  • D5246FF8-75B9-4F47-B3A9-A418CD990D89.jpeg

Description: Lilliana is 5’3” she has long black hair, pale skin and grey eyes. Even though her physical body looks very young the way she carries herself and speaks shows that she has been around for a very long time. Her face is cold and she rarely shows emotion but when it does show on her face it makes a huge impact. When she is angered or enraged her face easily strikes fear into warriors but her rarely heard laugh could make anyone smile. No matter her expression her eyes hold a permanent sadness within them. Animals don’t like her because to them she smells like death.

Personality: The black witch is cold and calculating except to those she cares about. Any decision she makes is well thought out and has some sort of ulterior motive. While she makes decisions based on her logic even if her emotions tell her something different. She believes that she knows what’s best for her loved ones and has no problem lying even to them if she believes that she is doing what she has to to protect them. She doesn’t show it often but she is very loving towards those she cares about and would do anything for them while in her younger years she valued materialistic items she has learned that her small family is far more important than anything else on earth. Other than her deep love her other strongest emotion is her rage. When angered Lilliana’s wrath is comparable to that of a demon and she has no problem expressing that particular emotion. She takes pride in her abilities and takes it very personally when others undermine her.

Goal: To protect her and her sisters welfare at all costs.

Theme Song:

“Throne” by bring me the horizon

Name: Ophelia Everbourne
Race: Witch
Gender: cis female
Orientation: bisexual
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Age: 124
Role: Earth Witch

Description: (faceclaim pictured above). Ophelia shines like the sun, her skin is a light tan colour as the sun loves her too much too burn such precious skin. Her hair is colour of fields full of golden crops and her eyes shimmer a light green just as the grass does. She stands at 5'6 with a tall slender figure with curves just in the right places, her facial features are delicate and if she sits still for long enough some might think she were a doll, well that's if she can keep her facial expressions still. Ophelia almost always has a smile on her as she enjoys everyday with her sisters but her favourite hobby is too make fun of Lilliana for her height. Ophelia's dress sense varies a lot but she prefers to wear long flowing white dresses, she doesn't like tight or restrictive clothing as she feels like she isn't connect with the earth while wearing them. Ophelia never wears shoes as she loves the feeling of grass, soil and water between her toes even if her sisters get annoyed at her for tracking mud through their cottage. Finally Ophelia loves to braid her hair with flowers or just wear flower crowns, she revives dead flowers and decorates her golden hair with them.

Personality: Ophelia is a witch who has yet to experience persecution because of her talents which has led to a rather naive and trusting disposition. She is easily fooled and has been taken advantage of many times but the young witch always seems to be able to find the good in people. Being an earth witch Ophelia is a free spirit and spends a lot of time away from the cottage walking around the forest or wherever the wind takes her, she normally spends most of her days collecting herbs or chatting to animals about the issues within the forest which she then has to go and solve. While her kind heart is one of Ophelia's gifts it also one of her vice as she's gotten into trouble a few times in the past where farmers believed that she was cursing their land and while Ophelia does possess those powers she rarely uses them. When Ophelia does get into trouble she normally runs to her sisters for protection as it goes against every fibre in her being to hurt a living creature even if they are going to harm her, while this may be a hindrance on her sisters they always seem to help her out even if their unwilling most of the time. Finally Ophelia loves to bake and make jams with the berries she's picked from the woods and while she may be an expert at brewing potions by no means is she a gifted cook as she's almost burnt down the cottage trying to make fresh scones a few time, one of her sisters always manages to put it out just in time though.

