Birth I almost died, I was a premature born baby, placed into an incubation chamber for two weeks. At the age of 4 I was dismbowled due an extremely rare and violent allergic reaction to an antibiotic known as augmentin leading to a two week hospitalization. So I’m fairly sure things went pretty wrong in my life a couple of times ^^”
But it doesn't mean EVERYTHING went wrong! Look at you now! If everything really went wrong, humans probably wouldn't even exist. It's a miracle we're all here in the first place. I wish more people would see it that way.
Well, is there much we can do about that? No, not really. The world is going to hell and we know it.
If there's nothing we can do about it, why not enjoy what we have now? Enjoy the amazing things humanity has accomplished in its time alive.
How on earth are we ever going to accomplish that? How are we ever going to make up for EVERY SINGLE WRONGDOING that humanity has ever done? Why does the individual have to take the heat for something everyone else did? And even if we DO find a way to make up for EVERYONE ELSE's mistakes, can we not enjoy the world while we do it?
So? That doesn't mean you can't appreciate the GOOD things humanity has done while still doing your job.
The world is what the world is, ruined or not. Being hateful towards humanity for their mistakes will gain you nothing, and will only stand to spawn more hate, ruining the world even more.
We make mistakes because we're human. That's just how the world spins around. Humanity has made far worse mistakes than this. As long as we continue to be mortal, that's going to keep happening. We'll make some things and ruin others. Instead of focusing on hating the mistakes, I find it better to focus on the wonderful things we've accomplished. Which, still, you can do WHILE helping to fix the world.
Life is what you make it. Dwelling on what has gone wrong will only keep you from seeing what is going right. You are living, you are breathing, you are alive sometimes the simplest of things can be the most beautiful. There will come a time where everyone has to be held accountable for their own actions but for right now focus on what you have and if you want more if you want better you have to be willing to work---
