Overview on how LatteWorld Functions
The coffeehouse mainly serves coffee, tea, sandwiches, soups, staff-made treats along with pre-made cakes and pastries that come from a commercial baker affectionately known as Uncle Woo. Uncle Woo used to be a good friend of Jaeho’s late grandmother and so, with little charge, every week he prepares a week’s worth of delicious pastries for LatteWorld to sell because the woman had meant so much to him and he wants to continue her goodwill on to her only grandson.

As for the number of employees working at the shop there’s only 7 (for obvious reasons of not wanting outsiders to find out something they shouldn’t). Official work positions are as follows: cashier, barista, short order cook and dishwasher. The dress code is simple and not very strict. All that’s required is a clean, white dress shirt and the shop's signature black apron.

The break room is located in the back of the first floor, past the bathrooms. The room is kept locked at all times during shop hours. All employees have a key if they want to get in. It is here that everyone comes together during a lull in the shop or at the end of the day for a meeting if called for. Everyone will know if there’s a meeting if the code phrase “hot spiced tea” is used. This means that there's important news to be shared. Adding “to go” means it’s not too important and can be talked about later, but “for here” means it's urgent. So, for example, if you ever hear the words "hot spiced tea for here" that means get your ass to the break room asap.

In the event of being hired to cater, plans for a heist are meticulously made in whatever time frame is given. On the day of the event, the shop is closed for the day and everyone hops in to the LatteWorld van which is large enough to accommodate them all, the food, and whatever goods they plan on bringing back with them.
