Name: Mitchy Price


Alias: Thorne


Costume: She wears a white mask and a white gloves when fighting crime.


Method of Operation: Mitchy operates in a wild manner. She kills without a thought. If she catches someone in the act of breaking the law, she kills them. Once she starts her attack, she ends it with the death of her opponent. Her slaughters are bloody, messy, and violent. She then takes the body back into her hideout, cleanses the body with a surgical antiseptic, places a rose petal in the body's mouth, and puts the body under a car.


Abilities: her knife fighting schools are unmatched by most, and her quick footwork makes her a challenging opponent. She can climb, sprint, roof-run, and fight.


Equipment: two knives for fighting. Two knives for throwing. One rope.


Daily lifestyle


Mitchy lives on the streets, sleeping in abandoned buildings and alleyways. She doesn't have a job. She's looks like and acts like a street rat. Mitchy generally is an unnoticed speck of dirt that no one really pays too much attention to.


Brief history


Mitchy comes from a small family. She has an older sister, an older brother, and two parents. They were loving and providing. The three children were happy. But the joy faded when Mitch's brother died. He was buying drugs from a dealer and the deal went south. He was shot in the head twice. Mitchy vowed revenge, and she got it very soon after. The dealer's body was found under a car, his neck slit ear to ear. Upon examination, the medical examiner found a rose petal inside the mouth of the body. After committing first degree murder, Mitchy ran. She never returned home. For all her family knows, she is dead also. But that isn't the case at all. Mitchy found a thrill in killing criminals, a thrill she couldn't have found anywhere else.


Personality


Upon first meeting Mitchy, you will notice certain ticks. She fidgets incessantly, usually with the end of her rope. Whenever she stops to think, her eyes flick around randomly. Mitchy is twitchy. It seems like at all times she has to be doing something. Mitchy is quiet, speaking only when spoken to. Her words are carefully chosen, as though she is scared to say the wrong thing. The topic of violence seems to deter her. That is, until violence actually breaks out. Then a switch in her is flipped. She always ends her battles in a death, and so far it never has been her death. She seems to enjoy watching someone beg for their life.

Method of Operation:

Jessica is a Ruthless Vigilante who intends to make the New Carthage a better place no matter how lethal the results are of her actions. Even though she will go after anyone breaking the law, including Police Officers, she mainly goes after Gang Members. Her method of execution depends on the terrain she is attacking on as well as her mood. Sometimes it will be a quick, but bloody death. Other times it can be slow and painful. Examples include leaving her victims hanging from meat hooks and letting them bleed to death or even disemboweling them. Quick deaths include just a single shot to the head. Most of the time, she unleashes a barrage of bullets on her targets. She does not leave any parting gifts on her victims to attract attention from authorities. Instead, after she's finished, she will pretty much leave the corpses like road kill, with all the bodies usually being riddled with shrapnel or bullets if they are not burned or if limbs are not blown or chopped off.

Abilities:

Jessica possesses a Mental Shield and Superhuman Accuracy, which allows her to use Firearms and Projectile Weapons very effectively. She is also in Peak Physical Condition and has High Pain Tolerance. However, she does have her limits, as she cannot use Man-Made Medicine like Pain Killers or Antibiotics because they weaken her Mental Shield and leave her vulnerable to mental attacks in addition to deteriorating her Accuracy. In order to maintain her Superhuman Accuracy, Jessica must exercise at least once a day otherwise it will deteriorate. It would also help if she avoids Junk Food, Fast Food and Sweets like Candy, Donuts or Desserts of any kind.

