Yami is never where you expect him to be, as he lets his trusty tabletop RPG dice lead his fate. He may act like a scary master of evil on the surface, but he actually just is trying to impress everyone with his RPG skills. He acts very in character as the "Demon Lord of Fellgrail: Baltorr", and not many people like to stand next to him when he chants strange magic.

Bio: As a kid growing up, Yami was always fascinated with fantasy books, videogames, and Anime. When he came across a bookstore one day, he got a copy of Dungeons, Demons, and Disasters, a popular Tabletop RPG in the US. Reading over the book, he became so fascinated with the idea of becoming characters he created, that he took it a bit too litteraly. Making a costume, creating a spellbook, and by some unusual means, and forming a contract with a demon of black magic, he became Baltorr, The Demon Lord of Fellgrail. When the people scouting for ultimates found Baltorr casting the Thunderstorm spell to ruin a company picknick, they immediately sent him an invitation. Of course Baltorr accepted.
Talent: The Ultimate Roleplayer
Having gotten so good at staying in character as Baltorr, Yami had obtained the exact same magical powers as his DD&D character. The spells and descriptions are as follows:
Break Door - The door or similar barricade blocking Baltor is immediately destroyed. An anytime use spell.
Fireball: a 5 times a day spell that has Baltorr shoot a target with a ball of 500° flames.
Icey Prison: a 2 times a day spell that traps a target in a block of Ice for 3 minutes. A heat source of 75°F or higher can hasten the unfreezing.
Locate Person: Using an item belonging to said person being scribbed, Baltorr creates a compas that leads him to the person being tracked. Can be used at anytime.
Magibullet: an anytime use spell. Baltorr shoots an invisible bullet at a target, and kills them if it strikes a fatal spot. Otherwise, it deals heavy damage.
Reversal Portal: A counterspell that can be used up to three times a day. Reflects any spell or projectile sent to Baltorr, back to the sender.
[Baltorr... no, Yami was thrown off the side of the ship as he heard Monokuma laugh as he yelled, "Sayonara Spellbook person! Have a safe swim!"
Unfoutuneately, Baltorr was thrown into shark infested waters. As he had no way to actually cast a spell while staying afloat, he sank towards the bottom as his oxygen was depleating. Life escaping his mortal shell, a shark ended his slow missery as it swam over and chomped his head off, making it a terrible end for the so called Demon Lord of Fellgrail.

Male
HT

WT
180 lbs (somewhat due to his gear)
Description
Ryuji wears a red, black-trimmed overcoat with matching trousers, long black buckled heat-resistant leather gloves, and black leather boots. Across his chest is a protective metal blast vest that has "火" painted on it in red, which means "fire". As for his physical features, he has long apple-red hair that is tied into dreadlocks which trail down to his lower back, light skin, and orange eyes with red eyeliner, though his eyes are always hidden behind a pair of dark-lensed goggles that he wears and never removes for any reason. Ryuji is typically also seen with a matchstick hanging out the left side of his mouth.
Personality
Contrary to what his Ultimate Talent is, Ryuji's personality is not "explosive" by any means. He tends to be deadpan sarcastic, and though his sarcasm can potentially come off as mean-spirited, other times it can bring a laugh. He prefers to think things through carefully, and prefers not to rush things when he can. Ryuji sometimes sees certain things through a philosophical lens, as in this quote from him:
"Fireworks... they're a real curious thing. For that one brief moment, they explode in a glorious shower of sparks, make noise, attract cheering crowds, and then in as little as a second or two... they're gone, like they never existed at all. Still, life's full of moments like that, y'know? I guess you've gotta learn to appreciate the littlest things."
Ryuji can be a bit hard to get along with, but if one can manage to get along with him, there's a good friend hiding in that stoic shell of his.

