RULES FOR CHARACTER CREATION:


1. You are not a billionaire secretly sponsoring a rebel group or any such powerful person.


2. You may have up to three starting locations, but you will have the same amount of starting troops


3. You start with 600 troops. (I will keep track of troop numbers and such, it will be relatively simple for your end)


4. You are not napoleon re-incarnated. Your character may be a genius or a tactician but he MUST be balanced in other ways. (Negative traits, less starting troops)

Bio/Background: Bob was a comedian before the war for a renown theatre in France. Due to the war though he the Theatre was shut down and Bob lost his job. He was out on the streets as Pro-Communistic fanatics took over the French government. Despite the communists claims to want to help the people, Bob has received no help, only more hardship. Bob feels it is time to stand up, and so he set out with some friends to take back the France they once loved.

Appearance(Pic or word description): Average rough Asian face, a few scars. Blackish, Brownish eyes, minor mustache (More like 4 or 5 short hairs to be specific. Darkish color, with dabs of light. All of this is covered with a Mercenary, Chinese looking mask.


Personality: Jeff is very serious, only calm, when he is in his own territory, with soldiers and trusted pals. A tint shy with new people, but it wears off after a few minutes.


Skills: Jeff is a above average tactician, he isn't so bad at planning out battles. But he isn't the best, either. he is also a strong convincing talker, he can be very persuading at times.


Bio/Background: Due to his soft childhood, and average life, Jeff was calm before the third world war. It ruined his life. It changed him, and he became focused on equality. He would kill for it. He was raised in China, but moved to America. Becoming so crazy, Jeff Killed a Earth Tech inc, high ranking employee, with the idea to bring equality to America. But it just brought the entire American Military to chase after him. He was almost caught a few times, and decided to start a new life.. of bringing equality to the world. He hid under a new identity, "Jaxxarn" Banding with a few friends he knew he could trust, and wandered around the world. They started finding people interested in the cause, and had the same idea, people who succumbed to Jaxxarn's incredible speeches. Until he finally settled down, at Virginia, it was the place that Jeff could remember the softest memories of his life. It would also become T.I.E.E.A's new Headquarters.

Alternative: The International Equality Fighters.

Goals(Free America, new leader, separation, communism etc.): T.I.E.E.A fights for a alternative view of communism and freedom. They want a communism everyone has their due of work, and still has to pay for items. But, these item's, are payed directly by work and rare items. Everybody is Equal. The Rich have a poorer chance of good life, but the poor have a better chance. T.I.E.E.A is not afraid to fight for these terms. They want a world that is cleansed of money addicts. Where everything is fair. A Democracy! With several leaders! But united under one banner, only one ultimate flag. Where Dictatorship is illegal. Think our Laws are Bullshit? We'll, I'll tell you.. T.I.E.E.A is coming for you.

Skills: A damn good strategist in the grand scheme, but is less useful when it comes down to the tactics of an individual battle. An excellent sharpshooter.


Bio/Background: James grew up in a Mormon home in Salt Lake City. When the war struck, Utah was not targeted. This made all the Mormons believe that Armageddon had come and they were being spared for being good Mormons. The real reason was because Utah really didn't have anything useful, but hey. When earth was cleaned up and the new president appointed, James decided to take a stand and finally reform the nation of Deseret.

Name: The Knights of God and his Prophets


Location: Utah and Nevada.


Goals: Independence for Utah, Arizona, and Nevada as Deseret.


Description: A bunch of Mormons who have banded together to reform Deseret. They have captured the town of Moab, Utah, but are constantly under attack. Since there were so many converts after the war, though, they are getting new recruits very often and have been able to hold the town.

Many of his peers spoke well of him and particularly praised his strong sense of interpretation and belief in the intent of the law and the Constitution.

These people were typically good, honest, hard working blue collar workers who owned their own farms, or small businesses in the semi-rural environment. They have come together in their belief of the civic rights that the Constitution guarantees and now they have taken upon themselves to enforce their 2nd Amendment rights.

He was born into a lower middle class Family - he never had much of a luxurious life. He spent his life as a normal child, got relatively good grades in school, and at the age of sixteen in '98 he joined the Italian Army. He fought in the first and a small amount of the Second Sicilian Wars between '98 and 2012. During his tour of the Second Sicilian War, he was in a base in Italy, being used as a reserve. This was when the Cold Wars and such began. In the next year, Italy was controlled by a Dictator and the world had gone to shit. He decided he'd leave the Military, but he was conscripted. He fought back against his conscription in late 2013, but was then put into a Military Prison in Naples. He spent nearly a year, but in 2014, he led a uprising with 322 other inmates. That's where he is now.

They are extremely disciplined and they seem to have the ability to adapt and to fend off larger numbers, similar but not quite in the fashion of Spartacus, he proves himself time and time again against Roman Legions.

Sadly I stopped this RP. It was a lot of work and ultimately wasn't fun to run. Although the amount of interest this dead RP still attracts is almost enough for me to want to start it up again.
