Haha, it's not particularly accurate. But there are a few things that I strongly agree with
"ISTJs can become noticeably angry as deadlines tick nearer." - That is definitely something I've been having to deal with, especially recently.
"reporting their own mistakes and telling the truth even when the consequences for doing so could be disastrous." - I'm kind of 50% on this one. But for sure, if I do something wrong, there will be much guilt felt, and it isn't easy to get my mind off of it.
"ISTJs seek stability and security, considering it their duty to maintain a smooth operation" - I always feel very paranoid that something will go wrong halfway through a project, or at the very end, and it'll all just have to be scrapped. That might correlate a little bit.
"ISTJs need to remember to take care of themselves – their stubborn dedication to stability and efficiency can compromise those goals in the long term" - I just find this to be plain ol' true for me. *Shrug*