Bio
Ryuji is the soon-to-be heir of Kazan Family Fireworks, the company his family has owned and operated for countless years, with one notable client being the Togami Corporation, who purchase and use their fireworks for their PR stunts. Ryuji first got his taste of what fire could do when one the house of one of his neighbors caught fire due to a gas leak while a young Ryuji watched with fascination, an experience he would phrase as "the house went up like a freakin' Roman Candle" when he grew older. His father served as his mentor, and taught him everything he knew about making fireworks and the chemistry behind the craft, and in due time Ryuji was making his own pieces of explosive art to display at summer festivals when the stars came out. Though Ryuji himself was rather humble and reserved about his creations, he could see (and hear) the joy he was bringing to both the young and old. In fact, one spectator in the crowd one summer happened to be a representative of Hope's Peak on a scouting mission for Ultimates, and all it took was one fireworks show for them to send Ryuji an invitation, which he viewed as an opportunity to further his Talent on his own, and accepted.
Other
In a twist of irony, Ryuji suffers from photo-sensitivity, hence why he wears his goggles at all times.

She always wants to push herself to do her best and won’t accept any less. Though she seems uptight, during the off season, she’s actually much more loose. Though trained in Canada, she entered official competitions as part of the Japanese team, as her father was also a Japanese figure skater. Though originally wanting to go into pairs skating, Hana gave up almost immediately as all the male pair skaters her age were insufferable. So she stayed solo and quickly climbed the ranks. As she entered the Junior Grand Prix and Olympic competitions her metals began to collect. She even did an illegal backflip and still got first place in competition. Though her metals are piling up, school is still a priority. At least it’s at hopes peak on the sea.

Personality: Haruki is sweet and loving, and cares for nature as her name suggests. She believes nature and people should live in harmony, neither completely taking over the over. Despite being a bit shy, she refuses to change her beliefs yet wants others to think as she does. This can come off as annoying and overbearing, but once pointed out she will almost always apologize, having a less confrontational nature than most. She works hard in her studies in more cerebral classes, having a bit of trouble actually doing any harsh physical activities.
Likes: Trees, Nature, Animals, Organic Coffee, Coffee art, Nail art, Cute jewelry
Dislikes: People who make fun of vegans/vegetarians, Animal abusers, Black Coffee
Bio: Born into a nice town, Takamatsu, Kagawa in Japan, her family was originally from Iceland. Her grandmother moved to Japan a bit after having her mother, and she was raised with both cultures in mind. She enjoyed the images of Iceland, but also enjoyed the beautiful nature based architecture that was in her town. She learned how to shape bonsai trees at a very young age, and soon read the specifics on how to care for trees properly while also designing them. She became well known even in her adolescence around her town, and shaped gardens of the higher class, making them bloom better than ever before. Not even professionals could compare to her detailed orientated eye, down to each twig. In her early teenage years she was known far and wide, throughout almost half of Japan and would visit many wealthy families to help with their gardens. Eventually, she got a letter leading her to Hope's Peak Academy.

