    If I'm catching your drift the right way, I know how you feel. My 7 year old Golden Retriever had a tumor the size of a football in his stomach area that pushed his organs to the point of him vomiting and urinating uncontrollably. We had to put him down, out of his misery. It really sucked. My condolences to you.

    Thank you, he had liver failure and survived a month longer than they thought that he would. He couldn't walk and was pottying himself, then started vomitting blood from the pain killers. He was at least 16 years old which is pretty old for a shepard/chow mix.

    The worst part is that they hide it from you. All the pain and discomfort is pushed to the side. I dunno if that's to keep us happy or not let themselves come off as weak, but if that's for us, dogs are truly man's best friend.