Bio: Ophelia was born the youngest of seven daughters and her mother had also been one of seven sisters and just like the legend says Ophelia was born a witch. She originally comes from a travelling community that rarely interacts with society, her people live off the land and treat nature with the up most respect and so nature blessed them with an earth witch. Ophelia had always been praised for her gifts and in her teenage years she often travelled around different farming communities to help with failing crops, her skills quickly became legendary and spread through the farming communities like wildfire and soon Ophelia had officially become a nomad, living a solitary life in the woods with no need for material possessions as mother nature provided all she needed. She worked with all different types of farming communities but after 60 years of help Ophelia retreated to the forest and rarely answered requests. Her reason for this was that animals begun to tell her that these farmers were cutting down her precious forest to make room for more crops and so feeling betrayed Ophelia refused to help a farmer ever again. During her time alone Ophelia's reputation was discarded as nothing more than an urban legend but the occasional curious traveller would seek her out but only one had succeeded in finding her and so she rewarded this man with a protection charm that would help him navigate his way out of the forest.

After a 50 year solitude Ophelia found Lilliana and the white witch and the young earth witch felt at home immediately. Ophelia felt an immediate sisterly love for both the women and it was decided that she would start living with them, however there were a few bumps in the road especially with getting Lilliana to trust her but eventually the dark witch came to love the earth witch of a sister even if she did almost set their cottage on fire a few times. Ophelia had never been more happy living with her sisters and so she once again begun accepting requests from brave farmers who seek her out the put an end to their dry land. Ophelia was living in such joy with the occasional slip up where she would run to her older and wiser sisters for help.

Strengths:
> Kind
> Charming, almost anyone who encounters her is charmed by her.
> Expert potion master, she can brew anything that your heart desires if she sees the good in you
> Plant Manipulation, Ophelia uses this power when hunters enter the forest, she bends the tree branches to stop their arrows from killing an innocent creature.
> Able to bless or curse lands.
> Can cure any plague or can cause one.
> Speaks to animals.

Weaknesses:
> Naive
> Overly trusting.
> Physically weak, if she was attacked physically Ophelia would not stand a chance.
> Wears her heart on her sleeve.
> Clumsy
> She is extremely protective over nature so if anyone damages nature she can fly into a rage.

Goal: To keep the forest healthy and live a long, happy life with her sisters.

Extras:
> theme song
> She is vegetarian

Untitled_Artwork (1).pngName: Valentina Mercier.
Race: Human Witch.
Gender: Female.
Orientation: Bisexual
Alignment: True neutral.
Age: 214
Role: White witch.
Description: Valentina is tall and lithe, the tallest of the sisters standing proudly at 5'9 with long honey blonde hair. She has a slim face dusted with light freckles, full lips, a smooth peaches and cream complexion and blue eyes framed with dark lashes. Her posture is straight and her step is light and gentle, much like her tone of voice. Valentina always seems to have a positive grace about herself, even in situations where she is fired up and mad. When under stress her hair begins to grow at alarming speed, which requires it to be cut frequently. Valentina loves shiny jewels and will swoon over materialistic items. She loves silk and Egyptian cottons, and can often be seen swishing about in the eloquent fabrics.

Personality: Valentina harnesses a unique but equally dangerous curiosity for humankind, but has heard and learned how oh so cruel they can be. She enjoys watching them from afar, their characteristics, habits, jobs and especially their relationships. As a hopeless romantic, Valentina is always eager to advise or help out in someone's love life, perhaps too eager when she begins her meddling. Anything to do with love, Valentina wants to talk about or fawn over like a child. She has formed many crushes on humans she has watched from afar, but knows she cannot do anything about it. While a generally soft person, Valentina does not react soft to stubbornness. She believes that everyone needs a little help sometimes and will not rest till she gets her way. Valentina also reacts negatively to those that are rude/hurt her sisters, this is one rare occasion she will be angry. She can be stern and motherly with her witch family, not afraid to tell them off and try to diffuse arguments or complications. While she does take on a motherly persona, Valentina often acts like a child herself. Becoming giddy over the smallest of things, sulking for being scolded, and a huge love for sweet foods. Valentina loves to bake muffins and cakes, and has been trying her best to teach Ophelia the basics (to no success). She feels all of her emotions passionately, when she is sad she will cry, when she is angry she will yell. It is easy to know how Valentina is feeling due to how open and extreme (dramatic) she is with her feelings. Valentina is very caring and open towards females, yet can be skittish around men. She reacts extremely tense to religious topics.

