Opinion Good Characters have flaws.

I know this is probably a moot point because I believe most people are smart and intelligent creatures. This is for the few morons that may or may not be on here. A good character has flaws that they either notice or don't notice. A narcissist character can be a good character if either he knows he has flaws and is slowly working on making himself better while making mistakes on the way or where he is oblivious to his flaws and can't actually fix himself.
