Descendant or Mortal Background Until Chosen: Alice’s family does have the blood of Tyche, but it became thin over time. It did manage to get in Alice though, so she kind of have a problem with putting good luck charms on people.

Personality: Despite being a bit paranoid about people's bad luck, Alice is normally very quiet when she isn't doing one of her hobbies or talking to someone.
She doesn't care about money, because she is generous in giving that to people in need. You would kind of need to stop her if Alice does that, because she will do that if she has extra money with her.

Alice also has a bad habit of appearing out of nowhere with a good luck charm bracelet in her hand, because she doesn't know how to approach people without doing that. She is kind once you get around her paranoia, and Alice won't shut up if she is interested about something in the conversation.

Background/History: Alice's family has this weird superstition of people, because of Tyche’s joke. She told them that Nemesis would curse the people around them with bad luck if they didn't put a good luck charm bracelet on them. Her family who didn't think it was a joke actually believed that, and they have been doing that in their casino for a very long time.
Alice, who has to deal with that superstition in her family is a bit paranoid about that bad luck curse happening to the innocent people around her, for she doesn't know how that superstition begin. Her parents keep saying that god will give a bad luck curse to anyone that is near them without the good luck charm bracelet when she asked them why.

At Alice’s highschool, the other kids keep nicknaming her the creepy psychic girl, because of her appearing out of nowhere. Alice does that to try to prevent bad luck from happening, but the other kids are a bit weird out of that.
They do appreciate it when she used her tarot cards though, as for some reason, they are mostly right.
Alice plays the trumpet in her school’s band, but weird things keep happening to them, because her family gave her the enchanted trumpet without remembering its effect on people.
She keeps getting B’s in her grade, and doesn't have any friends in school.

Pet or special item: Tyche give an enchanted trumpet to her family, and that trumpet can give a person either good or bad luck when the user blows it at someone. The luck is random so don't use it too often, and its effect works for a day.

Information about God/Goddess: Tyche is the goddess of Fortune and Good luck. Her symbol is the wheel, wings, cornucopia (horn of plenty), ship rudders, and the sceptre.
Tyche is not an easy goddess to find, because people are always looking for her at the racetrack, the casino, and the lottery ticket dealer. She is never around those areas, as she prefers to surprise the person for their hard work.
Her sister is Nemesis, and she does the same thing when it comes to surprising people.

Personality:
Zoe is the type of girl that has tons of random knowledge shoved in that massive brains of hers. Her IQ is up there with Einstein and she has her Yoda comment moments as well. She is down to earth, always carrying a book (or two) and has a tendency to carry around a pocket knife that is normally hidden but fully accessible if needed.

Her mission in life is to gain more knowledge. She will be usually found in the library in her spare time, tinkering with new science experiments, creating the next AI, or finding out forgotten or forbidden knowledge.

Her people skills…. Are not the BEST. She is more of a “F-k off” kind of girl. If you show her you can catch up with her mentally from time to time she may have a liking to you though. She loves creative people but normally thinks of people as a science experiment to try her new spells, potions, and communication knowledge on.

Her combat skills are none other and rather close to the god of war himself. Yet, her skills with a sword can be seen as a graceful dance from far away. She is rather good with a bow and arrow but truthfully, she likes the more high-tech drone carrying weapons or her newest AI that can seriously do damage.

She is not the compassionate type. At all. She is found to be rather neutral in most situations playing out the wise and unwise opportunities that can be made in a split second. She is known to cause wars or create peace between friends & foes if she finds it useful. She also has never known the meaning of love.

Background/History:
Orphaned since the second day she was born she does not know the meaning of love. She has learned everything she can about it but the feeling just hasn’t really shown up in her life. As a mortal that did not know magic was a true thing, she relied on science for most of her life to comfort her and books were her friends (that is until she started to create AI’s). Her foster parents barely gave her attention, if at all, and mainly only congratulated her for getting A’s and later on for finishing high school at 13 years old and getting her masters in science at the age of 17.

That’s when Athena showed up. Blessing her with a helmet and explaining her new destiny to her. After she got some proof that magic does exist, she had a new obsession and uses her knowledge of science and computers to intermingle with her magical lifestyle.

Athena is the Goddess of wisdom, war, and useful arts. Owls are known to be her sacred animal. She is known to be fantastic in battle with full body armor and has been one of the most active goddesses in the history of man. She helps to create cities, the newest artifacts and gives knowledge to those that she wishes for them to use for the greater good in general.

