It depends what sort of roleplay it is.
I generally listen to music that fits the vibe (love a good roleplay playlist too!)
For example if it's a wholesome love story, i'd listen to love songs, if it's a gung ho all action type roleplay i'd listen to hard rock music etc
I don't have the snappy title for this but someone who plays a canon character but doesn't act like the character.
i'm not saying you have to copy everything they said on the tv (that would be pointless and boring as you might as well just read the script!) but if you're playing a canon...
Looking for someone who wants to be an FBI agent in the violent crimes division investigating the most serious of violent crimes; serial killers, terrorist, abductors.
Looking for modern and realistic. NOT INTERESTED IN FANTASY, SUPERNATURAL OR HISTORICAL
(NOT REPLACING PARTNERS)

Hello!
I'm a 27-year-old male from the UK looking for a modern/realistic slice-of-life romance with someone who is 18+
I'm open to both angsty, dramatic unwholesome roleplays or fluffy and wholesome roleplays (Ideally a mix of the two!)
Not interested in sci/fi, fantasy, or supernatural.
I'm...
To be fair, how can you create a setting when you don't know what they like? Having some idea of direction is essential.
I wouldn't want to write up a whole idea about a modern realistic crime thriller only to find out you don't like modern roleplays and want a historical fantasy or something
People who phrase things in a way that you/your character has to do all the work.

"She sat there waiting to see what they would do"
Thanks for the contribution
someone who seems laid back. like who doesn't think it's their way or the highway. isn't going to jump on every tiny mistake, that type of thing.
Someone who says they want to/can play side characters and NPC. to me it seems so obvious that they're required but they seem to be a point of...
looking for a FBI roleplay where we are agents in an elite FBI unit together solving only the most serious of crimes; murders, abductions, abuse and terrorism.
Something that's gritty, has drama, surprise twists but also has a lighter side. I'm a sucker for a bit of slice of life so I'd like...
I'm relatively new so no idea what was on before but my first instinct when I saw it now was that it needed the genres people are interested in roleplaying.
People who seem to use pretty much all the filters when posting an advert.
The amount that have say 'realistic', and 'zombie' for example.
Oh so zombies are realistic now?!
It makes it hard to find roleplays I like as I'm generally into modern realistic slice of life type. 'm not into...
I think it depends on how bothered you are about accuracy. if you want it to be genuinely accurate, it's going to be harder as most people aren't going to have an intimate knowledge of Stockholm. if you're not that fussed, it will be easier.
le.
People who ship without asking, doesn't even have to be romantic.
I was in a group roleplay where someone submitted a character and said they my character's sister! literally never mentioned it to me. I only saw it because I went on that channel to look at someone's bio so I knew how to respond...
reddit was where i discovered it. so usually there but then I got discord so most moved to discord. done some on facebook but hasn't been successful at all to be honest