Equipment:

Even though she is trained in Martial Arts and has knowledge in Street Fighting, Jessica uses a wide range of Firearms and Explosives. Often she is armed with a Duel Pistols and a Combat Knife. Even then, she will not hesitate to use improvised weapons, like Sledge Hammers, Lead Pipes or Wrenches. For a long time, she did fight without the use of any protection, like Ballistic Vests or Armor of any kind, always believing that it would impair her speed, movement and stealth capability. Now she uses a High-Tech Combat Suit, which was inspired by one of her favorite Comic Book Characters when she was little. Her Combat Suit enhances her Accuracy, Perception, Strength, Speed, Agility and protects her from Conventional Weapons, like Knives, Guns or Blunt Weapons. To a degree, her Suit will protect her from Explosions and Shrapnel, but she has upgraded it over the years in order to improve her protection rates. While she is not invincible, she is less likely to be killed if wearing her Armor.

Daily lifestyle

When she is not out massacring criminals and gang members, Jessica is a Wealthy and Respectable Businesswoman, Socialite, Entrepreneur, Musician and Sport Shooter. As a Businesswoman and Entrepreneur, Jessica owns a chain of Restaurants, Bar and her own Fashion Line which is sold in her own chain retail stores. Her Fashion Line includes Jeans, Sweatshirts, Dresses, Skirts and Shirts with occasional limited edition items. Accessories from her Brand includes Purses, Passport Holders and Scarfs.

In her free time, Jessica often attends Gun Shows and Car Meets. At Gun Shows, she buys guns to expand her Arsenal or collect ones that have Historical Value. When it comes to Car Shows, she enjoys looking at Cars that people modify for Racing, whether its on the Track or the Streets. Sometimes, she likes to participate in Illegal Street Racing, since she owns several modified cars, or spectate them. If she is feeling lucky, she will race for Pink Slips, but often she will sell the cars that she wins, or add it to her massive car collection.

Brief history:

Jessica grew up in a Wealthy Family and had one younger sister. Her Father was a Bartender and owned a local favorite, while her Mother owned a small Chain of Restaurants. As a result of the Family Wealth, Jessica and her little sister, Crystal, spent their youth attending Private School and going to Prestigious Universities following graduation. She also participated in Sports, like Tennis, Mixed Martial Arts, Sport Shooting, Basketball and Boxing, even going to tournaments and playing for the school team and her Athleticism followed her into College. In College, Jessica studied Criminal Justice, wanting to become a Cop. While her Mother was against it, her Father was for it, as the Palace Family was known for their diversity in the Work Force. Her Sister went on to become an Attorney, having attended Law School.

Jessica married early around the age of 21. While waiting to apply to Police Academy, she took up a job as a Bartender while participating in Shooting Competitions in her Free Time. Five years later, her life took a turn for the worst. At a Family Reunion, her entire family was massacred during a three-way gangland firefight. While her Husband was shot to death shielding her from bullets, Crystal, her sister who meant the world to her, died in her arms, succumbing to gunshot wounds. The Cops were even bribed to close the investigation into the death of her Family. After that, Jessica started hunting down Criminals left and right, believing that they do nothing but ruin people's lives. While killing them does not change what they have done, it stops them from hurting anyone else. Using her Family Wealth, she invests into a High Tech Combat Suit and takes on the Moniker of "Vendetta Knight". Driven by Revenge, Hatred and Anger, Jessica now ruthlessly hunts criminals, whether they have yet to be taken into custody or recently released from jail. Depending on the severity of their crime, determines the severity of their painful deaths.

Personality:

Jessica is Intuitive, but absolutely Ruthless and Merciless, which makes her an effective Vigilante. Often, she acts on Impulse and is very notorious for her Explosive Temper. Not a Team Player, Jessica has difficulty working with others and will only do so if it is within her best interest. An Anti-Hero at heart, Jessica may have benevolent intentions, but her methods are beyond malevolent. Anger and Hatred are her primary driving force and Revenge is her primary motivation. Due to her Family Massacre, Jessica has little respect for Authorities and will not hesitate to put down corrupt cops if the need ever arises. Unlike most 'Heroes', Jessica does not care how lethal the results are in her war against Crime and Evil. She doesn't even believe in redemption, believing that the only way to get rid of criminals is to kill them. Because even if they end up in jail, after a set amount of time, they're back on the street doing the same thing. Jessica, without hesitation, puts them down permanently and takes pride in what she does.​
