Here is where you can make an introduction post and let us know a little about you, while reading the intros of other people like yourself, and maybe making a new friend!

Before you go any further, though, please take a moment to look over our site rules. They aren't very long, and it's best to know what's expected of you before you take the plunge into the depths of the site.

If you have any questions, check out our FAQ. If there's something you want to know that isn't answered there, ask in the Community Hub -- many of our members are very friendly and happy to help. Or, if you have something to ask that you want to keep just between you and the staff, make a post in Staff Contact instead.

Please remember this is to introduce yourself. If you want to just jump into looking for roleplay players or partners please create a thread in Recruitment.

If you need some ideas on what to include in your introduction to the community, you can mention:

• Your experience with roleplay and how long you have been roleplaying.
• What interests you have within roleplay, such as genre or settings.
• What interests you have outside of roleplay; such as a hobby.
• Why you decided to join RpNation.
• Write about your pet (if you have one).
• Or for something silly, two truths and a lie.

You can use those prompts or just introduce yourself as you wish to the community.

While we are happy to have this thread help you meet and make new friends, please remember this isn't the spot to converse about roleplays, in-depth conversations, or taking over the thread with ongoing chit-chat. ;3

hey, uh... I exist now! I guess?

call me glad or lucy (note: testing out text formats here, p cool!), I don't really mind either way, I use she/her pronouns, they/them is fine by me though, I'm 16 (17 REAL soon) and sorta a questioning asexual... ehhhh, that's sort of it. I'm going off the little suggestions list at the top since I'm not good with introductory things. I've been roleplaying for about three or four years now (don't quite remember) albeit I'm not very good at being literate, most of my experience is with short roleplays that usually last a few hours at the most, though I'll try my best!

in roleplay I like knowing what kind of universe I'm in, nothing too wordy but just the basics, what I need to know and what not to do. I am your general fandom kid, just a forewarning, and I tend to get excited about topics I like a lot which ends in me getting very literate. my style fluctuates... a lot! heck, sometimes I've bounced between different styles of roleplaying after each post! anyway, I enjoy settings that are very fantastical, usually modern since medieval settings go against a lot of my roles, with magic and all the whatnot where I can make things up on a whim. improv is what I'm best at, and improv is what I'm going to do!

I decided to join this site since I wanted to find a place to roleplay that has more diverse settings and people. chat sites only get you so far, y'know? especially the ones that are dying out. as for hobbies, sometimes I draw, as you can see from my profile picture... my art isn't very good, especially digital (trying my best though... fingers are the worst). drawing with a mouse isn't fun but I'm more tuned to it so, too late for a drawing pad. I do a lot of writing since I can't find many roleplays around (though hopefully that changes!) and other than that... I roleplay, obviously!

this is getting kind of long... uh, so that's my intro. time to go stalk the recruitment forums, I guess!