Bio: Throughout her childhood, Valentina was told about the dark witch who had granted her mother life again, and how one day Valentina would go to join her. At first she was frightened, she had heard a lot of things about the Undying Black Witch. None were good. Yet as years passed Valentina grew bored of the stereotypes the Black Witch had. Why would the Queen of Deception bring her mother back? Reunite their family and provide them more time together? It was an act of kindness, not cruelty. Unlike the townsfolk, Valentina had a connection to this woman, and believed the Black Witch was the victim, not the monster she was painted out to be.
Valentina was only young when she began to show signs of the arcane and word began to spread fast. First from making babies stop crying and smile with a touch of her hand, to healing the broken leg of the baker's son. However she was not met with hostility and instead she was idealized by the church, a symbol and a gift from god himself. She and her family were showered in a plethora of love and wealth, splendour she never would have dreamed of. She was provided offerings daily in exchange for healing, a blessing, a talisman of safety, a potion of love. Once Valentina knew she was strong enough to leave and finally meet Lilliana, she announced her departure to the public. The loyalty of her followers dwindled instantly at the mere mention of the Black Witch. Valentina's reputation with the church was ruined and they turned on her and her family. In the process of fleeing for her life, she lost both her parents to the cruelty and violence of the church.
Despite Lilliana's harsh and cold exterior, Valentina took an adoration for the dark witch immediately. She felt connected to the woman, like she was her new family. When the Green Witch Ophelia appeared, Valentina quickly took a liking for her as well, accepting her into their little cottage as a happy trio.

Strengths:
She possesses heavenly fire, a pure white flame that is especially effective against demons and other undead beings. Valentina cannot conjure these if she is upset as they require a lot of focus.
Valentina can cleanse and heal wounds. She cannot bring someone back to life or regrow severed limbs, but can effectively close up a gash or adjust a sprained bone.
She can produce protection circles or potions/charms/talismans to attract love or money, deter illness or hexes or to provide a barrier from an oncoming attack..
If Valentina makes physical contact with someone, she can project an emotion onto them. This can be sad or angry, but Valentina prefers to convey nice things such as relaxation or happiness. Valentina can also sense other people's emotions which feels like a scratch in the back of her head. She can pick up nervousness, sadness or anger the easiest.
Valentina is an okay archer.

Weaknesses:
She does not know how to swim, and is afraid of deep open water and the darkness. She is known to get really upset when caught outside at night-time.
Valentina's worst weakness is her curiosity and sensitivity. She is easy to manipulate and and easily susceptible to tricks.
Her parental personality can be overbearing at times for those that do not like being helped/fussed over.
While she is nimble and fast, one heavy hit can hinder her almost useless.

Goal: While she isn't the eldest, she does feel a motherly instinct for her sisters. She wishes to ensure they are warm, safe and well fed at all times. She hopes all of them find happiness and love.

71ZAMVwtxmL._AC_SX425_.jpg

Name: Jeanne Jégou aka Jeanne the dragonslayer or Fae bane
Race: human
Gender: Female
Orientation: Bisexual
Alignment: Lawful Evil
Age: 27
Role: False hero
Personality: Jeanne is a stoic and serious person she dose not bother with small talk or engage in vagaries. She has not time for cryptic words or riddles. When Jeanne speaks she s direct and to the point and she will not take no for an answer if she tells someone to do something. Jeanne is honestly not much of a noble as she has not skill in manipulation or seeing through deceit when it comes from her lord. She also can not really understand double speak or implications getting annoyed if others are not direct, having once killed a subordinate when he could not summarize a report in 10 words or less. Still she has grown a secret softness in her heart and has found herself unable to trust her king. She has grown more ands more unwilling to kills fae cretures without hesitation as often she recalls the dragon and finds her hand stuck. Jeanne has recently become melancholic and secretly wishes to end her life as a knight, or well life as anything for what use is a knight that can't kill on command.

