One chosen form, that being said, the amount of 'beast' in them can vary, especially if they have other genetics in them. So someone could just have a tail, while others could be a full blown beast.

Energy-based weapons are allowed, though I suggest adding a steampunk edge to them. I say no lightsabers as I do not wish for people to create characters based on Star Wars versus a whole different story. That, and I generally encourage self-made weaponry!
