Behaviors/Traits: Characters will possess some trait(s) relative to their animal-selves, whether it be certain behaviors, abilities, or physical traits. Traits should remain translatable to the human body, ex: snake/dragons have forked tongues, so the character does; however, they shouldn't have horns, hooves, or anything of that nature... Appearance: Her natural hair color is blonde, but she loves unnatural colors. She has a ton of tattoos, and has no shame getting them in places not everybody sees. She's tiny, standing at 5'0 and weighing in at about 120lbs, if that.

The body and soul that Jhenette took over wasn't Jhenette at all. With a quick temper and an even quicker mouth, she makes enemies almost as easily as she makes friends. She prefers to be honest with people, because she doesn't see a point in lying to them. It just makes everyone feel and look shitty, in her opinion. Her intentions are never to be mean about it, although sometimes-- alot of the time-- it might come across that way. She's not exactly careless, but if something goes wrong she just sort of shrugs and goes along with it. She's fun loving an energetic, despite being so small.

Jhenette has been slowly remembering things from this human's life before her, seeing them in the form of visions, dreams, or an odd deja vu sensation. This girl, this body that she took over, had it rough growing up. Abusive father, absentee mother. No siblings to cry to or to hold her at night and tell her everything was going to be okay. From what Net gathered, this girl was pretty quiet, perhaps a bit on the antisocial side. She never shook the boat, and preferred to stick to herself and read a book rather than go out and party.

Jhenette changed her. The first thing she did was go out and dye her hair, sending a shockwave through those that knew her. The piercings and tattoos came next, but they were never a planned thing. More like... she was bored, she had the money, so she decided to do it. Or she was at the mall and saw the cutest belly button ring ever and decided to make it hers. Luckily, her friends were on board with her sudden changes-- they'd been trying to get her to come out of her shell for quite some time. Jhenette remembered later on that this girl had moved away from home at the age of eighteen, and hadn't talked to her father in quite some time. That was fine.

Jhenette got a job as a bartender, because they let her have the ink she wanted, the hair she wanted, all of it. With her charming personality, she had customers hooked like that and they would come back specifically for her.

Lani was born as Leilani Ostergaard to a Danish man and a Hawaiian woman. They seemed like a rather odd couple in terms of ethnicity and personality. Her mother was very calm, poised, and sophisticated, staying rather reserved and being quite professional, while her father was very humorous and outgoing, befriending people wherever he went with his charismatic personality. Lani took after her mother more, being a quiet child with few friends.

Lani went to a private all-girls academy and she knew at an early age she wanted to be something that had to do with the law. She was a person who knew she wanted justice for people. Her life was not very hard as she had good parents and they were in the upper-middle class, but there were high expectations and standards placed on her, the beginning of her becoming perfectionistic and superficial.

Lani had multiple boy crushes, most of them who were walking past her and such since she went to an all-girls school with programs for elementary, middle, and high school. Only a few of them lived in her same neighborhood. She was 13 when she had her first crush on a girl. She had no idea why she felt that way or what was wrong with her. Being the deathly quiet child she was, she never told anyone about it and tried to continue on with her life, avoiding the girl as much as possible. Lani eventually told one of her best friends, who was rather accepting of it. While her parents were never extremely religious, she still hasn't told them about her sexuality.

As she grew older, Lani had to deal with her sexuality more and more, only realizing that she could be attracted to both guys and girls when she was 16. Since then, she's accepted herself more and she knew she wanted to become a lawyer. She graduated from high school when she was 17 and set a plan for her to major in Political Science and an undergraduate and later go to law school. She did just this and she applied and was accepted into a university that wasn't so far from where she lived. Lani saved enough money to move out of her parents' house and rent an apartment of her own a year later and she is now in her sophomore year.

Appearance: A young male with a youthful appearance; Andrew has smooth and clear olive skin, deep blue eyes and short, dark brown, curly hair. He is very tall, standing at a height of 6 ft and 3 inches and has a lean build with slightly muscle tone.

