  Min-hee is a person who's used to always getting what he wants. He grew up being showered with luxurious presents, so he expects similar treatment from his peers. Unfortunately, that's not how life works, and he's still coming to terms with that. His upbringing has instilled in him a thirst for success and the confidence to chase after his dreams, but also infused him with a lack of empathy which causes him to struggle to connect with people on an emotional level.
  
  Min-hee is outspoken and rebellious, to the horror of some and the delight of others. If anyone's going to call you out on your bullshit, it's him. He has no patience for people who say things they don't mean and make arguments that don't make sense. The idea that there are people who know better than him has never occurred to Min-hee, and so he has no trouble questioning authority. He revels in confrontation — winning an argument gives him an enjoyable rush of adrenaline. On the other hand, he struggles to admit to his mistakes when he's proven wrong. It makes him feel like he's lost, and if there's anything he hates, it's losing. He's extremely competitive, always wanting to win, but he plays fair.
  
  Min-hee's candid nature has made him a lot of enemies, but also a lot of friends. He isn't one to pick on people if they don't deserve it, so he inadvertently ended up making friends whenever he got into a fight with a bully. He isn't particularly interested in making friends, knowing that he's probably going to go abroad after graduation, but people seem to come to him anyway. He acts like he doesn't need anyone, but when he's alone with his thoughts at night, he sometimes wishes for someone to hold. But trusting people has never gotten him anywhere. He's afraid of getting attached to someone and then being abandoned, so he's decided to be content with being lonely.
  
  Min-hee is often impatient and reckless, trying to cut corners to get what he wants. He tends to throw himself headfirst into things, without considering the consequences. Some might call it idiocy, others say it's bravery. Sometimes his ventures work out, and sometimes he has to retreat with his tail between his legs. He doesn't give up easily, but he does tend to get frustrated when things get difficult.
  
  Not quite a natural leader but not a follower either, Min-hee is a lone wolf. While he does enjoy social interaction, he feels like it gets in the way of his goals. He's almost too efficient, good at figuring out exactly what he has to do to get what he wants and leaving room for nothing else. He tends to neglect his own personal needs in pursuit of his goals. Friends? Family? He can worry about that later. His determination and single-minded focus means he's great at getting things done, but it also gives him tunnel vision. Music is his past, present, and future, and his life would fall apart without it.
  
  Growing up, Min-hee felt helpless in his situation, unable to do anything to fix his unstable family life. He asserts control now by micromanaging his routine and aggressively rebelling against anyone who tries to tie him down. He's desperate to be his own person, desperate to make sure he's different from his father. He firmly believes that he can choose his own future, so he works obsessively to reach it, shoving away anything that gets in his way.
  
  Min-hee is a simple guy. He finds other people to be complicated and difficult to understand. They're two-faced, and he wishes they could just be straightforward. He thinks that if people just said what they meant, life would be a whole lot easier. He's blunt, saying his thoughts without any sort of a filter. This trait of his often hurts people's feelings, but he just doesn't understand why. It's difficult for him to connect with people because of this. Sure, he can be friendly with them on a surface level, but beyond that he simply doesn't get how they operate. If they don't like something, why don't they say so? Why do they just run around in circles trying to be considerate of each other's feelings? He's lacking in empathy, but he doesn't have any malicious intentions. Instead, he is rather naive, believing that there's some sort of logic to people's feelings that he doesn't understand yet.
  
  He doesn't realise it himself, but Min-hee is kind. He's never thought of himself as a particularly nice person, and other people don't think that of him either, but he's always the first one to reach out when somebody's in trouble. Helping people is something that comes naturally to him. If you haven't done anything to hurt him, it's only right that he'll give you a hand if you need it. The idea of ignoring an injustice is unthinkable to him. He helps people without expecting anything in return, not even gratitude, because for him it's an obvious thing to do.
  
  Min-hee is someone who wants to mold the world into something that makes sense. Because of this, he tends to see things in black and white, good and bad. Sometimes his perception is coloured by his wants and desires, but he's fundamentally a person who wants to leave his mark on the world in the form of his violin playing.   Han Min-hee was born in Incheon as the only child of Han Dae-hee and Kwon Yoon-ah. Dae-hee ran one of the largest theatre companies in Korea. Plays, musicals, opera, ballet, orchestra, everything was managed by his company. Yoon-ah was an opera singer working in one of these theatres, and it wasn't long before the pair met and hit it off. The couple were extremely in love, marrying after only having known each other for two months. Nine months later, a newborn Min-hee came into the world.
  
  Min-hee's father was a warm, friendly man, with a wrinkled face and a beard. Min-hee was his pride and joy, his son who he had decided would grow up to take over the company. Unfortunately, he was also a rather fickle, capricious man. He had frequent mood swings, and would often throw tantrums when he didn't get his way. During these temper tantrums, Min-hee would usually sit with his mother as she sang or played the piano. These early experiences formed the basis of his relationship with music — it was his comfort, a place he could escape to when the outside world was too much. When he first held a violin as a child, there was an instant connection, one that was different to his connection with other instruments. He had always thought of the piano as impersonal, but the act of finding the correct finger placement and just the right angle of the bow on a violin felt deeply intimate to him.
  
