-Extraordinary Abilities-
Vampirism: Induced by the introduction of a Stone Mask to the human brain, Vampires gain access to supernatural abilities at the cost of their humanity. Such abilities range among vampires, but shared traits are usually an incredible increase in metabolism and endurance, and of course a thirst for fresh blood. Some even possess the ability to reawaken the dead and enthrall the living, or eject the very liquid from their eyes as a highly pressurized projectile.

Hamon: A unique form of martial prowess that taps into the living force present within all beings, Hamon taps into one's breathing and becomes them, a physical representation of the user's courage and will to live. Coincidentally, it is on the other side of the proverbial coin, hand in hand with Vampirism. As most vampires are weak to the rays of UV light emitted by the sun, Hamon can use said rays as an offense, making it a rare and prized art for vampire hunters.

「STAND ability」: Filter's form is made up of a dense, malleable goo that can be separated from the host body without consequence. Even when separated, the material can be controlled by Joel and solidified or liquefied on command. However, it is extremely flammable and if Filter itself is ignited it will badly injure him.

Short Biography: Joel never heard much about his mother, only that she was some foreigner that had stopped in the city for a couple of years and vanished once he had been born. His father always said she was a lovely lady, polite and kind, but when he eventually passed away it only left Joel with more questions than answers. Now, living in his dingy apartment on quite possible the worst road in Tokyo, he seeks nothing more than to forget about them both.

Physical Description: Adult male, slight Caucasian skin tone with dark brown hair and dim green eyes, standing at a modest height of 5'7 and weighing in at around 150 pounds. Can usually be found wearing dark jeans and track pants with a similarly toned hoodie or jacket.

Current Inventory: Pack of cigarettes, 3$ lighter, wallet containing 150 yen and ID.

  Physical Description:
  Edmond is 6'1" and 190 lbs (186 cm and 86 kg) and rather muscular. He is also quite obviously American looking. He usually dresses in white formal clothes.
  
  Personality:
  Edmond is quiet and reserved, despite being incredibly blunt and shameless, and quite a deep thinker. He is rather kindhearted for a vampire.
  
  Biography:
  Edmond grew up with a rather normal childhood in America. He had his parents, and an older sister, and was raised christian. He preferred to be indoors most of the time. More recently, however, he came to Japan on holiday with his parents. His older sister couldn't come on the trip because she couldn't get off of work to do so. On the way back to their hotel room from their activities on their second night there, him and his family were assaulted by a gang member. Call it fate, if you will, but said gang member was in possession of a stone mask. After stabbing him, and then killing his parents, the man tested the mask on Edmond, transforming him into a vampire. He quickly slaughtered the man viciously to avenge his parents. After realizing what he had become and what he had done, Edmond messaged his sister, lying to her about the situation and telling her that he would also die after the message. He also called emergency services to the scene. He then left his phone by the crime scene and fled with the gang member's corpse. This was a mere week ago, and Edmond has stayed in hiding ever since, doing various things such as thinking of his situation, perfecting his Japanese (thanks to his heightened vampiric abilities), trying to find out information about the gang, and testing his abilities.
  
  Current Inventory:
  Edmond holds a stolen phone, around 20000 yen, a pair of headphones, a stolen and incredibly blood stained jacket and complete set of clothes, a ripped chunk of flesh with a gang insignia tattoo'd on it, and a knife.

  Due to being assaulted with the stone mask, Edmond has become a vampire. His humanity is gone, but it has been replaced with numerous incredible abilities.
  
  Vampiric Body:
  As a vampire, Edmond's body is incredibly strong, somewhat more durable than a normal human's, cannot feel pain under normal circumstances, and possesses incredible regenerative powers. However, this does have its weaknesses. Vampires cannot go out into the sunlight, be exposed to UV lights, or come in contact with hamonic energy. They'll burn and disintegrate if they meet these forces. He could also attach his head to any beheaded body and take control of it.
  
  Complete Bodily Control:
  Edmond has complete control of his body. This gives him a wide range of abilities, such as being able to freeze targets by vaporizing the liquid anywhere in his body, freely control his blood vessels, expel the acid from his stomach, cause his muscles to explode, thrust his bones out of his arms, and do many other things.
  
  Regenerative Power:
  Edmond has the ability to regenerate any part of his body as long his brain is at least mostly intact and has consumed enough blood. However, regenerating as much as his entire body would need an incredible amount of blood and would take a few days.
  
  Vampiric Blood:
  Edmond's body possesses vampiric blood. If his blood were infused into someone, they'd come back to life and/or become a fellow vampire.

「Hawaii: Part II」

Stand Ability
「Hawaii: Part II」 is able to perform actions, remember them, and recreate the same impact of the action in the same space at another time. An example of this is as follows: The user swings a knife in a room, cutting only the air, with 「Hawaii: Part II」 activated. Later, if it is within his range (and lets say someone is in the spot where he had swung the knife), the user could activate the impact and the knife cut would be re-created on the same space and anything within it. Only six actions can be used at once, each having the user use more and more energy to maintain the effects. The range is larger though, about 14-15 meters, and possibly more with more energy and less actions taken. Unless an action is repeated soon after it is recreated, 「Hawaii: Part II」 cannot use its ability on a recreated action after its been made into effect.

