I feel like some of the responses here are acting as if I'm some type of sick weirdo for wanting to do stuff on the mature side of role playing. I really don't understand that particular stance, since I am an adult, and I only role play this stuff with adults. (Sure, I don't know 100% for sure...

I have no problem following the RPN rules.... I just know that this is more active for some people, so I thought it would be nice to add an adult section.

@Caru You're right. I did think about that, I know a lot of people lie about their age, of course. It's just a really frustrating situation all over. 

So I do 100% understand that mature content isn't allowed, especially not in threads where anyone can see it. I know that there are a lot of children on this site, so I completely agree with that requirement.   However, there are also a lot of adults, 18 and older, who role play here...

Actually, I asked a mod about PMs, and was told that even in PM it's absolutely not allowed, unfortunately. :/   Well, I mean, I'm not explicitly searching for sex scenes, but older partners to do <possible> mature scenes with.

I know that mature role plays (involving sexual scenes and such) are not allowed on RPN at all, but are you allowed to post a search thread that includes something along the lines of "I'd like to do some mature scenes- we will take these off site, via Skype or some other IMing service", or...

I say dark because it's much easier on my eyes.

So I've been getting alerts when other people reply to role plays and topics that I'm not involved in and not following. I don't know why, and I can't seem to find a way to unfollow said threads/topics... 

Well, I don't know if this is the issue for sure or not, but I went into my settings and saw that the notifications for messages and alerts were turned off. So I turned them on. It might continue to not work, but I thought I'd let y'all know, just in case. @IvoryTea  @AllTheFangirlThings

So I've noticed that when I get emails for alerts, they don't appear in my actual notification tab. As such, I've missed plenty of replies to threads I'm watching, because they neither show up in notifications nor email (there is no email for watched role plays, I've noticed. Only partner...

So can we not use google fonts anymore, either? 

I know that you cannot use gifs in signatures, but fancy fonts don't work either, and neither do progress bars. Not as far as I have been able to use, anyway. Am I doing something wrong? If not, how do I get progress bars/fancy fonts to work, and, what is allowed/what works in signatures?

I typically post in 1x1, because I like to do single partner role plays. But most of my role plays are fandom based. Are 1x1 fandom partner requests allowed to be posted in the "Fandom" section? Or is that reserved for group fandom requests? Just trying to make sense of everything. @____@

Well, I would, but it appears that after making this post, fonts are working for me all of a sudden. Guess I was doing something wrong. Sorry for the confusion and thread.
