I mean when you are posting something like in the old RPN when you were in a RP and posted a pic to give an idea about a location or just posting one in the occ for goofs. The site is kind of confusing so I have no idea how to, but I'm pretty sure I'm just overlooking something.

You can, I think - choose files at the bottom of the editor or use the drop-down on the right-hand side to insert different kinds of photos.