Inside text
(but the base for this sprite isn't!)
Age: Seventeen (17)
Sex: Male
HT: 5'5
WT: 135lbs
Personality:
Simply put, Yuka is the typical boy-next-door type. Unassuming and plain at first, there's more to him than what meets the eye. He is pretty rounded when it comes to his abilities, which is another reason why he doesn't stand out as much. While he never has excelled at a sport, he likes to play soccer if he has the time for it with or without friends. He also has a bit of musical experience with a violin since his mother was a somewhat renowned violinist herself (she can't play now because she was in an accident), but he's always stayed in the sidelines with that as well. He's pretty humble, but will never humble-brag. He'll be honest with his feelings if he's proud of something that he did. A bit of shyness can be found too, when someone tries to get close to him.
Despite not being a sports-star or a musical prodigy, what really is noticeable in him, is his work-ethic and dependability. Unfortunately this is one of his huge faults, it does mean he is quite the workaholic even if what he's working at is something that benefits others. With that said, he can be also be a bit childish at times, but he tries as much as he can to be mature and level-headed, not only for his sake but for others as well, mainly to keep up the overall morale.
However, in a world where killing has a huge role, does an innocent heart cause suspicion?
Likes: Doing charity/community/volunteer work, working, animals (especially dogs and cats), soccer, playing the violin, organizing.
Dislikes: Unproductiveness, stingy & lazy people, feeling of helplessness, messy rooms.
Bio:
Yuka was born in Tokushima, Japan, and as far as he could remember, almost all of his life he's devoted himself to helping people. The more-or-less graceful start of all this was when he became a big brother to two twins at just five years old, and the amount of siblings he'd get didn't stop there. He couldn't do much then, but he'd try to keep watch on his younger siblings by staying close.
By high school, he was the eldest out of six children. His five siblings were quite the handful, not to mention there was also school and extracurriculars stacked on top of that. His siblings had made quite the name for themselves "The Troublesome Himura Five", causing many to not want to babysit them. But he didn't mind being the one taking care of them, in fact this sense of over-ambition felt natural and almost was comfortable to have. For him, it kind of developed the habit of hating sitting still, feeling a bit restless.
On the topic of school, from elementary to his middle, he was pretty much drowned out in the background. Labeled as average in most of his peer's eyes, though that didn't mean he didn't have friends. Although the few that he did have, never really were that close to him, it probably was more accurate to say that they were more of his - friendly acquaintances. While he did work hard academically (and still does), he never really connected with the activities or people there. Even though he already did become a huge help in his community by doing tasks that his neighbors or family gave him, he felt more drawn to volunteer work ever since he realized it was actually a thing. Whether it was picking up litter or serving soup to the homeless, he felt that this was his passion.
He eventually came to host a huge multi-prefectural clothing and food drive for disaster relief and etc. All of it was possible because of his focus to selflessly help those in need. He coordinated with his community's leaders and they took the rest from there since he still was a child after all. Despite that, many including adults were amazed with his ambition and initiative to try to fix and help with modern problems.
At his last year of middle school, a representative of Hope's Peak was scouting in Yuka's area. While at first, they didn't notice any remarkable qualities within Yuka, the representative disguised themselves as a homeless person and observed him from there. Yuka treated him courteously, unbeknownst to him that it was a Hope's Peak scout. A few days letter, an invitation appeared on his family's front door.
Everyone in his area wanted him to accept, and so he did, for their sake. But a few weeks before this had happened, a change began. Yuka has tried his best not to burn out, but the people closest to him especially his family, noticed early signs of a devastating one. They told him that he needs to take better care of himself, perhaps take a week-off from volunteering or get some video games for relaxation. Anything, they said. He reluctantly gave in to their suggestion and promised to do something in the near future. Since he took the offer of Hope's Peak, the announcement of a school trip was an eerily perfect timing.
Talent: Ultimate (SHSL) Volunteer
Extra:
- They live in a crowded one-story since his family is at the low end of the middle-class, but they manage. Furthermore, Yuka gets paid a reasonable amount as a tutor for young kids (after much insisting from people since they felt bad it was free at first) just so he can help his family's financial situation.
- He plans to become a teacher, a nurse, or a doctor in the future.
- People outside of Shikoku, the Japanese island where he comes from, might look down on him as the stereotype is that Shikoku people are uniformed or uneducated. A nice way of saying "they're stupid."
- His first name means (yu) "reason, cause" combined with (ka) "fragrance" or "good, beautiful".
- His surname means (hi) "scarlet, dark red" and (mura) "town, village"

Outfit(s)
Complicated mix-mash of suit, hood, dress and gear that has become synonymous with Dozzco for the past decade. It was much simpler when she first became a known figure, but the outfit has only gotten more complex with time.
Accessories
The cornerstone of Dozzco's complicated outfit is the display screen headgear she wears. When Dozzco gets revved up or excited, she starts displaying images on this screen in order to express herself without actually having to show her face.
General Personality
Dozzco is absolutely obsessed with inspiring the feeling of desire in others. Greed, Lust, Envy and everything in-between; these are only some of the things that Dozzco has dedicated herself to inciting. To this end, she's become extremely talented at evaluating the things which her target audience may want and presenting it in manners designed to entice. A relatively joyful individual, Dozzco's unrepentant in her manipulation of scenarios in order to sell whatever she's offering, seeing it as a way of life that she takes great pride in. With how much she talks, most seem to overlook just how secretive she is, with many unsure about what she even looks like underneath all her gear. A technical saleswoman who's cunning is matched only by her dedication, she's managed to partner with a number of corporations already despite her age.

