After about 20 minutes she finally arrived at her destination. ZEN, her favorite gym. It had plenty of windows, always smelled nice, and everyone had this motivational aura about them. Maybe that was just the yoggies getting to her head. She shrugged and popped the skateboard up and went up to the front desk asking for the lockers. The receptionist handing her the key and pointing down a hall, Miky almost skipped all the way there. She opened the locker with the digital pin pad, and took her jacket off, hat, put her skateboard into one of her jacket pockets also retrieving her phone, unslinging her AK off her shoulder next, and finally the X-Harness placing them inside the locker before closing it and locking it.

She took off at a light jog towards the elevator which were a ways away. As she jogged she looked out the window examining the beautiful scenery of gardens. This made her smile which made her think of Fleur so she took out her phone and jotted a quick text to her.

"Hey Fleur, at the gym... see you in a bit!"

She put her phone in her pocket just as she reached the elevator, jogging in place. Due to how many the facility had she gladly had the elevator to herself, keeping her heart rate going at a steady pace as the sound of dinging carried on for a while. The elevator came to a stop and the doors slid open on the 51st floor. She jogged through the winding hallways until she reached the door to a training room. She pushed the door open and greeted the receptionist.

"Hello! I'm Miky, I called a couple days ago wanting to know more about the training program?"

The receptionist asked for her phone number and pulled up some forms for Miky to fill out which she gladly did, yet again... using her neighbors credentials. Miky's mailbox got pulverized in a not so friendly dispute between two rich drunk men, ever since she's just used her neighbor who happens to be an elderly man barely alive enough to breath and talk gibberish. So she didn't think there was any harm. After the receptionist finished putting the information through, Miky only waited about 10 minutes before a tall muscular army veteran came out from one of the doors and ushered her in.

During the start of the class they went over some goals, her ultimate was to be able to put a guy of his size down with minimal effort. The next little while was warm up exercises. Push ups, sit ups, wall sits, etc. for a good 30 minutes. Afterwards she practiced some basic punches/leg sweeps. After that a few quick rounds of burst punching on the leather bag. They cooled down with an exit set of light cardio exercises, jogging in place, lunges, and finally stretches.

After an hour she was completely exhausted, her limbs almost felt like rubber, and her knuckles burned something fierce.

It took her 20 minutes just to get out of the building from being so exhausted, not including the time it took to put the harness and everything back on. Once outside she looked at her phone and sent a text out.

"It's almost 5:20, I'll be home soon. Can't wait to see you. <3"
