Hello! I used to roleplay a lot, but haven't at all in several years. It may take me a while to get into the swing of things. I'm really interested in fantasy with light romance these days, preferably MxM or MxF. I can play either gender, but can only do more submissive/reactionary character types well. Nice to meet everyone!
 
New-ish, but not so new to RP. Been a while since I'm been involved in something lasting and whatnot. It's sort of difficult to really know what kind of RP I'm actually looking for. There are a few concepts here and there but nothing solid yet. My main go-to genres are superhero and supernatural. Sort of been interested in the idea of a Slayerverse or Charmed themed RP as well as an X-Men themed RP. I'm pretty diverse with the kind of characters I can use, so I'm pretty open to just about anything. I'm more interested in groups (although I'm not always available every minute of the day due to having a busy schedule). That's all I can think of. Any questions, don't be afraid to ask. Looking forward to the positive experiences of RP Nation.
 
New to the site, but not RP. Been writing / RPing for over ten years, mostly in sci-fi / fantasy / modern / slice of life genres. Currently working on the third draft of a novel to be published and the first draft of its sequel. Hoping to find some RP for a bit of a break from the same story

I've been role playing for a couple of years now, started on the oh-so-great game of Roblox. I've then switched over to discord for rping, and that's where I am usually. I think I have a decent experience with rp, I'm not the best, but I certainly do try. Also play DND! I love it.

I do have other interests rather than writing/rping, and that's playing my instruments and trying my very best at drawing. It's a work in progress, to be honest.

I decided to join because hey, why not? I'm committed to a server on discord, and it's not really active until the later in the day- I'm typically stressed over that more than anything else at this moment, lmao.

I HAVE A DOG NAMED JOSIE AND SHE'S S O CUTE. The sweetest dog ever.

But, other than that. That's pretty much it for my intro, I guess you can always ask me more questions if you wanna. I don't mind.
 
Ngl I came here cause I was lurking without an account and saw some cool things and long story short here I am with an account I'm gonna go bother people now about the cool things I saw.

Hi! I have only ever done roleplay writing privately with my friends, so this is a new experience for me. I look forward to participating in roleplays with fantasy themes (I love fantasy/adventure stories), and learning more about public roleplays in general. :)

Hey there. I'm Hyde, Hydeo Kojima, whatever you want to call me. I'm twenty-two years old, currently living near Tampa, and consider myself to be absolutely insufferable as a person. I love 2D fighting games, discovering new music on the daily, and I'm about as much of a weaboo as the next guy. My hobbies include maladaptive daydreaming, watching video essays, and regularly disappointing my parents. At some point in the future, I'll be working retail part-time and attending community college full-time with a focus in Biology. At the moment, however, I'm currently in the middle of guerilla warfare with the roaches in my bathroom and the dumbest thing I've ever done was fly across the country for work during a national crisis. I've been stuck in self-quarantine since late March and my mental health has taken a nosedive as of late leaving me to look for other things to do. Which is partially why I'm here today.

I've been on this site before, in the past, though I wasn't terribly active, and I can't even be bothered to remember what my login information was. I decided that it would be fun to come back once more and possibly see how alive this website is or what it has to offer. I've been hanging out on RoleplayerGuild since late April of this year and I've been Roleplaying for a decade now. I don't have a preference for Roleplaying though I tend to bore very easily and get distracted by the next shiny plot that comes along. I'm open to about anything though I've never been one for smut, which is great, seeing as this website doesn't allow it anyway. I'm mostly adjusted to "chat-based" Roleplays (i.e. Discord or, where I started, Chatango) as it were, but I'm open to new experiences too. That's all I can think for now, but ask me anything and I'll (probably) be happy to share.

I go by Halcyon (online) and I'm a 23 y/o writer from the US. I have been roleplaying for over 5 years and it's given me the ability to really delve into storyline plotting and character creation. I've jumped from platform to platform over the years and just recently found RP Nation. Prior to now, Twitter has been my go-to for writing and roleplay, though it doesn't hold the same appeal that the classic RP forums do.

My writing is currently focused around the following:

Supernatural
Marvel
Batman: TDK
Prisoners
LOTR
Hannibal

I write a wide range of characters and genres, though thrillers/crime based plots are always a favorite. The darker the storyline, the better.
My writing style ranges from multi-paragraph to novella, depending on the storyline and my writing partner.

I'm excited to meet fellow writers here and hopefully get the opportunity to start crafting substantial storylines. Please feel free to message me at any point if you'd be potentially interested in writing together. Let the plotting begin! c:
 
Yo. You can call me Lucy. I'm just a wandering drifter looking for a new place to settle down. I started my RP days in Gaia, drifted the internet for a while, and eventually landed in RPGuild before it went boom, drifted some more, then went back to RPGuild when it came back. I'm still active there too, but I hear this place is pretty good as well. I'm into weeb shit, anime, waifus, and full on degeneracy, but I also don't mind lighter stuff like Pokemon and such. I also do D&D but mostly just 5e stuff. I'll be around and down to clown.
