I've jumped from platform to platform over the years and just recently found RP Nation. My writing is currently focused around the following:

Hannibal

I write a wide range of characters and genres, though thrillers/crime based plots are always a favorite. The darker the storyline, the better.
My writing style ranges from multi-paragraph to novella, depending on the storyline and my writing partner.

Hey! I have been RPing for about 10 years now, starting on Facebook. Once Facebook became a mess, I started looking for other sites to enjoy writing with others on, and this was where I ended up. I fell off the face of the Earth for a while and am just getting back into role-playing. I prefer longer posts, with plenty of detail to work with. It doesn't have to be perfect but I can't handle one liners. I don't care if that is your preference, nothing wrong with that, but it is not mine. Anyway, after making this account I was told to introduce myself here, so yep. Thats that.
 
hello! i’m wren, and i just joined rpnation because i’ve been wanting to get back into role playing! i’ve been role playing for quite a long time, i’d say about 6 years?
- i really like slice-of-life role plays and ones that span a long time, where we focus on a specific set of characters and watch them grow + develop.
- i’m open to other genres too though, such as supernatural and fantasy!
- i love reading and writing, and am currently working on novels of my own.
- i LOVE the percy jackson series and love greek mythology, and history in general.
i think that’s pretty much it!

Im Adam. I came to this place looking for like-minded people intrested in roleplaying games.

Most of my experiences are in old school pen-and-paper rp as a narrator mostly, but a player too

I used to have a group i played with but the social isolation kinda ruin it

Im fond of writing stories and i like to make my own games instead of playing something made by somebody else (where im restricted to a certain style of playstyle or narration)

I came here to fish for inspiration for making different roleplaying games and maybe find people to play with

My access to the internet is limited. I only count with my phone to enter this site. I hope that this is enough

Hello there, I'm Edelklaus, and I've been roleplaying since I was around 13 or 14, so it's been 10 years or so, and I still enjoy every bit of it.

I'm very fond of cosmic horror, psychological horror, paranoid fiction, survival horror, occult stories, vampyre literature, ghost stories, philosophical fiction, dystopian fiction, family saga, sci-fi, apocalyptic and post-apocalyptic, space western, supernatural fiction, romance (specifically girl x girl) and weird fiction.

I joined the site in order to make friends and share stories with good people, since in reality I am very shy and this is the only reliable way I have of interacting with others. Let's hope it works out.​

I’m Tib. I’m not new to rpnation, but it’s been so long since I was last on, and I forgot my login from 4 years ago. 🥴 I never logged on again after a death in the family—heavy stuff, I know—but I’ve moved on, and I’m ready to jump back in and meet new people!
(Also apologies to anyone I ghosted on here at that time. I hope I can find you all and reconnect!)
I see a lot has changed since then! The site looks much nicer, truly. I’ve always loved RPs. I forgot about rpnation, until boredom struck. Then memories of whole stories I wrote with strangers on the internet came back to me, and I thought, “Yeah, I should do that again.”
Mostly wanting something creative and fun to do during my breaks from mindlessly scrolling through tiktok. 😌✋🏻

Finally decided to join this place after a year or so in debate, hoping to meet new people and find some longterm Rp partners to work up some stories with. I've been roleplaying over 10 years and despite the army of Shelved OC's I'm lacking in where to put them. Here's a little snippet about me.

- Most of my OC's are LGBTQ+ [A few Hetero females and males.]
- I'm a HUGE fan of fantasy stories, in all forms. Modern, Medieval, Post Apocalyptic, Etc.
- I'm a Cosplayer, Passable Artist and casual gamer.
- I love story that I can plot, plan and make into a big deal for myself. I gladly multi during a story if it means developing it more, with a list of Antagonists too.

I really love story-building when I have the creativity in me. I’ve never really gotten to test out my ability in it, as I write stories privately and no one ever sees them, so I don’t know if I’m great at it or not. 😅Maybe together we can work something out if you’re interested!

Hi! It be me, Phoenix! Or Oblivious as I’m known by others. Both are fine.

I’ve been roleplaying for about 2-3 years, but not on forums. It’d be DND or some game that I played that was geared pretty alright for it.

I find myself with a few special interests when it comes to roleplaying. That being:
-It has a nice long lifespan for character development
-I’m able to do/be anything, so I could put mt creativity to the test.

i love to game! Gaming is universally fun, I think. Anyone could do it if they tried and found something that interested them most. I also try my hand at coding every now and again. (Though it almost never ends well... I am to change that soon!)

i decided to join RPnation because I have an RP itch that I need to scratch. I think this would be a nice place for that.

i have a dog. Yaya.