As she's never seen without her screen headpiece, Dozzco's gotten used to using it to display images whenever she speaks.
Dozzco refers to herself as a company rather than an individual, likening her popular nickname to a business name.
Will often take notes in her clipboard when her hands aren't busy with anything.
Weaknesses:
Refuses to be seen without being covered up by her outfit for some reason.
Downplaying the inherent importance of Desire really kills her buzz.
Not a physically imposing individual at all
Generally seen as untrustworthy because she's always trying to sell something.
Strengths:
Dozzco's constantly evaluating people and objects has left her surprisingly in tune with observation
Her time doing advertisements has led her to become a rather crafty wordsmith who can string together complex dialogue at the drop of a hat.

Dozzco's no stranger to lying to achieve her goals, some would say its intrinsic to her job.

How They Discovered Their Ultimate
Dozzco has been mimicking Advertisements since she was a toddler. By the time she was going to school it was fairly obvious what her passion was, as she'd started selling random things to her classmates on day one.
General History
Born to a rich family in Germany, Dozzco had far more options in life than most. In sharp contrast to most of the Cormon family, young Dozz only ever seemed to find comfort in watching commercials. She watched them up until she was able to start mimicking them, her family realizing far too quickly that she was practically a natural. Before she was even in school, she was already selling things to her classmates that she'd collected. This established a pattern that continued throughout her school days, with Dozzco proving herself to be unnaturally versed in the art of the sale.
By the time she was barely out of Vocational training, Dozzco was picked up by a company and signed on as a Marketer. For the next two years straight, she jumped from one job to another in various Sales departments, with each company she joined finding a shocking spike in revenue as a result. Before she even had to consider going to a second phase secondary school, she already had a hefty net worth under her. Having been named an Ultimate over a year ago, it wasn't actually surprising when she was scouted by Academy. But she wasn't willing to stop her work initially. It was only after being convinced by her employers at the time that graduating could do nothing but bolster her already flourishing career.

Personality: Momo is a very strange person, even after you get to know her. While her constant cat-girl behavior creeps a lot of people out and can make some hate her, some people find her strange tics very endearing and cute. If anyone brings up that she's acting strange, she'll deny that anything is wrong at all. On the very few occasions when she lets her guard down and drops the cat persona (Which is about a one in a million chance, since she's never seen without her mask), she’s extremely quiet, shy, and timid. She’d never talk or get near anyone she didn’t deeply trust or wasn’t forced to be with. She’s quite passionate about her art, and it’s the only thing she can really have a long conversation with anyone about. She has an almost childlike innocence; She hates cursing and inuendos, but she's usually too naive to even realize when a dirty joke has been made. She tries to make new friends, but she doesn't have much of a grasp on basic social cues, so she's painfully awkward and usually fails. All that really matters is that she tries, right? Sometimes, that's the best someone can do.