She recently met Athena and obviously had a great connection with her. From time to time they have deep discussions that are unmatched by anyone else that they have known. Background/History:

The powers of Hades has only ever been granted to those of his lineage who have been deemed worthy by his spirit. As the God of the dead, the spirit of Hades is always brought back to choose the next God of the Underworld. While his family believed his two eldest brothers to be next in line, Hades chose, the more docile and good-natured Damien. Now he must battle internally with his good morals and beliefs and the darkness that he must let consume his heart so he can become the next God of Underworld.

He doesn’t really care much for people but those that manage to sneak their way in he protects and puts them above everything. He always comes off as a smart mouthed ass. Even tho he doesn’t look like it he is quite smart and calculating. Drake often keeps to himself and enjoys sitting by himself reading a book or playing his guitar. He can be a bit complicated but I’m the end he still feels no matter how cold he may seem. Drake has had his share of pain in life and that’s why he seems withdrawn and incapable of feeling for people but there’s always this spark in him that he doesn’t know how to extinguish.

Background/History:
Drakonius was raised in foster care and he traveled through many homes. His mother was dead on birth. His father was never seen from or heard of so he was immediately sent into adoption. After he was adopted his parents died in a car accident on the way from the hospital the very day. He was found laying next to the burnt up car unharmed. These freak accidents would continue through out his life claiming the lives of many of his foster families until he was no longer wanted anywhere and was seen as the cursed child. This was until he reached ten when he was taken in by a man who would become his trainer and would be his gateway into discovering a whole other world one filled with monsters powers and Gods.

Mr.Malakai was his name and he taught him all he knew. He was a y’all pale man with long black hair. For seven years this man would teach him how to defend himself how to control his freak abilities to a certain point so he wouldn’t hurt others and how to survive on his own. He grew fond of the man and almost thought of him as a father even if he always reminded him that he was not. He would live with the man for the seven years even taking on his last name as he had none before. Then tragedy would strike again when their home would be attacked by a swarm of monsters and the man would go down fighting protecting Drake. This would send him into a deep seated rage and he would begin hunting down monsters. On one of these hunts he would save a wolf that he’d befriend and build a great bond with. He named it shadow in reference to it sticking by his side and never leaving as if it was his shadow. Drake’s life would be one if hunting down monsters and traveling around until the day he was taken in to be the next god of the underworld. This would prove to be his next challenge.

Hades, the god of the underworld, was a son of the Titans Cronus and Rhea. He had three sisters, Demeter, Hestia, and Hera, as well as two brothers, Zeus, the youngest of the three, and Poseidon. Upon reaching adulthood, Zeus managed to force his father to disgorge his siblings. After their release, the six younger gods, along with allies they managed to gather, challenged the elder gods for power in the Titanomachy, a divine war. The war lasted for ten years and ended with the victory of the younger gods. Following their victory, according to a single famous passage in the Iliad (xv.187–93), Hades and his two brothers, Poseidon and Zeus, drew lots for realms to rule. Zeus received the sky, Poseidon received the seas, and Hades received the underworld,the unseen realm to which the souls of the dead go upon leaving the world as well as any and all things beneath the earth. Some myths suggest that Hades was dissatisfied with his turnout, but had no choice and moved to his new realm.

Being involved in all kinds of things as a kid, he had to grow up quick and stand up for himself.

  As a kid, his mother was a drunk (hence why Dionysus took a particular liking to her), and she would always get herself into trouble. Zane had to learn how to do what he needed to do without a parent, needed to comfort himself and take care of himself without her. He also felt bad for his mother, always taking the time to make sure she is alright. She was a good person, she just made bad choices. There was no telling how many times he had to drive her home from the bar, bail her out of jail, and all kinds of things. At around 16 is when he got a job and actually helped his mother fix herself. He'd always take her alcohol away, lecture her, and anything else he could. Sadly, it never worked out. One day, though, she met this really good man, who worked as the bartender at her favorite pub, and he took care of her. He was sad to see that his stepdad helped her more than him. When he was 18, he officially moved out, not being able to handle her anymore. He always held a grudge for them both, for separate reasons. Not long after, he discovered his abilities. He practiced them at parties all the time, not caring much about the consequences, just seeking fun.