Bio: Jeanne was born to a noble house as the eldest child she was trained from the moment she could walk to be a knight. She underwent harsh training that would break most normal men and indoctrination to be loyal to the king without question. While money and pleasure are common in a noble house Jeanne was kept from it all for a knight must not want for anything but to serve their lord. It was this kind of training and attitude that had made her family into the enforcers of the kingdom as second in prestige only to the royal family. When she was 15 Jeanne would be knighted after defeating several knights in single combat proving herself worthy of her families reputation. With that her carrier as a knight would begin, and she was quickly put to work on the vile enemies of the kingdom. Fae creatures dwelt in the forests of the land preventing expansion and befouling the land with their inhuman taint. Jeanne was to go from forest to forest and slay every fae creature she found, killing young and old till they were exterminated before moving on. This was a task which jeanne took without complaint and fulfilled to the letter often emerging from fae forests covered in their blood earning her nickname of fae bane.

Jeanne would continue her service to the king slaying all threats she came across until years latter her family was implicated in a plot against the king. Jeanne was sent to dispatch her family to prove herself. Her parents pleaded that it was a set up that the king had grown mad and paranoid. The teachings they had beat into her, were to strong and she would not listen to such heresy leaving her family nothing but corpses before returning to the king. This event while at first not seeming to affect Jeanne actually left a deep scar and many doubts of her lord. She started to wonder, and to think about all she had done all the beings she had killed and all the pleas started to finally haunt her. Jeanne managed to hide this from the king, but somehow she felt he knew and thus she was sent alone on what should be a suicide mission even for her. She was to slay a dragon that was supposedly terrorizing the people of the kingdom. She found however no village was threatened by the scaled beast , and her doubts grew as she found the beast nested within a mine rich with gold and iron.

Traveling deep into the cave like mine Jeanne would find the dragon as she had been told. Doubts flooded her mind but she quashed them, she had a duty, she was a knight and here was a monster slay. The combat between the pair would have been the stuff of legends, Jeane managed to survive being bathed in the flames of the dragon her armor turning from silver to black. The fight only ended when Jeanne managed to strike it's neck and cut off the beasts head. It was only when the sounds of battle had stopped echoing did Jeanne hear a whimpering that she had not noticed before. Jeanne found herself unable to move as she saw the small creature clinging the the form of the now dead parent. Seeing this sight was a final straw for Jeanne as she finally broke down finding herself crying for the first time she could remember. In the end Jeanne returned with just one dragon head to the king and was given the tittle of dragonslayer praised as a mighty hero. Now a year latter the king has a new mission, three evil witches must be brought to the church to be made to repent their evil ways and their souls saved. Jeanne ever loyal was dispatched, but something had changed in her now she almost wishes to fail this mission and to never return.

Strengths: Jeanne is perhaps the greatest knight in the human kingdoms, with experience in slaying just about anything mystical or fae. Her armor can withstand even the fire of dragon breath and her sword cut through their near impenetrable hides.
Weaknesses: Jeanne is no good with emotions and right now is extremely doubtful of her king and wishes to fail this mission.
Goal: to either bring the witches to the church or to die on the way there.

name: Celvafin Acker
nickname: only go's by Cel
race: half-elf
gender: male
orientation: pansexual
alignment: chaotic neutral
age: 17
role: heroic farmer
description: Cel stands roughly at 5'6 and has a very slim figure. His skin is like porcelain, pale and untouched. His hair is fluffy and white as the fresh snow. His eyes shine yellow like a cat and he moves with absolute grace and swiftness. His ears are pointed, giving off his heritage. He always wears his cloak with his hood up, never taking it down. He uses this to hide his ears and face.
personality: Cel is far from the hero he pretends to be. He is lazy and depressed, he hardly can see any good in humanity. His tongue is laced with poison and he makes often remarks and sarcastic comments. He acts like he is all that and can do anything, but when put to the test he always fails. He lies and acts like he is strong and a hero, but he is far from it. He also uses humour to hide his emotions as well as making him out to be strong like he pretends to be. He hates his linage and it is one of the things that angers him quickly as well as embarrasses him. Brash and reckless, he is far from a hero.
bio: Cel grew up in a small village and he hated them all. Born from a traveller who passed into town and got a little too close with his mom. When he was only 5 the elven man left and never came back. The town had its share of words for himself and his families. They butchered his father's name and called his mother a variety of colourful words. He grew up with his mother and grandmother and experienced the constant stares of his fellow villagers.