Bio: Momo, to say the least, had an unpleasant childhood. She was abandoned by a biological mother who’d never wanted her at birth and taken into a foster home at the age of 3, where she found herself in a terrible new situation. The house was filthy and disorganised, reeked of excrement, overrun with dust and cobwebs and pests and vermin. The mother of her new family was paralyzed from the neck down, confined to a wheelchair and never left the house. She’d developed into an extreme hoarder, keeping every miniscule piece of trash she collected, and a crazy cat lady, with at least twenty cats, though it’d eventually gotten to the point to where Momo lost count. Her foster mother was also neglectful of virtually everything in her life; her home, her husband who’d rather work 23 hour shifts that stay in that house with her, her own personal health, and especially Momo. She didn’t even acknowledge that Momo was in the same house most of the time. She didn’t check to make sure that she was fed, cleaned, or even mentally stable. She never took her to a doctor’s or dentist’s appointment, or even to get new clothes. Momo was being neglected to the point of being a nonentity. So, she did the only thing she could think of to get the love and attention she needed; She became one of her foster mother’s beloved kitty cats. She began walking around on all fours, rubbing against her foster mother’s legs, purring, meowing. And she finally got the attention that a growing child really needed. Now that she was one of the adorable kittens, her foster mother loved her, ina way that this sick woman could never really love a human. Momo soon got more and more accustomed to her new role; She crafted herself a kitty mask, began slipping cat-like mannerisms and tics into her normal, everyday school life, ate the cat food that her foster mother gave her for lack of anything else in the house to eat, and often found herself falling asleep in strange places, including on people’s laps. This strange behavior drove a lot of people away, but it also seemed to work- Everyone noticed Momo now. So she kept on leaning on her mask like a crutch, convinced that people wouldn't bother with her otherwise.
Talent: Ultimate Kintsugi Expert
Abilities: She repairs ancient, broken statues and ceramics with metallic gold, silver, or platinum dusted lacquer. She has become modestly famous for her mastery of this traditional artform. She usually has her Kintsugi materials on her, and she has a fairly impressive knowledge of antiques, since antique pottery is her favorite canvas.
Momo is much more likely to be a victim than a killer, but in the unlikely event that she is driven to murder, her execution would probably be something like this:
Momo is injected full of gold laquer, which poisons her. The antidote to the poison is across a room on a pedastal, but the room is covered in all sorts of sharp spikes, saws, nails, and blades. Nevertheless, Momo stubbles through the traps to try and get the antidote. She's cut and stabbed multiple times by the blades, and the laquer that has filled her bloodstream trickles out of the wounds, still glimmering and gold. She finally arrives on the other side of the room where the pedestal is, and golden blood is trickling out all over her as she's been nearly shredded to pieces. The gold wounds almost make her look like a pieced together Kintsugi pottery. She picks up the bottle of antidote only to find that it's attached to a cord that triggers a giant saw to come out from a trap door under the pedastal, cutting her in half. Her mask sits in a pool of golden blood, alongside the antidote bottle, which was empty the whole time.

Talent: She’s great with any long range weapons, especially guns. She carries one on her at almost all times.
Jesse grew up on the streets of New York, an only child. Her mother died in childbirth, leaving Jesse and her father, a retired soldier and landlord, on their own. New York was a dangerous city, and Jesse knew better to underestimate it. The bright, flashing lights would easily distract from a mugging in a shadowy alley, the busy crowds would disguise a pickpocket in its midst, and even the fanciest drink could be tampered with if left unattended. Jesse learned that the city wasn't all sunshine and rainbows the hard way at ten years old, when a shady man that had been watching her as she played in Central Park decided it would be a bright idea to try and snatch her, not seeing any mother nearby. He didn't notice Jesse's father, though, who promptly put a bullet through his leg. Despite Jesse being physically unharmed, she was still shaken by the experience, becoming more critical of the world around her.
It was when Jesse had graduated elementary school that her father decided it was time to train her how to defend herself. It started out pretty simple- he gave her an emergency whistle and pepper spray, told her not to take drinks or candies from strangers, normal stuff. But Jesse wanted more. She saw how easily her father had taken down the man that had tried to take her, and Jesse wanted to have that sense of security. Besides, a 90-pound girl wouldn't be able to take down a grown man, no matter how much pepper spray she had on her. Reluctantly, after many weeks of begging, her father agreed to take her to the shooting range, and a for her birthday a week later, Jesse got her first gun.
Jesse's father would take her to the shooting range every Saturday after that. There first few sessions consisted of him teaching Jesse the different parts of the gun, how to carry one, and proper trigger discipline. It was a month before he actually let her shoot, and when she did, she was practically a natural, picking it up quicker than any trained soldier. It wasn't long before she could hit moving targets, even mastering precision shots relatively quickly, able to hit the eye or Achilles tendon of a target at fifty feet away. Shooting was her passion- she was able to get into her zone, in a world where nobody could hurt her. Despite her great skill, she rarely had to actually pull out her gun, only every once in a while when some dimwit decided it would be intelligent to try and grab her backpack or shove her in a car.
Jesse was never really into hunting, so she settled her shooting itch by entering competitions, easily winning almost all of them. She quickly took the world by storm, a highschool girl who could outrank professional hunters and trained soldiers. She even convinced her father to move back to Japan so she could focus more intensely on her passion. That all came to a screeching halt when she was sixteen- the year her father was diagnosed with stage three non-hodgkins lymphoma. Despite treatment, the cancer would sometimes leave him so sick he could barely leave his bed, so Jesse was all but forced to quit her passion, watching her father that saved her from kidnappers and taught her to defend herself crumbling away to a shell of his former self.
Jesse is a relatively fun person to be around. She's the jokey type who prefers taking situations lightly, despite secretly observing the cracks in every person, the lies they put in plain sight. She hides it, in fear of drowning in them herself. She can sometimes be overly critical of those she distrusts, tending to jump to conclusions and blame them first. Despite her seemingly optimistic demeanor, Jesse is the first to jump to action when she senses danger, protecting those she thinks are less capable than herself- which is most people.

