A kingdom, but mere years ago held high and loft by the wise and just rule of a King like no other. Fabled times of glory and wealth washed away by sickness and strife that plagued not only the King's own house, by those his most trusted Advisors. Now the sole pillar of enlightenment and justice in the world has begun to chip and edge as internal fighting for the throne of the recently-passed King Edvard of Milenius has brought the Kingdom of Calicus to it's knees. Though one could easily see the thick stone walls, lofty battlements and extravagant buildings and think nothing has changed, they would be wrong in that assumption.
