You are a team of adolescent Superhumans recruited by SHIELD and trained by Black Canary and Despendium Bennett (The Mist)
Each of you has been chosen for your unique ability in order to be used in special ops missions that need to be kept in low radar in the streets of Coast City.
Failure or disorder could cause the program to be shut down and for some of the meta humans to be put in "lockdown" mode in extreme cases.