I have been roleplaying for about 8 years now, and I really enjoy creating stories with other people! I hope I'm able to do the same on here too, and just have an awesome experience. Hello, hello! My name is Summer, I'm twenty years old. I've been writing practically all my life- I was that kid who took a notebook and pencil out onto the playground at recess. I started fanfiction writing when I was eleven and somewhere around fourteen, I transitioned into roleplaying. Last year I started writing books, though they aren't published yet, and I still roleplay as my main hobby. I've written everywhere from Goodreads to Quotev to Facebook to here. My favorite place to roleplay is to have 1x1 roleplays in google docs- I like to make a folder for myself and my roleplay partner to keep any roleplay related documents, location threads, character notes, etc there. However, my three best friends and roleplay partners have all reached busier points in their lives and I've been craving roleplay more than they can roleplay with me. So I decided to come here to try and find like-minded literate partners to write with.

I enjoy lots of different fandoms. I'm a huge Harry Potter fan, Game of Thrones, Percy Jackson, Hunger Games, Divergent, Mortal Instruments. I think my favorite fandom to roleplay in is The Selection by Kiera Cass- I love Selection roleplays, 1x1 with each of us having like 10 Selected and a handful of royal family members and servants. I heavily prefer 1x1 roleplays with multiple characters rped by each person. I also prefer linear roleplays- where you can line up where the plot is going and what is happening next. The next class, the next event, the next moment. I've been wanting to do an Amazing Race roleplay for ages, for example, which works because of all the checkpoints and eliminations. The Selection also has eliminations and such. I like long term roleplays like that- the kind that takes months and years to build but is lovingly crafted and worth the time writing.

As for my other hobbies: I love various tv shows and movies, I like playing video games (RPGs, Visual Novels, etc. I also am an achievement hunter on Steam, and I'm mostly a PC gamer but I have a PS4). I love swimming and bowling, and as much as I love writing, I can't draw or do anything artsy at all. I live with my mom, grandmother, and our two cats- Bandit (an 8 year old maine coon boy), and Sammy (an 18 year old orange tabby girl).

Been role-playing off and on most of my life as I've had the time for it.
Love fantasy. Happy with romance if it happens naturally. (can't guarantee characters will fall for each other, and don't like to force it)
Tend to lean towards playing fantasy races and creatures. (werewolves, mermaids, harpies, dragons, demons, etc...)

I really enjoy danganronpa. As well as roleplay plots that involve slowburn romance, relationships, angst, fluff, etc etc.
I also really enjoy group roleplays, or 1 x 1! gxg, bxb, gxb, it doesn't matter to me.

Hi, the name's Shadow. I've been a roleplayer for about six years and consider myself semi-advanced. I enjoy roleplaying alomst as much as I enjoywriting stories, whch is quite a bit. As for the stories part, I'm currentlyon book two of my first series that has a lot of supernatural elements to it. Just ask and I'll include an oc in it. I'm a Grey Asexual and aromantic lesbian (yes that's a thing), but I don't really like talking about my failed crushes. I've a really easy going person, often making friends as easily as I lose them. Kon'nichiwa! The names Yukio or Zeen I'm 15 years old and I live in Japan, though I don't look Japanese. Anways, I'm a goofball who some would say is weird... Heh, but I'm a nice person who loves to make new friends and meet other peeps! I'll tell you more about myself.
My likes are; JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, Mirai Nikki (My Future Diary), Hazbin Hotel, BNHA/MHA, Assassination Classroom, Tokyo Ghoul and Danganronpa (That part was mostly anime/shows) My other likes aside from Anime are Books, Volleyball, Swimming, Naps, Dogs and Parrots, Music (Preferably BTS heh), Creepypastas (EJ and Bloody Painter are my Favorites), Books, Anything horror related, Drawing, Pizza, Rainy days, Food and learning about new culture.
I RP quite often. Mainly As characters from an Anime/Manga, Web Series or something like Creepypasta? and it's usually Boy x Boy ships or Girl x Girl. I am semi-literate, I type in 3rd person and I do consider myself somewhat of an expert? I've been doing this since I was 12, so I'm not new to the RP ”community”. Other than that if you ever wanna talk or stop by and say hi, then go ahead!
 
New to the site, but not necessarily to role playing. I love roleplaying because there is a casual sort of benevolence, a lack of competition about it.
