Zacharias Warbeck an Irish born half-blood wizard {April 1st 1982} to Nathaniel Gregor Warbeck and Emily Jane Warbeck nèe Adams. He attended hogwarts from 1993 to 2000 as a proud alum of Ravenclaw house where he spent his years socializing and being rather jovial, care-free and fair natures lad with a accent to which he also was proud of. A proud Irishman he was during his youth and still is despite his changed manner of personality. A smart lad with a ease and joy of learning... Though a more creative sort then he was intelligent or atleast Zacharias always thought as he claimed a humble self view of himself, yet still glad that he somehow managed a spot in house ravenclaw. Through his hogwarts years Zacharias loved to duel and specialized in transfiguration often receiving high marks throughout his seven years, while proving a capable and top student in defense against the dark arts and charms.... The three of many classes Zacharias found himself excelling in. Not to sound perfect however as he did come with his faults academically such as potions........ Yes potions his Achilles heel. At his best he only ever got passing grades and at his worst.... Well let's just say it wasn't pretty or safe if near or his partner in class. He never could remember all the ingredients and instructions and wouldn't write them down either, so yes potions along with divination were his worst subjects with the latter he just could never wrap his head around it in his youth, never understood the point of it all. That and Professor Trelawneys glasses... Just, no, it was far from his best class. He liked the professor, well sort of, she kinda freaked him out a bit so it was a tolerating kind of like and a healthy distance in class from the front row that kept him comfortable around the kind enough woman.
That however would be just the early years... Towards the end of his run at hogwarts life got difficult. A understatement perhaps considering the times and all, but for Zacharias Warbeck personally it was quite difficult, around year six he encountered a mad werewolf who was allied with Fenrir greyback himself where Zacharias was just hanging around with his pals in breaking curfew fashion when the attack happened. The werewolf nearly killed them all, each of the four pals when Zacharias managed to distract the beast long enough to lure him away and gave his friends a out, an escape to save themselves. Though it didn't turn out as a heroic and happy ending....... He was successfully attacked and afflicted with the werewolf curse before managing to kill the beast with a final spell. Since that fateful night Zacharias changed, a little more over time as each day, week, month and year passed. He found himself hiding more and more, fearing the night for it could bring a full moon, fearing a social occasion because he didn't feel strong enough to hold back and restrain his beast form.... When and if it should reveal itself in him. He feared socializing because he felt he may loose his friends and become a loner of feared standing keeping all from wanting to go near him. Thus he became more and more recluse.
Over time Zacharias did improve his friends rallied to his side and brought out his old self in flashes, in determined and many attempts to raise his morale and confidence. But as he did so did the war become greater, the battle of hogwarts neared and like many Zacharias Warbeck took part in helping defend hogwarts like many others, several others. Though it should be said he played no major role in the battle or achieve some awesome feat in killing some powerful and reputable dark wizard and death eater, he did atleast fight.
It was the war that led Zacharias to become a Auror himself in later years. Joining up right after his graduation and going on to hunt death eaters for a living, curbing dark magic and upholding laws for his career. Zacharias passed his Auror exams and training with enough skill that it led to some praise from older wizards and witches.
In the early goings Zacharias proved capable of combatting dark magic and had his fair share of success. But they proved another truth as well, they proved it was only the beginning for even without a dark lord known at the time...... The dark powers that be still were powerful. Every venture into the unknown, every step into the shadows where darkness looms, every minute spent away from home brought more and more tests. Each counter became more difficult, every battle, duel and encounter proved greater then the last it seemed. After years of service Zacharias met a match of three that were formed, were found by him that be Zacharias Warbeck and fought him for nearly a hour. The battle was difficult, agonizing and testing of his will and strength to continue on against them.... Eventually he fell and his certain became his ultimate capture. The three were not done with him, they instead of killing him took him to a place that remains a hazed memory to mister Warbeck even to this day, torturing him for hours at a time and for seemingly days...... Breaking down his will, breaking down his spirit and shedding his blood but the cursed Auror wouldn't shatter like glass.... He hung on, he kept hanging on to every ounce he had left, waiting... biding his time until he broke free and managed his wand swiftly casting one spell after another in defense. Before bringing down and ultimately killing his three tormentors thus Zacharias Warbeck began a turn once more... Struggling to overcome his paranoia and security questioning ways, always testing them and ensuring defenses were strong. By the time of his 40th birthday he considered retirement but knew it would only strengthen his paranoid ways and leave him weaker for it. So instead he continues on building upon a nice career of achievement and many captures of death eaters and their spill, rabble rousing kin of ways. Even mentoring younger Aurors during their training and though harsh at times would do no different, seeing a need to show the truth of what hey face and what would lay ahead, prepare them properly so maybe, just maybe they might live a long life instead of a short one. Though Zacharias often wondered which was more damaging....
Due to his numerous duels and battles against the dark arts and there wielders Zacharias has come to possess to a great deal of scars along his body, his upper arms have smaller less visible scars, while his upper body and back hold many from his time as an Auror and a few from his attack years ago that led to his cursed form of Werewolf. A good deal of them have come from his capture and torture at the hands of the "three".
Hmm..... The three a formidable and fitting trio of two wizards and one witch, the tall and lengthy Walders.... A sadistic and thin man who's speed and swiftness of spells was nearly unmatched at the time of his reign. Then Jill St. Poison a self given name in place of her maiden name, she was mad and powerful a vile thing who's small stature was just a far cry from her monstrous personality and cruelty, finally bringing us to Graham Overton a large and strong figure who's brains were replaced with brawn, he used devastating spells that caused certain destruction whenever used while his half giant blood made him tough to take down, he needn't much wits and talent for protective charms as long as he had Walders and Jill looking after him and used his size and giant blood to strengthen his constitution. They were a trio of powerful and capable dark eaters, hunters of ill-bloods and muggles.... Killers of the elite who stood in their way.
it wasn't foreseen that Zacharias would encounter these foes of all people, in that long trek into the depths of the darkest cave he would come to explore in his many years. He hadn't expected to find them around a fire as they burned muggleborn victims...... No that night wasn't suppose to happen. Zacharias was on the case, the trail of what he had thought as one dark wizard not three. Hmm.... But these three moved and thought as one, they may as well have been one being. A great battle ensued, the triad proved too great for the Auror especially a young one only a few years removed from his rookie years and training. What would have been his certain death became his ultimate experience of darker nature, a saving grace that may have done more damage to him then death its self.... suffering at their hands and through such torture changes a man, changes anyone who goes through it. In the end Zacharias proved strong and outlasting, he proved the victor in the end but his reward may show a truth, the victory was far from sweet and the Triad went into their deaths claiming victory themselves.