Personality: Crystal is blunt, strict, and has trouble leveling with others. She doesn't like skirting around things, and prefers to get straight to the point about things. All of this being said, she cares deeply about everyone, means no harm, and sincerely wants to be part of the group.

Hobbies: Crystal isn't much of a person for hobbies. She likes reading all sorts of things and listening to music, though.

• Darkvision - Crystal can see even in pure darkness, in the future. For now, she can just see the tiniest bit better during the night.
• Dead speak - Crystal can see spirits and speak with them. In the future, spirits will be compelled to answer her questions and demands.

Background/History: Crystal was born to a single mother as a lone child, and grew up in a situation where there wasn't time for nonsense. Crystal worked hard to keep the house in shape and take care of herself while her mother worked all she could, earning money to keep them afloat. When she wasn't helping around the house, she was studying to keep her average grades afloat, unable to even consider joining a club or a sport. A few years ago her mother married a moderately well off man, and money flowed into the house; Crystal's mom didn't have to work any more, and Crystal had free time since the chores she used to do around the house to help out were now done by her mom. Crystal never adapted to the new situation, not really sure what to do with all of the free time and money she suddenly had in her life.

Information about God: Hades is the God of the Dead, of the Underworld, the Subterranean Regions, Death, Darkness, The Earth, Fertility, Riches, Mortality, Afterlife and Metals. He was often at odds with his brothers Zeus and Poseidon, angry that he was forced down to take care of the underworld. At one point he kidnapped Persephone to make her his bride, declaring that all of the underworld should bow to her. Despite this, Hades is actually rather inclined to altruistic acts, and works to maintain balance. He is strict, however, and holds people to his laws and agreements tightly.

Hades, the god of the underworld, was a son of the Titans Cronus and Rhea. He had three sisters, Demeter, Hestia, and Hera, as well as two brothers, Zeus, the youngest of the three, and Poseidon. Upon reaching adulthood, Zeus managed to force his father to disgorge his siblings. After their release, the six younger gods, along with allies they managed to gather, challenged the elder gods for power in the Titanomachy, a divine war. The war lasted for ten years and ended with the victory of the younger gods. Following their victory, according to a single famous passage in the Iliad (xv.187–93), Hades and his two brothers, Poseidon and Zeus, drew lots for realms to rule. Zeus received the sky, Poseidon received the seas, and Hades received the underworld,the unseen realm to which the souls of the dead go upon leaving the world as well as any and all things beneath the earth. Some myths suggest that Hades was dissatisfied with his turnout, but had no choice and moved to his new realm.

Damien now had the ability to leave and would see to it first thing in the morning that he was already half a city away from his past. Little did he know that night, Nemesis would appear to him from the shadows of his room. She greeted him as if they'd known each other for years, and they had. She goes on to explain to him, that he was chosen since birth to be the next to carry on the legacy of Nemesis, but to be able to take on such a gift, his soul had to be made to hate those around him that showed more fortune and favor from the gods. Her training to darken his heart had ended and now a new training is set to begin. One that will allow him to hone his skills and show the world balance by his own means.

Personality: Gideon, much like his father, is very awkward when it comes to people. He just misses those subtle social cues and most of the time ends up embarrassing himself. Gideon is excitable especially when it comes to his latest project and won't stop talking about it when he gets started. If he does somehow manage to keep some friends he is rather quiet, using his actions to speak for him where words would fall short. he might leave gifts for his friends or ask their opinion about a project. He tries to include his friends in his passion almost as much as he tirelessly seeks to improve his craft.

Background/History: Gideon was raised by his mother and was able to meet with his father once a year on his birthday. On his birthday Gideon would show his father what he had managed to build during the year in an attempt to earn his praise, and while it never got to godly tier it was the respectable work of a hardworking craftsman. Though his father never showed it Gideon was sure that he made his father proud if only because of his work ethic. After all smithing takes time and practice. If with the deck stacked in his favor it would take time to hone his skills. Gideon's early years were relatively normal. he went to school until highschool where he dropped out in order prove himself by opening an auto repair store out o f his family home. As if to set him on the same path as his father Gideon was crippled in a work related accident, a car dropped on his legs. Hephaestus rushed to his aid cursing the Fates as he went. However Gideon didn’t let that stop him from living up to his fathers expectations and he continued to work hard until his 20th birthday when he received two things from his father, an invitation to the academy and one of his fathers old hammers.