Personality: Andrew is a meek person, being mild-mannered, calm, and timid. He is also very quiet and reserved because of often getting lost in his myriad of thoughts. Though he prefers to be in a group or a place with many people, he likes to keep a low profile and be on the sidelines. However, he is not afraid to speak to his mind and do what he believes it right and does not mind if people judge him. He is an honest, charitable, and tender individual. He is also very diligent and persistent in everything that he does. He is a very reliable person and cooperative with others. Andrew is also a practical person and does not really care about unnecessary and flashy material possessions and has a habit of saving money. Though, this does not apply to his appearance as he likes to buy things that make him look good and appealing. Because he is prudent, practical, and logical, he also tends to be pessimistic and can be straight-forward. He is also very conservative. Despite this, he is a philosophical toward disappointments or difficulties. Though Andrew is generally reserved, he can be a good friends and eventually open to those he enjoys being around. Some other things are that Andrew enjoys being in the outdoors and likes to go on nature walks and the sound of nature. He is also actively concerned for the environment and tries to be environmentally friendly. He likes to express himself artistically, whether it is by cooking or when painting as a hobby and loves to listen to a variety of music.

History: When Andrew was three years of age, he was found near the stairs which lead to the front door of an orphanage. Until the age of eight, Andrew stayed in an orphanage, when he was then put into foster care. He stayed in a total of three homes before the third family adopted him at age nine. The third, or Wilson family consisted of a mother, father, and their son who is two years younger than Andrew, who is named Simon.

Though Simon initial got along with his new adopted older brother, he started to feel jealous toward him when Andrew seemingly stole the attention of their parents from Simon for himself. Mr. and Mrs. Wilson were business-people are they eventually went on very frequent business trips. Thus, Andrew and Simon were put under the care of Simon's grandfather, and they lived him while they are gone for most of the year, visiting for holidays or sometime other important events, if possible, and that was usually brief. Andrew eventually won the favour of their grandfather, but it was not as if the grandfather did not love Simon as well. However, Simon developed an intense disliking of his brother. He felt that an outsider is trying to steal his family from him. He missed the attention he received as an only child. Because of this, Simon and Andrew aren't very close, despite his grandfather affirming on many occasions that he does not have favourites amongst his grandchildren, whether they are his biological or through adoption. Later, the day before Andrew graduated high school when he was seventeen years of age, his grandfather passed away at seventy-five years old due to lung cancer. This greatly distressed Andrew, as he and his grandfather had a very close bond and he functioned as a parental figure in place of his adopted parents. A week later, Andrew and Simon attended a funeral for their grandfather, and their parents were in attendance.

Andrew was a scholarly and hardworking student throughout his high school years and he was able to earn enough scholarships while in high school to earn a free ride to a university of his choosing. He now lives in his grandfather's old house with his brother Simon only, whom he still doesn't have a good relationship with despite Andrew's attempt to remedy it. He is now in his sophomore year as a student who is majoring in Philosophy. He also works part time in a joint bakery-cafe to earn his own money to pay for the necessities for both himself and his brother, while his parents pay for the bills of the house. As well as writing poetry as a hobby under the pseudonym "Peter Jones," with which has earned a scholarship during high school.

Personality: Ian looks good and he knows it. Self confidence is the key to success after all and he's got that in spades. He's intelligent and fashionable, always willing to share his opinion or correct someone if they're wrong, and if he comes off as arrogant and insensitive it's only because others are jealous they aren't as knowledgeable as him. His attitude is deserved to some degree however, a result of hard work and diligence as much as it is a talent. When Ian wants something, he gets it, even if the effort ends up being more trouble than it's worth.

Despite his stellar personality, Ian has a hard time making friends, unwilling to associate with those of lesser conviction and often coming across as unapproachable anyways. His stubbornness has a tendency to be too intense for most people, and as a result, they stay out of his way.

