    They're really similar, so we feel each other's pain!!! The H in my issue is that I seriously can't stop moving (like excessive energy/fidgeting), and my brain won't stop racing, so I tired myself out, all while not focusing on the task at hand. I wish sometimes I had a normal brain that could actually get things done without struggling.. :(

    With me it is that i keep drifting away and can't focus, so that I mix up stuff or completely forget it. I have trouble listening longer than five minutes as a simple tree or clock will distract me eternally then.

    Yup, I definitely feel your pain! I can't retain information well unless I write it down, and even then I forget where the hell I wrote it haha!