  As he got older, Min-hee became more and more like his father. He was outgoing, decisive, domineering, and most of all, spoiled rotten. His parents gave him everything he could possibly want, and he delighted in the idea of taking over the family company. But his bullheadedness made him clash with his father a lot. He'd decided he was going to be a professional violinist and run the company, and no he didn't need to learn any of that silly economics, thank you very much. One day Dae-hee would be doting on him for his talent, and the next he'd be screaming at him for being a disappointment to the family and unfit to run a business.
  
  When Min-hee was eleven, Yoon-ah had a vocal hemorrhage, effectively ending her career in opera. It didn't take long for Dae-hee to fall out of love with her, and subsequently fall in love with a new woman. The divorce was tough on the young boy, but he stayed with his father, knowing that this life held more opportunities for him. His stepmother was a famous actress, much younger than his father. She was always indulgent of Min-hee's desires, knowing that her new husband wouldn't stand for his son being mistreated. Even at this stage of his life, the idea of being told no was practically inconceivable to him.
  
  Min-hee was twelve when his half brother, Jun-hee was born. He wasn't a fan of all this attention being directed towards the new baby, but he could tolerate it because he was still his dad's favourite, right? Wrong. Dae-hee's fickleness seemed to extend to his children, and his first son effectively became a thing of the past. Suddenly, his father was saying that Jun-hee had 'an aptitude for business' and was 'the perfect fit to take over the company'. Min-hee wasn't happy about this, not at all. He began to act out, becoming moody and short-tempered. Of course, this only caused him to further fall out of his father's favour.
  
  At thirteen, Min-hee was sent off to study in New York. He felt like she should've been happy about this — after all, he'd be able to do whatever he wanted, free of his family's influence. But it felt like he was being given up on, sent away so his father could focus on raising his younger son. He came back four years later to a bankrupt family. The company had gone completely under. And so Dae-hee fell out of love once again, leaving his wife and two sons to marry a new girl. Now that he was older, it was obvious to Min-hee how pathetic his dad had become. It was painful to see the true colours of the father he'd loved so much. He was a man who only knew how to abandon people, leaving chaos in his wake. He swore to himself that he would never become like that.
  
  That was when Min-hee's birth mother reached out to him, asking him to come live with her in Seoul. He didn't have much of an option — he was a seventeen year old with no job, no money, and nowhere to live. So he moved to her small apartment in Seoul. It was much, much smaller than he was used to. Yoon-ah was now working as a vocal coach, not earning much but she was getting by. Suddenly Min-hee had been pushed into a cold, unfeeling world. He'd been used to getting what he wanted, when he wanted it, but now he had to live scrimping and saving. Soo-min could be described as a kind-hearted and hardworking person, who is always working towards a goal. Soo-min is known for helpful nature towards everyone trying in some way be that help everyone needs. She is into the introverted side doesn't like sharing more than she is supposed to and keeping things to herself since she always wants to show this perfect image of her that everyone finds reliable.

Soo-min is a really affectionate person to the ones that she cares about, she would just hug them or give them a small craft handed gift to make them feel happy. Even if she is always trying to put a smile on everyone she is always keeping her problems to herself not wanting to become a burden to someone she never lets herself to be vulnerable and really let out her emotions.

Background​

History: Soo-min was born in Gangneung she was the oldest one of the three children of Kim Ji-hye and Kang Byung-ho, her family wasn't rich but they weren't poor either they had enough to live and to not worry about the next day but that didn't mean they had a life full of luxury. Her father was the owner of a local grocery store while her mother was a kindergarten teacher.

While growing up her parents always made sure their three daughters had enough and show them the meaning of hard work towards your goals, and they always made their home feel like a place where the girls could feel loved and happy. At a young age, Soo-min became interested in dancing and asked her parents to put her into ballet lessons she even if that meant they had to spend more money they agree because they wanted to make their daughter happy.

As Soo-min started growing up she started to dream of becoming a ballerina when she grew up, her teacher told her that she had the talent and when the time came she could move to Seoul for her to become professional, but while Soo-min wanted to spend more hours practicing her parents wanted her to help in the family and take care of her younger sisters Dasom and Bomi, without wanting to put more trouble on her parent's shoulders she accepted and even helped in the family business.

She knows that it's going to be difficult for her to achieve her dream when her parents are expecting her to go to university and her hometown so she can be able to help to provide for her younger sisters and family. They know that becoming a ballerina is Soo-min's dream but not being able to pay for her tuition in another city has made them take the decision to persuade her to stop on her dream and eventually find a job and get married.