History: Highly independent from a young age, Ian often felt the need to do everything for himself, regardless of whether it was in his ability. While this behavior was seen as cute by his parents and teachers when he was a child, as he grew older, his tendency to reject help and remorselessly cause his class mates to cry became deeply concerning to the adults around him. Many times he was called to speak with his teachers, hoping that a quick explanation of why he should be more sensitive would be the end of the issue. Unfortunately for them, Ian simply saw it as the adults in his life trying to fit him into a mold, causing him to subconsciously reinforce his own beliefs and values.

Despite his general distaste for strangers trying to force their ideals on him, Ian did hold a great deal of respect for his parents, and while he'd never behave contrary to himself to please them, he made it a point to be as little of a burden as possible. It wasn't hard to see what they were doing for him, and in turn, he did his best to take care of them. While it was much harder when he was very small, once he entered high school, his natural diligence began to pay off.

Even while holding down a job Ian still graduated top of his class, gaining a reputation as a cold lone wolf with a snake's tongue and a strange preference for vibrant colors. He never really interacted much with his fellow students, though he does have somewhat of a mixed reputation among a few. A couple students who he saw were struggling despite a genuine desire to succeed did draw his attention from time to time, causing him to go out of his way to help them. By the time he graduated it was with a few friends he keeps up with occasionally, though school work and his job often distract him from them. Regardless, his life is pretty much in order now. College and his job keep his time filled, he's paying for his education entirely by himself, refusing to allow his parents to help, and he's even managed to work out some time each week to meet up with his friends. History: Jackson was a good country boy. He had three siblings, and was blessed enough to grow up with both of his parents. As the family's eldest child, Jack was tasked with helping around the family business and leading his brothers and sister by setting a "prime example." However, the rustic vibe simply didn't seem like a long-term goal in his eyes. He was fine with the simple life. As a result, the guy strove for excellence until he finally reached the city to attend university on a partial scholarship. Unfortunately, it was at that time when his father had an accident. That's when the Valentines realized that they were having a financial crisis. Jackson couldn't just play bystander. Of course it didn't help that they needed to pay for Jack's tuition, his father's medical bills, as well as his siblings' additional expenses. So, Jack got himself an office job or two. Clocking in and out for two different jobs, while balancing classes seemed to be all Jack ever did. The few friends he had in the city were usually telling him to go out and live. All the man could do was work, or "be a nerd" as some of his friends would say. It didn't matter to him. Jackson was an intellectual leader who loved his family, that's why he did everything to help out.

After graduation, Jackson sold the family business and accepted a full-time offer from one of the many jobs he had taken on earlier in his life. In all honesty, the man was okay with being the Information Technology guy. It paid pretty well, and helped him climb up the corporate ladder . . at least from his previous position. The money was too slow though especially since his younger twin brothers were about to attend universities as well. So, Jack contacted his good friends and decided to start a side business in the city. They were able to rent out a space with a garage, office, and room. Together under Jackson's leadership, the gang established an auto shop better than the one the family sold. Jack's side hustle had lower prices than competitors especially since junkyards were prime for spare parts. The business was doing just fine. Not long after, one of his customers saw the business as an asset. Jackson would have to deliver a few harmless packages in exchange for investments. Ox accepted.

  Nakahi's family is probably lower middle-class, but given his culture, that only makes so much of an impact on their living. His father works as part of the runanga [tribal council] that represents his hapu - the Maori people in his area. However, his father also works another job in charge of hospitality and tourism. He sets up events and entertainment. His mother is a stay-at-home mother, mostly due to cultural influence and tradition. To help with income, Nakahi works in entertainment, performing Kapa haka - cultural dances for tourists during events and festivals. On occasion, his mother and other women of the hapu cook and sell traditional foods, jewelry, and art during such attractions.
  
  Aside from living a fairly 'traditional' lifestyle, he attends the nearest high school and even plays on the soccer team. He works after school giving dance lessons to the local children when there are no tourist events planned. On weekends, he enjoys playing traditional games with friends or his younger brother. Other children tend to join in. One of his favorite things is going hunting with his father using more 'primitive' tools. To him, a bow and arrow is more exciting than a gun. He's a skilled archer.
