Withering Living Rooms
It’s difficult to measure what someone’s feeling, what types of creatures are crawling through out their conscious when all we ever really see is the outside. The house of someones thoughts are constantly shut no matter what you may be told, the doors and windows are always strategically locked to keep others away. Though some may be capable of peaking in at small moments, only few will ever get past the welcome mat.
But what they may find in their once innocent search can vary greatly.
Many who are capable of venturing the living room of a persons mind leave with new visions and new questions. Perhaps regarding why the person they thought they knew so well had such a scrambled living space, had such torn up furniture and broken photos within their inner living quarters.
Nothing can be measured about a person by simply peering in through their rusting windows, for many of them have been covered with the elegant vines which have begun gradually devouring their exterior. It’s difficult to see inside the home, but it’s hard to even see the household when such bright gardens have been planted in front of them. Such bright and colorful accessories can draw the eye more than the inside.
It is easy to ignore the chance of their being such a withering living room when the exterior has been temporarily decorated so beautifully.
