Ingrid stood still scrapping spiders off with her hands and hope that she was killing some of them as she went to get all of the spiders off herself. "I hate spider even more now!!" crushes more of the roots and rubs the roots on the spiders.
 

Gaia

Anastasia kept charging for Insomnia before she gasped to a sudden rush of confusion entering her mind, her body skidding to a halt in the air while she remained hovering on her cloud of earth. Panic began to set in, her heart pounding in her tightening chest as sweat beaded her brow, struggling to try and get a grip over herself. Her body trembled as her hands moved to her temples, eyes shut tight to the voices filling her head before her eyes widened to the site of her parents standing in front of her, staring in complete disbelief. "Mom? Dad?" she called faintly. Ana's pupils dilated to the sudden appearance of the Markovian citizens of her family's country whispering along with her parents. "No...no stop...please..." begged Gaia, her breathing hitched before she screamed out at the top of her lungs. "LEAVE ME ALONE! STOP! I CAN'T!!!" she cried, falling to her knees on her mountain of earth as the whole world seemed to shake out of control around her. "MAKE IT STOP! MAKE IT STOP!" she wailed, tears running down her cheeks to the horror. Suddenly, her eyes opened wide, feeling the air get knocked right out of her lungs as the bullet from Austin's rifle passed right through her arm, her mountain crumbling as she fell towards the ground in severe pain and squirmed on the ground, crying out shakily.

I N S O M N I A





Insomnia watched as the girl went crazy in front of him, he took his hand and aimed at her head pretending to fire as an actual bullet went through her arm and she fell to the ground "Damn that was cool" Insomnia says turning to see his teammate had done it, he grumbled and felt his power getting stronger "The kid is losing more control, protect me while I amplify it, Im going to make him freak out more." Insomnia says his eyes glowing pure purple as he forced all energy into Purgatory. This would surely end in something horrible.


Purgatory got up and looked towards the Hero who was named Carrie, now you see, Insomnia made him think Carrie was causing this. Insomnia was just hoping to take out a hero but Caspian lost all control when he looked over at her "Why are you doing this to me!" he yelled a massive bolt of lighting barreling down on the girl as he walked towards her his tornado following, he looked quite angry as he walked and the tornado increased in size and magnitude. This was very bad. Caspian's powers got worse and worse. But was it really his fault...or Insomnia's. But really if Insomnia let up, Caspian would still go after her thinking she was doing the whole thing.

Austin smirked at his handiwork on the girl though he would have preferred if he killed right then and there to put an end to her miserable life. Turning his head over to Insomnia he nodded and continued to obey his wishes. Austin was for a second getting distracted by Purgatory getting more worse by the second especially when he fired a lightning bolt towards Cassie.

Ingrid gets all the spiders off herself mutter at the spiders "Stupid spiders". She looks around to see where she is needed the most still feeling the spiders all over her and she decided to see if she can get to Purgatory and calm him down.

Carrie pondered this in her mind for a short second before realizing she in the middle of a battle. Her instincts kicked into play, allowing her to become a little more aware of what was happening. She could see Purgatory growing angrier by the second. Slowly, the female began backing up. "

I....I'm not doing anything too you!"

The words stuttered out of her mouth. Blue eyes widened as she watched the tornado form.


That's what caught her off guard. When the lightening hit her, she couldn't feel anything but a sharp pain that escalated throughout her entire body, causing her to fall to the ground. If it weren't for her powers, she would most likely be dead. Though, seeing how she was barely breathing...there was only a small chance that she wouldn't end up dead. "

S-stop...

" She muttered, coughing up blood as she did so. Her mind was completely blank other than the pain that she felt and Devin. Knowing she had to make it, for him, she managed to find the strength to stand up. Even though she was a little slouched over, she wasn't going to let this get the better of her. "

G-Get the hell away from me...

" She managed to speak to the other.

Alex looked at the chaos around him, two many things happening his mind could process it and find somewhere he could get invovled with. Part of him blamed it on his own cowardice and criticist himself for it. He heard Ana screaming in pain before seeing her on the ground with what seemed to be on of the bad guys standing over her. He moved on instict rushing towards the man whiled going to his hard clay stay and crashed into him in a tackle as hard as could.The force was almost enough to shutter Alex himself when the both landed.

Chimera (Alaina)

Alaina quickly regained her balance, taking a defensive stand as she watched the woman....robot thing, waiting for her move. That's when the woman stuttered out her name. Blinking in surprise, Alaina examined the woman, trying to figure out who it may be. Even though she was a robot, she had distinct features that belonged only to Kathleen. With that being said, was that really her? She was so....robotic now. "Kathleen? Is that really you?" Alaina asked in a hestitative voice, still attempting to process this.
 
