Allrighty, people are probably going to have to introduce themselves to halk, if i remember correctly this is tthe first time he;s seen any of your characters
 
Lel I explained the magic poorly. It is seeking an appropriate vessel, but that includes most things that use simple or magical energy easily, including your characters as magic users, plus probably any open flames or unfinished magical items. Basically anything that can intake pure energy is either going to absorb it, mutate from the magic, or just get overcharged and explode

I like how i was using Ku-rith'ro as a foil to him at the beginning, I hope i can mimic that. Not sure exactly what i was doing with it in the first place, but i think he's going to be the voice of reason of the group. Never really done that before.
 
Yo, I've got an idea. Halk's pretty well connected here, he could wave for a passing carriage to take them to the city limits or a nearby farm. Would that be excusable?
 
I was busy all day today. o-o and I'm gonna be busy tomorrow, too. Thursday I should be able to reply, though. :)