Youth-Personality: Pre-curse Zacharias was a kind, fun and jovial man with a joking and charming charisma. Daring with the rules and there bending for his own and his pals benefit, loving the chance to get a date and make a girl smile & blush whenever he could. Brave and willing to sacrifice for those he cares about and for what's right, young mister Warbeck was a popular and good man with a care-free and caring side.
Post-Curse: Zacharias changed becoming more isolated and fearing of what he may do and be unable to stop when a full moon rises. Fearing the loss of friends and his life as he knew it. It took a great effort and rally of friends and loved ones to help bring him back to the man he was and still could be with just a little help from his friends and renewed confidence.
Present-Day: A touch of paranoia and security cautious, aged by war and loss, dark magic and death eater encounters and battling. Still afraid of full moons and fearful he may just not be strong enough to restrain his beast that lay within and in wait. He's a loving and caring man though even if he doesn't show it all too well and is a dedicated man to the cause, to his job as an Auror. He's complicated and perhaps misunderstood for his secret and what he has been through are both held close to the vest and known to only a small few close friends and loved ones. He's suffered a curse for some many years now and has seen up close and personally what dark wizards and witches can and will do as he has suffered at their hands especially during one venture that led to his capture and torture until he broke free and killed his captives. Simply enduring for what seemed as ages until he got his strength and chance to change his fate and prolong his death another day..... In short he's a scarred man both mentally and physically who's love and care is often hidden by his turn of nature at the hands of his past.

Quite caring and loving in his own way as years and certain experiences have changed him some over the years, if not more then he would care to think on, Zacharias is a cautious and vigilant man, always on guard unless security is meeting his approval & standards. Such as revealing his paranoia in a related manner. Quite loyal and dedicated you'd find no other as willing and steadfast to the cause then Mister Z.G Warbeck. Experienced and tough if not plain harsh at times, he's honest and brutally so when he sees fit.

FATAL FLAW:
Fatal flaw? If you were to look at him, hear him speak.... You couldn't tell so easily of the man he used to be. You would think he was a grump and paranoid man who's out of his mind, perhaps? But his fatal flaw wouldn't be first impressions... They would be his fear. Not his paranoia perhaps, but his fear... Yes fear, the fear of another night, another full moon rising into the sky and any chance of Zacharias being fine, being strong against the moons effect on him ever since that night long ago. The fear that becomes reality and all hope is lost until the Suns emergence, thus he's become a secret wolfsbane addict. Though it doesn't ensure his confidence and mind as much as he would like.... It helps. Zacharias's fatal flaw is what he may overcome or lead to his downfall, Fear and shattering of the man he was or still is
MISCELLANEOUS: He likes to sing and can sing rather well despite his notion he cannot. Zacharias finds singing frees him for a time atleast, eases his mind and troubles and allows for his feelings and words to be spoken in another form, a more artistic form. So he sings in his strong voice that can lighten its tune just enough to show another side. Thus came his unexpected code-name: Songbird
