I've been on a major Magnus Archives kick lately and to get into the spooky season I would love to do something with it. I'm fine writing canon, oc's, au's, whatever floats your boat. I'd really like to do something involving Jonathan Sims at the very least, though he doesn't have to be the...
The layout and "anatomy" of various types of cargo ships.
I needed to know what the crane thing on the boat is called, because a character was using it. Turns out it's literally just called a crane lol
I'm an INTP. Seems pretty accurate, though I'm more concerned with practical applications of knowledge as opposed to strict theory lol. That being said I do have a habit of googling random shit and falling down the Wikipedia rabbit hole, especially when doing research for a story.
American Horror Story. The actual writing is usually nonsensical and terrible, but the actors and overall atmosphere is fantastic. I think my favorite season is a tie between Coven and Freak show -- Coven because of how it handled the way witches use their powers and set up their societies, and...
Check out Moons of Madness. It's a little first person game developed by the same people that made The Secret World, and it ties into that MMO's lore. Some of the best writing I've ever seen in an MMO, hands down, and fascinating worldbuilding.
I make entire playlists for my characters or the alternate universes I place them in. Sometimes you hear a song and are like "shit that is the ESSENCE of my oc"
Here's a couple of songs I yoinked from a playlist for one of my lads. Really really good music all around
I still write fanfics sometimes, and read them, even though I am a full blown Adult now
I have a Venom fanfic that's like 12 chapters long right now and I'm like, one chapter away from being finished. xP I really should just upload it and get it over with lol
Fallout: New Vegas. In terms of writing it's some of the best out there, and I've been meaning to dig into Outer Worlds, but I have no money for a full priced game rn lol
