The CAM is a democratic republic that is based in Detroit. The goal of CAM is simple; to offer safety and rebuild society from the wastes. They have two other settlements, one in Ferndale, the other in Warren. Nobody is sure who formed the CAM, but it is believed it has something to do with the pre-war America. Their current leader is President Steven Hills, governing from Detroit.

Believed to be the strongest nation, the foreign NC comes from western Ontario and has completely taken over the northern areas of Michigan. They have a large army of 476 troops present within Michigan, including a small navy. They threaten to take over the wasteland completely. The leader is President Adams, a dictator who commands them from overseas.
The Whitesharks
The Whitesharks have no flag, and aren't even a nation. They're the most infamous criminals in Michigan, who occupy the unaligned wasteland. The exact amount of members is unknown but is estimated to be around 150. They are known to smuggle drugs and weapons into the territories of other factions, and wear white armbands to identify each other. These bandits are a danger to those who roam the wastes alone.