Gideon’s Hammer: a prototype of the current Hephaestus’s godly tool. It can change its size freely but the weight remains the same.


Information about God/Goddess: Hephaestus is the god of the forge, blacksmiths, and fire. He is accredited to be the inspiration for some of the greatest technological leaps, and in some interpretations is the forgemaster of the gods. It's said that he crafted jewels that seduced Aphrodite, created pandora's box, and forged the weapons of the gods.

Contrary to belief, Erebus isn't all doom and gloom. He can actually be quite playful and mischievous. While completely serious when teaching, he is actually the FUN teacher. Tells lots of stories and will sometimes turn a blind eye to a little shenanigans. He's actually become a lot kinder since his days as a student at Godling Academy. He still has a bad attitude and is quite snippy and violent. However, he's been told not to harm the students if they piss him off. He has a harsh sense of humor with a dash of crude and brash. He can be quite fatherly however, since he's raised his own child beside Eris, his wife. He hates being the center of attention, but that's something he'll have to get over if he continues teaching.

Demon Control- He's able to bring forth demons and control them. Including his demon Maki, his faithful companion for over 100 plus years.
Shadow Control- He has complete and total control over shadows and darkness.

Cam grew up as a very creative person. Even when he was really young he would draw this beautiful architectural designs. That was the beginning of his gift. When he was in high school, he was the best student when it came to working in the workshop. He kept entering the championship, and every year his creations got better and better. All the more elaborate than the last. It was when at the last championship that an old man walked past him. He loved everything that he crafted. He handed him a letter, it said that he was chosen.

If she considers you a friend or someone close to you then she'll defend you with all she's got.

Background/History:
When Tera was born, they knew she was going to end up being something special. She was born to some very loving parents. Her father was a descendent of Ares. He was actually in the army. Tera spent her whole childhood only getting to see her father for short period of time before he would have to leave again.

It was when she was in high school that her father was killed over seas. This was the first time her rage took over. She ended up being brought her mother, who was able to calm her down. She would act out in school. Everyone didn't do much about it because of her father's passing. That's when she got the letter saying she was chosen to be the next Ares.

  He was grown up and raised by his mother and father, Eris and Erebus. Erebus was always the 'good cop', while Eris was strict, and even a little encouraging when it came to mischief. Eris wasn't very happy, though, when he began to drift towards Erebus more. She told him to be Eris is to be fear itself, but it didn't interest him. So she tried to buy her way to him, but again, it didn't help. "You can't change me, mother", he'd have to tell her. Erebus, on the other hand, was delighted. Erebus helped guide him with his powers, and even gave him a bracelet (explained below). When it was time, Erebus and him shadow traveled to the Academy, ready to start the year.

Personality: Nika is outgoing and friendly, always trying to understand and get along with other people. She chooses talking first, running second, and fighting fourth. That doesn't mean she'll try to reason with titans and monsters, but she'll avoid conflict with other people at all costs. She can get unexpectedly riled up as a spectator of a competition, cheering on one side and booing the other with words you'd never hear out of her in other situations. She helps where she can, and often takes on a lot of overwhelming work.

Hobbies: Nika has done a little bit of everything, from singing to dancing to writing really bad fanfiction and sewing stuffed animals.

Abilities:

- Wings; Just like Nike, Nika can have wings (she doesn't have them out most of the time though, they can be rather inconvenient)​

Background: Nika grew up decently rich, with her parents having lucrative jobs as database administrators. She went to a public school despite the opportunity for private schooling that was open to her, and did decently in class. She was a member of student council, and ran around helping out all the clubs with whatever they needed, keeping herself busy. When home, she was doing whatever she had been told about by her friends, be it an online game or knitting sweaters for the homeless. Her very presence seemed to help people out, though she wasn't often remembered since she left a shallow impression zipping about between all the people she helped and hung out with. She only came because her parents thought it sounded awesome and pushed for her to go.

Pet or special item: She was indirectly given an item from Nike (Hermes passed it over to her at the travel gate) that was a silvery chain bracelet. It can transform into a really strong and sharp spear.

Information about God/Goddess: Nike is the goddess of Strength, Speed, and Victory. She is often painted into a supporting role, aiding Zeus or Athena in battle and spectating the conflicts of man giving indirect aid in the form of her favor.

