  • I've recently realized that I love reading and writing to the LOST soundtrack. <2 (pelican heart)

I can read to music, but only if it fits what I'm reading. Same with what I'm writing. Otherwise it's weird/impossible. cx

I switch to the character playlist for the characters I write. Jayce, of course, has his Jasper playlist and I love that playlist dearly. The Front Bottoms FTW

I've basically stolen all the songs you show me and incorporate them into a Jasper playlist that, I too, listen to when I reply. It doesn't feel right if I'm not listening to it.

    Front Bottoms! \(@0@)/
My spotify just gave me this song and I, for the life of me, can't stop thinking about homestuck because of their voices. Jesus help me.

When American education has gotten to the point where you have to wonder if your essay is too long for your professor to read all the way.... Nnnnnn.

    Almost (not really) done.

I am in a short fiction class and my teacher said she had to limit most papers to 20 words because one time someone sent here 64 page single spaced story lol. Takes too long to grade I believe.

That is intense. 64 pages? Can I be that cool? In the class im in right meow, the expectation to reach is two to three pages for an essay. This particular one was five pages, though. Better. But it's a peer review essay? And none of those people in my class are going to read seven pages haha.

    *20 pages not words LOL.
Okie dokie, I'm taking a tiny maybe three hour vacation from RPN. Have to write this essay. Then cry about having to write that essay.
And here I thought I've been hallucinating for a week on end. But no.. The spider was real. Unfortunately, he crawled on my elbow and I accidentally slammed him into the wall on reflex. The spider is no longer with us. RIP.

There is absolutely NOTHING worse than opening your food and finding out the fast food peeps made you burger wrong. Nothing. And you should all feel bad for me. (This is sarcasm. Please don't take my tiny problem seriously.)
Aye, about six months late, I finally watched all of Stranger Things. Oml, it was so good. And effectively eight episodes. Thank you Netflix for making shows for people with short attention spans.
Just curious. How many of you guys share the predicament of being trapped under the purring weight of a cat?

    Dear cat,

I have to take a shower.

dude, you need to post somewhere. surely you can write 1x1s in a thread and get content count for it? i get that most people don't like that kind of thing. 1x1 in threads, i mean :3

secret roleplay, shushh. but seriously, dude, if you had made that many posts in a topic you'd be way closer to your goal. it's 250, right? or 500? either way, i wish i could switch our content count somehow because I literally never even use coding. but i get what you mean.

i've role played on four different sites, i think? and each one writes differently. and each one has different etiquette on it. like when i came back here, i was used to cherubplay which is entirely 1x1 and anonymous. and whenever you're done with a roleplay, you just say bye and leave. and now i have to actually... communicate with other people. talk to people. ugh.

(your tiny paragraphs are cute, don't even worry about it. when i write, i try to keep most of my paragraphs around the same size and that means chopping roleplay posts in half at random points. or writing absurdly long posts because each paragraph is really thick #first world problems.)

yeah, for a long time i would rp and just stick

to the roleplay. mainly because i didn't even

consider ooc chatting to be a thing. if i remem

ber correctly, my first time roleplaying had been

like, on omegle. harry potter. full on one-liners

probably. then from there, i was introduced to

chatzy and chatroom roleplaying. first time i ever

got into group roleplaying. and thats when i al

so started chatting ooc a bit. its easier in a chat.

then my friend introduced me to chicken smoothie.

thats the site i primarily use for a group roleplay

its way more kid friendly which is difficult for me

but i make it work. and that coding i was talking

about? i was busy making this

takes a while. and just like here, you're maybe only

looking at two pages of an rp before people leave it

and let it die for reasons i'll never understand. like,

especially when i see people applying for a billion rps.

but then dude, like seriously.... i swear, the people

that join any of the rps ive been in. they post like ONCE

and are never seen on that again. i go to another rp

and they've freaking reserved and signed up for more

roles. JUST FOCUS ON THE ROLEPLAY YOUR SENDING

    TO THE GRAVE.

xD  sorry. its 2:30 in the morning. i could rant about

the dying nature of group rps relentlessly. im

a delightful lil intp so when i put work into forms and

anything else just to have rps constantly poof.... im sure

you can relate. anyways, 1x1 rps are much easier to

take off and go somewhere. omg, early morning fame

rambles a lot. oh well, ive been told my rambles can

be entertaining sometimes so i'll just let this one go as is :)

in the mean time, imma sleep off some of my crazy

why is your coding so immensely cool though? Like... I've been staring at it blankly for about five minutes now because it's just so appealing to look at. Screw you and your amazing coding skills... Fame. That's what I'm gonna call you, if it's okay. But I'm still mad at how good you are at coding.

Seriously, you do not need to talk to me about roleplays failing. You are preaching to the choir, my friend. Every single roleplay, all the good roles get reserved and signed up for and I get so freaking pumped and get so many different ideas but they always fall apart a few posts in. Not that I haven't abandoned a roleplay before because I did when I got writer's block back in August but I still feel guilty as all hell about it.

The Percy Jackson roleplay I'm in is literally proof of every single kind of falling apart that can happen in a roleplay. We've got a better handle on it now but jesus, it was a shitshow for a while. Apparently, to be a good GM, you have to be capable of saying no and telling people what they need to correct. Luckily, I'm pretty good at that sort of thing now :3

But yes, 1x1s are so much easier. Somebody PM-ed me a while back and after setting down some rules, we've just been going back and forth for weeks. Every now and again, one of us just suggests an idea OOC and we just go with it. It's so wonderful not to be in control of a large group of people for once.

Anyway, it's nearly the middle of the day here so I'm going to go as well. And you better go the heck to sleep. No more talking, I'm serious. Get your rest. I'll see you around, Fame :D

NOTE: I saw you were INTP. So am I! (If you couldn't tell already... Heh.)
