School takes up a lot of time. It's pretty lively on weekends, holidays and the summer break.

As I speak, there are 521 of us online. By forum standards, that's incredibly active. Even if we had a tenth of those users online, I wouldn't consider this place dead, so long as people are still posting regularly.

A dead or inactive forum means that the userbase has stopped posting completely. If I go to a forum and I see that there've been no new threads or posts in the past year or so, I would consider that a dead forum.
