Karn Liberated can't be a commander, but resetting the game could have a bunch of flavour

There are a host of various commanders who are constructs as well, including but not limited to Karn, Silver Golem and Karn, Legacy Reforged, Bosh, Iron Golem, and The Peregrine Dynamo.

Even then, the commander themselves doesn’t necessarily need to represent the character as much as the deck should. An Esper Sharuum the Hegemon artifact recursion or a Scarab God reanimator deck would be thematically appropriate to represent your character’s experience of giving up their life to become essentially a puppet (walking corpse or not).

Might rethink my idea actually seeing how he has little memory lol . Though tbh I cant seem to find guys who both work and feel suitable, so might try and think of an easier concept for a character
