I wasn't being strictly serious, but it is a reference to the... ah, aptitude for conquest England had, British Colonialism was obviously the peak, were they essentially enforced their will across the globe. Now does that mean all English people were bad? Of course it doesn't. Does it mean that England or 'Great Britain' as a nation, inflicted suffering on a global scale? It does.