Name: Kuro Yamaguchi
Age: 17
Sex: Male
HT: 5'8
WT: 198 lbs.
Talent: Ultimate Hypnotist
Appearance: Normal
Personality: Kuro seems to keep his secrets to himself more often then not, no matter if the reason is for personal gain or for the safety of those around him. Despite this, he still seems to care for his fellow classmates even if he has a weird way to show it. Kuro is proud of his talent but only uses it if he needs to. Which means, for therapy hypnosis they have to have exhausted all of their other options. For stage hypnosis, that's a little different but usually to cheer someone up.
While he's there to listen to other's pasts and problems, Kuro doesn't like opening himself up at all. If anything, he seems to deflect the conversation whenever when someone tries to get to know about his past more. Whether it's because of horrible memories or because he cares to help others more is up to anyone's guess. Kuro doesn't speak a lot when he doesn't need to, but will definately converse when given the chance. His smooth voice is one of his major factors of his talent and why he's so good at it.
Likes: Making sure people are okay and having fun, sitting down and reading or playing a video game, cheap food as he doesn't have much money, soothing music, flower arranging
Dislikes: Suddenly loud noises, him relying on others, losing his voice, people having problems and troubles that can't be solved
Biography: Kuro has been living by himself for a few years at this point. At the beginning of High School, he held two jobs to support himself on his own. He never got to meet his parents and don't know them at all. One job was working at the local fast food place, something he definitely wasn't proud of because of the customers but it was a paying job nonetheless. The other was being contacted for therapy hypnosis after teaching himself. (He did make sure he also taught himself morals and ways to make sure everything was smooth while a person was in a trance.) It was an interest he had since his young days after watching a show his school put on.
He started out only focusing on hypnosis just for therapy but eventually Kuro expanded to stage hypnosis too once he taught himself the differences between the two. After a few shows, he became popular enough that he could support himself well enough on it and quit his fast food job. From then on, he's been working on honing his talent while making sure he can support himself fine.
More History: Kuro grew up in an orphanage before he lived on his own. His parents died in a fatal train accident when he was 2 and there were no family members willing to take him in. The caretakers were amazing to him and always looked up to them for anything. But he kept being picked on by the other kids for having an odd hair color when he was younger. Unfortunately the caretakers couldn't always keep those kids in line. So once he got the chance, and against his wishes as he loved the caretakers and wanted to help them in the future, Kuro left on his own and worked for his own living place. Right now, he gets by fine but sometimes has to scrape the bottom of the barrel for food after rent and everything is paid off. He really hopes to get to the point in his life that he can live in a medium household and not have to worry about money.
What would I like to be?: I don't mind if I survive, am a murder, or a victim. If I am a murder, I would probably do it more for money then anything to live on my own.[/inlineSpolier]
I'll be waiting for yaPlaceholder (I'm going to get it up super soon I promise!!!)