Relationships with other Gods/Goddesses: "Aphrodite looks so handsome, like he's straight out of a movie And Ares is scary, I really wanted to run away while she was telling me about the school and how things were going to work... I saw Zeus in the hall on my way to Ares, his beard was smaller and less gray than I thought it would be!"

Personality:
William is impressively intelligent academically, but his true genius lies with culture and the arts. He holds himself as a gentleman, kind, charming and gentle. To some extent, William even has a mischievous side, although he enjoys pranks and subterfuge he wouldn’t do anything to endanger or degrade a friend. This is not to say he does not have a serious, determined and even ruthless side, however. Although his power could make him an excellent fighter, William does not often fight as he has a distaste for meaningless violence. Even though he has all the capacities required to be a leader of men, William actually dislikes being the centre of attention and often avoids taking responsibility for everyone, preferring a second-in-command or supporting role instead.

William finds humour in a lot of things, but mainly in tragedy. He is often rather poetic and enjoys discussing philosophy, taking interest in finding meaning in often meaningless things. William does not have much of a temper and takes personal insults easily, although he is a sucker for defending others even at his own expense. Despite all this, William remains fairly enigmatic and rarely reveals his true motives despite his seemingly honest attitude. While not inherently evil in his current state, William certainly has something brewing beneath the gentle surface.

Visual Teleportation - [Limited]The user can instantly teleport to anywhere he has seen before. This includes places he has visited, places shown in photographs that have not been tampered with (and providing the place still exists the same way in the photo) and places shown in videos (same non-tampering/still existing rules as photos). Due to the weakness, the user can also tell when someone is watching him, allowing him to know where they are for as long as they look at him. This is also true for those looking at him via a video feed, even from a great distance. The user cannot teleport if someone is watching him, nor can he teleport to a place that is being watched. Additionally, his teleportation has a range of a 50m radius from his body. Time Master:
Matter Reversal - [Not Acquired]The ability to gradually revert a touched object to an earlier state of itself. It can repair items and even cure a person of injuries by sending them back in time locally. Only the touched objects are affected, and the larger the object the longer it takes and the more fatigue is received by the user. Reverting living beings takes longer than inanimate objects. Reverting the same object multiple times will eventually lead to the object becoming immune to the power, usually wearing off after 24 hours.

Background/History:
William was born into a fairly well financially-able family as the first and only son. He was educated accordingly as an upperclass citizen, learning the etiquette involved in becoming a suave gentleman. His private school taught him academics and his personal studies enriched his mind culturally when he was not helping the Student Council as the Vice-President. His mother was always overly proud of her son, often doting over him for his apparent perfection. Of course, no one was perfect and this image his mother had constructed was coincidentally just the surface of a much more complex creature.

William had no father, the man having been absent since he could remember. Without a male role model in his life, William chose to fill that role and establish himself as the perfect male student. The school hierarchy left him as a right hand man, yet his influence was far reaching. Everyone loved him, he had no enemies, bullies respected him, teachers came to him for help. His life seemed perfect. Seemed. While this society that secretly revolved around William was not simply a facade to facilitate his own desires, William often did not feel as though anyone deserved him. He could play the perfect student, but what was the point if no one could truly appreciate what he was? He had no real peers, no real friends he considered an equal. He didn’t not experience love, even despite all the confessions and letters he would receive.

It was this and the discovery of his godly heritage that lead to the transfer. As if perfection had responded to him and manifested itself in his self-projection, William found the reason for his emptiness: he was the divine son of Janus, the God of Doorways. It was a strange revelation, but it did explain the... strange skills he had acquired. Transferring immediately, William found himself surrounded by individuals divine in the same way as he, supposed equals to his perfection. Both elated and anxious, William joined the school with an open mind. It would be interesting to see who fell for his “perfect student” persona and who could see through it into the real person beneath the surface.

Janus, the Two-Faced God of Doorways. Janus was a god that presided over beginnings and endings, over passage and transition, over duality and even time itself. Namely described to have two distinct faces on one head, this particular god was often prayed and regarded to at the start or end of things, such as peace and war. One could generally have faith in something beginning or ending well if they prayed to Janus. He was also heavily referenced and involved with journeys and exchanging, potentially even a deity mediators of trade prayed to for a blessed deal. Regardless, Janus is usually invoked at the beginning of any ceremony to ensure its successful start.
