Option 3
- At her quip and smile, you laugh and relax. She's not telling you to shut down the project so you'll take that as a good sign.
- You smile back and jokingly offer for her to be your sidekick.
- "You could be the PRT to my cape!"
YASSS SIDEKICK
SECONDED
(I always come in too late to contribute anything XD)
4. Look around the way you came. You must have lost it somewhere. If you can't find it, ask Kat to borrow her phone. If she doesn't let you, head back home anyway, and contact through e-mail.
3. Best not give her too much too fast; she's been great about this, but you don't want to freak her out. So maybe what you were actually thinking is out. But an easy lie springs to mind, and it's only half a lie. You have been wondering what to do with the dog. Just not right that second?
Option 1 (& 2 & 3)
- "...huh. Not actually a bad idea." You had thought that getting somewhere besides your home would be too costly to even consider but you hadn't actually considered just making a new home. That could be a real option.
- Except the way Kat phrased it - lair - well, uh "I'm not sure I'm that committed to supervillainy," You're not even a supervillain, exactly. Toybox doesn't count, right? It's not, like, drugs and protection rackets. Though having a home away from home does sound like a benefit. Unless you could arrange something with Dodge? You're still not 100% on how Toybox works.
- Until then... "Would you mind her?"
((Or just go with Option 1 *eh heh*))
