This here is where we post character sheets, I will post important NPC’s info and enemies as well as my own characters that I play as.
You can have two protagonist characters, and depending on rank or status you can control as many weak NPC’s as you desire, out of or in battle. This is in regards to low level enemies and gang members on your side.

You can wait for me to post the example post or go nuts with the sheet down there, I’ll tell you if you need a change or not.

Age: looks around thirty.
Sex: male.
Relevant info: wears a suit, has a pack of cigars or smokes and a big fuck off revolver at most times.
Powers: teleportation.
Can summon sharp objects, no one knows how he does such a thing, ranges from shiv’s to samurai katana’s
Small bio: boss hone formed the 3B’s three years ago after the waterside skulls burnt his family’s house down. Using his powers he enacted revenge and started gunning for the top of BlueBay. He is somewhat feared but always respected within his gang and territory.
Appearance:

Hone is a somewhat cold man but is capable of jokes, he enjoys murdering his enemies and bossing people around.

Name: Jonathan "John" Truman
Age: 20
Sex: Male
S/O: Bisexual
Personality: Quiet, docile. Calculating and cold in combat.
Attire: Sleek classy suits usually black and white, sometimes silvery grey. Wears rings on each finger.
Weapon: Those rings can extend over his fingertips with tiny razors, like claws. Also exceptional knife play.
Powers: Griffin Shifter [Lynx/Owl hybrid; cryogenic breath weapon in Griffin form]
Small bio: He's still the little newbie in the gang. He was previously known in the underground for his success smuggling drugs. Rumor has it he sold himself out to drug lords for those who couldn't pay up, so he's the target of a lot of manwhore and slut jokes.
Appearance: Lean, nicely tanned skin. Wheat blond hair and sleepy, pale blue eyes. | Thick-furred grey Canadian lynx with black tufts. Arctic owl wings that glitter making them look silver in the moonlight. White eyes.

Also as a newb, do you mean low level grunt or just getting respect from the gang, maybe a low level lieutenant?

I assume in human form he is human and in griffin form more resilient to damage?

Small bio: Shao joined the the 3B’s a little more than half a year ago. Despite being a rather new member of the gang, she's already made a name for herself due to her short temper and eagerness to fight.

Name: Kara Sharp
Age: 14
Sex: Female
Backstory: Kara appeared seemingly out of thin air in Bluebay one day, rambling about some sort of organization that didn't seem to exist. Nobody took her seriously, and she was often taken advantage of, and shunned due to her constant chatter. She eventually learned how to live on her own, surviving on the streets and becoming quite savvy. She's usually seen wearing some sort of robe, if you see her at all. She's great at hiding due to her small stature.
Powers: Can hover/hover jump about 10-20 feet in the air and can use telepathy to both communicate and see long distances.
Small bio: Kara used to be a bit of a mischief maker, tormenting some of the lesser bad guys in the town with her abilities. But, after witnessing a gruesome murder, Kara decided that somebody needed to do something. She tried teaming up with a few other people, forming a "gang" of her own, so to speak, but it disbanded fairly quickly- nobody else having the motivation to keep going.
It was then that Kara found the 3B's, and made an impression on them by sneaking into their hideout undetected. Her eagerness and charm, as well as her speed and street smarts, convinced them to let her stay.
Appearance: Kara wears plain linen clothes under a pale blue robe. She's very tiny, but relatively strong for her size. She also has chin length blond hair, green eyes, and freckles.

Relevant info: Kann usually has a switchblade, a gun, a baseball bat. Usually wears a suit or hoodie. Drives a variety of nice stolen cars, excellent hand to hand fighter, somewhat decent aim with a firearm, usually relies on powers first.
Powers:
“Smokebending.”
Kann can freely manipulate smoke and make it within himself, of varying types.
“Wiggin specialist.”
Kann can manipulate people in a fighting style called wiggin.
he utterly confuses his opponent to submission. “Many of his confusing attacks vary wildly from joining the bad guy, to pretending to be a female, to doing the most outlandish and absurd things possible”

Small bio: Kann has a long varied story, the important thing is he’s number two in the 3B’s. He also somehow got a job at Noligiv pharmaceutical. Where he steals things with the help of Kara sharp Phadia

More like after he was caught a massive beating happened, he teleports away but Hone catches and beat further.
Somewhat impressed by his power Hone let’s him live, and DEMANDS he work off his debt.

He'd be able to pay off the debt within the day by doing a walk-around outside the Boss's territory. His main problem is not stealing.

If he stole everything from boss Hone, especially using teleportation,
Hone would teleport right after and basically cripple him lol the debt is more a thing of respect, he would have to earn more for a keep and tell the boss where or what he did for it.

Especially if he’s got a rank or is more just a grunt who keeps to himself

Sorry I'm late. Didn't realize I wasn't watching the thread.
I'd say maybe low level lieutenant.
And yes you're right As a human he's just like any other human, it's just his hearing, eyesight, and sense of smell are much sharper.

She tried to live a more average life, but two years ago, the rush of combat got the better of her and she ended up joining the 3B gang.

Relevant info: usually wears black, wears rings with odd symbols engraved on them, always carries a black dagger engraved with similar symbols.
Powers:
She is able to transform into a large, raven like creature with sharp talons that is capable of picking up a human being. Her raven form is allows her to communicate with birds in and out of her raven form.
She is also able to manipulate shadows and darkness.
Small bio: she joined the 3B’s a few years ago, and mainly functions as a spy. Doesn’t speak much to people she doesn’t know.

Small bio: flirty, somewhat slutty. Amazing shot. Not a leader in the 3B’s gang. but has been with Kann and hone since the start.
Loves rhyming, almost like she has a mental illness.

Michael has been friends with Boss Hone for almost 5 years now.
Back when The 3B gang formed, he was given the offer of joining and become the doctor of the gang.
He accepted, having already finished his medical exams and knowing he would be treated well.
He's a calm and serious medic who hates when someone plays jokes with him.
