Relic of a Bygone Age
A shame, Bavarians are much more closer and bearbale than the Prussians. There's only the one in Germany, as there hasn't been much time for the Bavarians to push for their independent academy.

It's been less than 20 years since the rise of magic in this world, I'm sure it'll come in due time so long as nothing cataclysmic happens. Your professor is trying to get a Hungarian Academy established.A shame, Bavarians are much more closer and bearbale than the Prussians.
The church situation is a powder keg in itself. as the church has not made any move against the crowns of Europe, in spite of their blasphemous behavior. Instead, the church has focused on taking actions directly against mages while acting in its traditional role as a spiritual and moral guide. Mages are an extreme minority amongst the world population, so most people are just their Christian denomination, with only mages acknowledging other powers. The magical renaissance was a fairly recent event in this world, so culture hasn't changed, many are resisting the rise of magic amongst the lay public and other echelons of society.
Sucking up will get you nowhere, and neither will attempting to flaunt the anti-fraternization policy. Keep your hands to yourself until you graduate.Has anyone even mentioned how cute the professor is? Edwardian bf material if ever there was one, bless him!!!
I'm allowed to look thank you ):Sucking up will get you nowhere, and neither will attempting to flaunt the anti-fraternization policy. Keep your hands to yourself until you graduate.
Sure, so long as he's proficient in magic he's welcome to declare loyalty to Emperor and King Franz Joseph. Thanks, one more question - then I shall leave thee alone. I saw that even some churches were burnt down. I am thinking that his family would be quite religious and he would have started out as a classic Catholic Choir boy on his way to the schools of Theology - maybe even, learning some of that good good cleric magic, when the whole uprising started, driving him back towards his family. His father, a higher up figure spent much of his time trying to quell the ire of the masses, while insisting that he travel to Rome to study there. However, the sudden uprising has him questioning not only the authority of the church (the people clearly only respect it when convenient or when afraid) but also questioning the authority and power of god (Why would they be allowed to burn down and destroy churches when he should be able to stop it) - and so he drifted off the road to Rome, and ended up at the Academy. Would that make sense in the world?
Would you like to settle this in a duel? You seem to enjoy rattling your saber enough. The Hun ain't a very likeable person either.
How barbaric, as expected from some one related to the Turks...

Please don't be too prickly, I've had bad experiences with characters that just want to start conflicts.Probably? Depends.
Don't you worry. I'm not as belligerent IC, considering this is suppoused to be a Military Academy that'd be asking for trouble. I just like antagonizing people as a hoby in my spare time. Please don't be too prickly, I've had bad experiences with characters that just want to start conflicts.
Okay, keep it polite though, OOC should be fun for everyone.Don't you worry. I'm not as belligerent IC, considering this is suppoused to be a Military Academy that'd be asking for trouble. I just like antagonizing people as a hoby in my spare time.