Stand Appearance
With a thinner design, 「Hawaii: Part II」's main body is mostly a dark sea blue, with short grey shoulder pads. It wears a small shiny white torso-top that resembles a crop-top cut in half, and fishnet-patterned shorts (similar to King Crimson). It has a tall shoulder collar resembling a popped-collar, shaded the same grey as the shoulder pads. The large belt is a bright design that resembles the synthwave/vaporwave sun design but with neon colors of the rainbow, running from red to purple, up to down. On it's upper back, six tubes of the same colors but darker protrude from its upper back into the tall grey collar. It wears white gloves with a lighter blue crystal design on the back of the hand, and bright colored crystals on each knuckle that change subtly. It wears short grey boots, with off-white keyhole deigns where the laces would be. 「Hawaii: Part II」's head is a very bright orb of white light that hurts when looking directly into it, jarring its face from distinction. This can act as a flashlight in dark areas, or even a distraction to Stand Users. The only 'face' that can be seen are two discernable circle shapes for eyes and a silhouette of a slightly disgruntled mouth that changes based on damage. [/PINDENT]

Short Biography
Before Cameron was born, his mother was a small photographer that shot for friends and family, until her friends forwarded an ex-Sea Major who was looking for a photographer for him and a few close buds during their vacation. After shooting a few photos, Cameron's mother, Cue, spent the night on the island that the clients were spending their vacation at, and met her husband, a Japanese artist who was lost on the beach after staying out too late. The too kept in contact after the gig, and Cue eventually moved to Tokyo to marry the man, named Colden Codak. The two, after being married and having a baby boy, expanded on Cue's hobby, and opened the Black Rainbow, a photography business and store for parts and cameras. One day, when coming home from his other job though a non-orthodox street, Colden found something bent in a gutter, something that resembled an arrow. Thinking it might be worth something, or at least a cool new item for shooting stock photos, he took it home. Cameron, who was then 15, pricked his finger on the arrow by accident on his way to school the next morning, and gained 「Hawaii: Part II」 during an encounter with a thief on the way to school. Cameron is now 17, but still rarely uses his Stand, somewhat fearful of what it is and too scared to tell his parents.

「STAND DESCRIPTION」: Tread Lightly is about 182 centimetres tall and is lithe and sleek in design. While the majority of its body is black, its head is patterned with orange designs and a few blue accents. Plates protrude from its head and are angled backward, almost like flat blades of hair, and each ends in a razor-sharp point. There are no facial features to be seen on Tread Lightly; its entire face seems to resemble something like a motorcycle helmet. The rest of its body is thin and fashioned with sharp angles, although its feet seem a little large and are almost round enough to resemble something like hooves. Finally, Tread Lightly's hands are formed out of sharp blades rather than finger-like appendages.

「STAND ABILITY」: Tread Lightly is able to make any surface a razor-sharp one, even if it appears to remain flat or smooth. The affected surface has a maximum radius of a half meter and can only remain "sharpened" within a range of 3 meters. Tread Lightly can only transmit its power through the soles of its feet, but is also able to act as a lightweight combat stand as Hachi requires. In hand-to-hand combat, Tread Lightly's power is rather weak, although its razor-bladed hands can deal deep gashes if it lands a blow.

「BIOGRAPHY」: Hachi is a native of Tokyo and lives in not-quite the slums of the city. A single child, her parents were able to provide her with sufficient education, although because they were older when Hachi was born, Hachi now continues to live with them and offer them support. She works double shifts as a clerk at the local gas station and a receptionist at the small hospital nearby. However, since coming into contact with a golden arrow, she has been gifted with the power of a stand and seeks answers to all her new questions.

「PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION」: Hachi is 176 centimetres tall, but is often seen leaning against something, giving her the appearance of someone a bit shorter. Her hair is black and is styled in a blunt chop that bounces just below her chin, which is rounded with a dimple. She has broad shoulders and defined muscles on her upper body. In addition, she never skips leg day and considers herself not slender but rather fit and strongly built. Since discovering her stand's abilities, she has increased her flexibility to make Tread Lightly's ability easier to use.

「INVENTORY」: A box cutter, a hair tie, a wallet containing her ID and some yen, a key ring with three keys, and a few toothpicks.

Personality:
Despite her gothic appearance, Hannelore is actually good-natured, generous, and gregarious. She is not one of those typical gothic people who view life as meaningless to them. Instead, she is happy to be around with friends and is not much of a pessimistic girl. She is also courageous and enthusiastic. She can be a bit lazy. She likes to tease but not to a point of causing trouble.

Her favorite hobby is video games. She has trypophobia, a fear of an irregular pattern of holes. Her favorite food is insects of all kinds especially scorpions.

Ability: Hamon

Short Biography:
Hannelore was born on November 14 in Schaan, Liechtenstein to aristocratic German parents. While growing up, she has been known to eat various insects of all kinds whenever she goes to a food stand where they sell them (despite the fact that in Germany they are known to sell them in markets and it has spread partially to other German-speaking communities).

When she was 16 years old, she has experienced a surge across her hands that she couldn't control it. According to her parents, it turns out that she has possessed the ability to emit sun rays meaning that they are useful in killing vampires. She uses this ability for the greater good once she became an adult.

At the age of 19, she moved to Tokyo, Japan where she spends her life playing video games and eating insects as usual. Her laziness does bring shame to her family but that doesn't mean that they don't hate her. Currently, she is living happily, for now.