"I..." Kathleen could get the words out of her mouth, unsure of what to say or feel for that matter. She never expected to see any one she knew in her past life least of all Alaina, to explain what happened to her and why she was criminal. How could she explain herself and risk her disappointment? Alaina was better of thinking she was better of dead, Hours later Kathleen would think of better ways of handling the situation and beat herself up for not thinking of them but for now only thing she managed to do was:"Stay away." She warned raising her cannon in a panic and taking a few steps back before turning and making a run for it,
 

Austin


Austin saw Alex running towards him so to try to slow him down. He grabbed his pistol and tried to shoot a couple of shots in him but they just bounced right off. When Alex knocked him to the ground the impact broke one rib and left dazed for second before shaking it off. Austin punched Alex in the face before getting him off of him to get off of the ground. Aiming his pistol at the Alex's face once he got up it make sure he stays down.

"Oh no you don't" ,Wally said before using his super speed and ram his shoulder into her causing her to fall to the ground. But not sure if he took her out of commission "Looks like you need some help over here. She is a real hand full isn't she",Wally said as he made his way over to Alaina "Do you know who she is I saw the look on your face a few seconds ago",Wally asked his teammate/friend.

P U R G A T O R Y





Purgatory got closer and closer to the very injured female. There was going to be no escape from this. Everyone else was too busy to even notice what was happening behind them. There friend was about to perish if they did not help and they seemingly did not care. Purgatory was angry now, the temperatures began to rise, the earth began to crack. To many powers at once. Purgatory grabbed his head as pain surged through it. Insomnia lost his effect "God dammit what is happening" Insomnia says assessing the situation and looking as some sort of aura was around Caspian. Insomnia looked at his villain friend who was fighting the clay guy and grabbed his arm "We need to back off, something is about to happen" Insomnia says as he began to walk away the lighting now all striking down and forming a bubble around Caspian, as did the tornado. Shatter was injured but him and the lantern were too close to the blast, he got over to the blue lantern and pulled a large mirror from his arm and threw another farther away, he pushed the lantern into it and jumped in himself. They both landed far away from Caspian, Shatter now laying on the ground "Ugh..." he says giving up his fight.


Purgatory screamed out, Cassie not that far in front of him, as a giant blast of power flung out the earth shattering around him causing violent lava to come pouring out and then the bubble exploded causing the tornadoes to push outwards sending lightning outwards and pushing the lava to the point it was like a Typhoon of lava. Caspian fell to the ground passing out, a crater where he once stood as all the disasters stopped after the final blow.

Austin


Austin nodded to Insomnia and went to follow after him "It seems your plan is working a little too well don't you think",Austin told Insomnia once he was beside of him. Hopefully the enemy will die from Purgatory's confusion and anger towards that Cassie girl who did pretty much nothing in the fight. One thing was for sure was that their team needed to get of here before Purgatory goes more out of control.

Kyle



Kyle stopped from his fight with Shatter to help Cassie for she was on the break of death from that hit. But before he could do anything he was sucked in the tornado. For protection he generated a shield around him and was thrown into the tornado only to be was spit out of it a second later. He landed a couple feet away from Shatter and he could tell he was knocked out. Dispersing his shield that protected him from the fall and generated his own hand cuffs along with some feet cuff to put on Shatter.

Golem was thrown back by the blow, system rattled to the core and was made worse by the lava tornado. She tried to get back on her feet though her limbs have seemed up making her movements slow and truly robotic. She didnt feel the lava burning some of her outer casing and little of the synthetic skin covering her face exposing her moving parts. Dazed and her vision a haze she moved towards the nearest figure she could find. Clay looked back at the gun man when he was brought to the ground melting away when the gunman's attention was turned. He reformed around Anastasia and tried to drag her away from the danger."Common Ana, work with me here."
 
Ingrid stood back from the lava and looked around to find a place to hid so she isn't killed in the lava. She runs to broken pieces of the asphalt and stays behind them to save her skin from the molten liquid. "And now lava. This is a great day" She says sarcastically
 
Gaia grimaced to the horrible burning pain that shot through her arm, cradling it as best as she could before looking up to see Purgatory marching towards her, struggling to push herself away from him with her good arm and watched the earth crack around him, her eyes widening to realizing the conditions were perfect for one technique she had enough strength for...but she needed to have the perfect shot. But before she could do anything, she gasped to Purgatory grabbing at his head, shielding her eyes from the bright bubble circling Purgatory before he began to have lava seep from the cracked earth beneath him. She watched his body grow limp before slumping over unconscious, quickly pushing herself up and darting over towards the man, lifting his head to rest in her lap and touched his face gently. "Purgatory...Purgatory," she called, brushing his hair from his eyes, blood still seeping down her arm.

