Why she signed up for the "show": After a tumultuous breakup, she didn’t know what she wanted to do with herself. She was seized by a sense of adventure when she saw the application and decided to put herself out there. She felt like she had nothing to lose, but as soon as she had packed up and left home, she realized…there was a lot to lose.

Personality:
Aisling can appear to be a cold, haughty woman at first with her resting b*tch face and reluctance to make friends. She doesn’t open herself to other easily since she believes that people will, inevitably, disappoint her. However, once trust is established, she is fiercely loyal and supportive, almost to a fault.
She gets a thrill out of problem-solving; many times, Aisling has found herself lost in an unfamiliar area without a plan, but she’s always confident that she can work out how to get home safely. As such, with this “I’ll-figure-it-out” attitude, Aisling is rarely afraid of leaping out of her comfort zone to see something new. New things also excite her; she wants to get the most out of life, otherwise what’s the point of living? Her bucket list is loaded with a plethora of adrenaline-seeking activities from parasailing to shark-cage diving.
Within this overwhelmingly active and extroverted exterior, though, is a chaotic centre; she is filled with emotions and fear. Her insecurities, numerous as they are, have been exacerbated since the recent breakup. To mask the unending swirl of feelings, Aisling pushes herself to learn more and do more.
Biography:
Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Aisling’s life was both incredibly boring and incredibly exciting at the same time. She grew up as an only child in the upper-middle class with her accountant father and stay-at-home mother in a two-storey home that bordered a nature trail, which provided plenty of opportunity for adventure and rebellion. The trail was both where she discovered her love for the outdoors, and where she smoked her first joint at 15 years old.
She did alright in high school, since she was simultaneously clever, athletic, and relatively popular, but still found ways to get into trouble. Aisling has an insatiable thirst for new experiences and almost nothing can stop her when she gets an exciting idea in her head, including running away from home twice to explore the Canadian countryside.
Since graduation at 18 years old, she got a Political Sciences degree (that turned out to be nearly worthless), landed a decent job in administration, and moved into a condominium with her long-term boyfriend, Cameron. Aisling still pursued the next thrill by throwing herself into new hobbies and activities, but Cameron couldn’t take her mood swings; after less than a year of living together, he cheated on her with one of her friends. The relationship imploded in the worst ways and, filled with grief and anger, she has decided to try something extreme.
Extras: She has undiagnosed Borderline Personality Disorder, which drives her to act recklessly when she is overwhelmed by emotions.
