to official Guild classification
Rewards:
Gold, prestige and hunting permits for further endeavors
Brief description:
Every time humanity takes a step forward these creatures set us at least three steps back. Vile beasts that lurk in the wild and prey on unsuspecting travelers or even raid smaller villages and farms. Eyewitnesses report draconic creatures of vermillion scales and four limbs, yet they have only seen glimpses of the creature.
Our experts think it may be some type of Wyrm or Wyvern if you're lucky.

Eradicate the threat, destroy its nest and join us in a night of food and drink!