Carolyn

Carolyn watched with wide eyes as Purgatory made his way closer to her. The ground around them cracking, as other geological disasters occurred. Tornados, lightning, lava...it was all there. Seeing this brought fear into Carrie's eyes. There was no way she could survive this with out help. But, in shock, she couldn't move to find her friends. It wouldn't have mattered anyways. In her condition, she wouldn't have been able to get far. Only if there was someone there who could take notice and lend a hand. Unfortunately, that didn't seem to be the case. Blue eyes trained on the lava-like typhoon, knowing this was already not going to end well on her part. "Purgatory....please stop this!" She called out in a shakey voice, her body slowly taking a couple steps away as the storm got closer. That's when it happened. It all let loose at once. Carrie instinctively took a defensive stand, even though it would do her no good. "Devin....I'm sorry." With in seconds, the disaster had completely in cased Carrie's body. Her body esculated in pain once being drenched in the lava, slowly beginning to tear her apart until she was lost forever in the blur of the storm. The only thing left of Carrie was probably the final scream she gave before ending up gone forever.

Chimera (Alaina)

All of this was entirely confusing to Alaina. The girl whom she had loved...was now a robotic villain? None of this made any sense to her. Did Kathleen really join up with the bad guys? No, she

to have been forced. They did this to her, they

to. There was no way Alaina was going to be believe that she agreed to any of this on her own. "K-Kathleen..." Alaina took a few steps back after being pointed at with her gun. That's when Wally intervened, showing up out of no where. "Y-yeah. That's...." Alaina wanted to get out the words

. But could she even call Kathleen that anymore? Of course she could. Just because so many years passed by didn't mean that Kathleen was lost...right? "That's...my friend?" Her tone was still questioning, as if she was trying to ask Kathleen if that was even true anymore. Suddenly, commotion could be heard from behind. She jolted her head around to see what was going on, that's when she saw

it.

"Oh my god..." Alaina muttered out.
 

Wally

When Alaina told him that Golem was her friend but that was impossible for a villain to be a friend to them. Unless she was her friend before she joined but that made him wonder who was she before Golem was a cyborg. He distracted from his thoughts when he heard a scream from Carrie. Wally had just witnessed her death, he was too stunned to move for a minute before realizing they had to get out of her now. "We need to get out of here now ",Wally yelled to the rest of the team.

Kyle




Kyle heard Wally's order to retreat not knowing why but decided to not question his motives. He had to have seen something bad to order a retreat but then he looked at the damage of the area which was huge. Purgatory really didn't have control over his powers at all and having Insomnia mess him up like that didn't help at all. Wasting no more time Kyle launched into the sky with Shatter tied by his ring heading towards the jet they used to get here.

Alex watched Carolyn death in sheer horror and for a moment stunned with heavy breath trying to stop himself from screaming. It was a horrid way to die something he could begin to imagine how it felt, it was a sobering though at well as it seemed even superheros were mortal. He was snapped back to reality with the call of retreat, he turned a trudged back with his others in his natural form unwilling to show his horror at Carolyn death.


Elsewhere on the ruins Golems situation was getting more precarious, the ash in the air was slowing her movement further and she was running out of power. She needed help and quickly otherwise she would be nothing more then a statue.
 
Ingrid heard a scream and heard for them to fall back to the plane and she didn't give the scream a thought. She ran for the plane and thought about how thankful she was for everyone here. She was oblivious to the fact that they had just lost one of their own. She runs as fast as could to plane.
 

A Z A Z E L





Azazel watched as one of the heros had perished in battle he laughed as they ran away and he walked over to the crater in the ground and to the guy inside who was knocked out "Not that I really care but is everyone alright?" Azazel yells as he nears the guy, there were cracks in the ground so he had to be careful. It was really cool what this kid could do and Azazel could not wait to use him as a villain, if he would work with them or not. Azazel looked at the out cold guy and thought about slapping him to wake him up but he was legit out of it so he just chose to grab him and attempt at dragging him until some dirt got on his already torn suit "This kid is too fat to carry, Robo girl come help me" Azazel says from in the pit where she probably could not even hear him but he probably just wanted to hear himself talk.





S H A T T E R





Shatter was way too tired to even attempt at doing anything, he could try to escape but really why would he. He was constantly on the run every second of his non existent life. He could not even call what he was doing living. Running from everything and everyone was getting old. Shatter had no idea what just happened to the heros but he should not have even cared, he would just be thrown in jail where he could rot away for years, how fun. Shatter watched as they neared the jet. What would the heros say when they saw him, he was not really a villain so they probably would not say anything. This was awful day.