Every day of his life he was reminded of his father and how he could not escape him. He was the only elf boy in a village of humans. The other kids treated him like an outsider and refused to be near him. Cel punched and kicked his way to them leaving him alone, becoming the monster they called him to get a moment of peace. His own home was not a relief at times for him. His mother constantly cried for her lost lover and some nights came back with random travellers breaking of alcohol. His only safe place was the forest and his grandmother. She told him stories of places far away. She told him of magic and dragons. She showed him how to raise animals, how to grow a potato, everything his mother didn't.

For the longest time, his grandmother was his only friend until the day he came home to find her collapsed in the garden. She passed away later that day and left Cel with little left in his world. Cel's mother tried to take up the family farm and work now that she had to without her mother taking care of it. Though of course, she knew little of what she was doing and the farm fell behind. Cel grew even more full of hate now, lashing out at his mother and wanting nothing left of this village. His mother's behaviour caught up to her as she grew ill from a similar illness to his grandmother. Unlike his grandmother, she did not work through the pain and grew ill even faster. Taking up hunting grew easy for him, archery coming natural, however, a few snickers from people in the village due to stereotypes sent the bow in the fire and never to be touched again.

Cel took over the business as his mother struggled to survive. He made it through a season of harvest when it happened to his village. The ground dried up, the plants no longer flourished, and the forest grew dry. He felt pain for the plants and animals, many farms having to kill livestock to save food and his village fell into a famine. This continued for the next year and the next. His village was dying off, no one visited anymore and disease began to spread.

Cel remembered stories his Grandmother told him. Of witches and magic, he knew that they could help him and his village. Of course, when he brought it up at the village meetings he was laughed at, being told magic had no place here. Cel was angry and hated his village, even more, they were so stubborn they wouldn't even break their own beliefs to save themself. As Cel lived his life all he could think of was his grandmother and how she would tell him about heroes, and how she told him she saw good in him. Without putting too much thought into it, he grabbed his grandmother's book of stories and took off on the back of a passing merchant.

A noble cause of saving his village but honestly he was lying to himself. He wanted to do what his grandmother would want him to do as well as something to prove his village wrong. On the way, he picked up a sword for defence, totally not stolen. He has never left his village and has a little clue where he is going, but he is moving forward with the information he can find on the world as well as the occasional sticky fingers and... forceful methods.
strengths:

  • very skilled in archery
  • green thumb, can somehow always manage to get a plant to grow
  • lying and acting
  • swift and stealthy(knows his way around a pickpocket and a lockpick)
weaknesses:
  • horrible with his sword
  • selfish
  • his linage
  • is far from heroic
goal:
to be a hero to save his village

Name ~
Dayton Clease

Race ~
Human

Gender ~
Male

Orientation ~
Aromantic?

Alignment ~
Neutral Evil

Age ~
27

Role ~
The doubtful doctor

Description ~
Dayton stands at the height of 6'4. He isn't much to look at, but he isn't horrible looking either. He has a well built body. His hair is a yellowish green, but looks brown at the sides where it is cut to the skin. He has piercing turquoise eyes. His skin is clear but pale. His nose perhaps a little to long for his face. His lips being small and practically invisible among the paleness of his skin. He has a little cut under his right ear which only is visible from when standing behind him.

Personality ~
He is mostly quiet and reserved. Keeping his cool in a tough or stressful situation. He let's logic guide his actions and pushes emotions aside. The only thing he lives for is to learn and grow. He doesn't care about others well being, or how they feel. In fact he only became a doctor to be able to experiment with the body. He does whatever it takes to survive by any means necessary. He will kill or leave someone behind if it makes the most logical sense. He doesn't care for entertainment, and doesn't like music whatsoever. The only thing that seems to be keeping him sane is the fact that he gets to play around when someone's hurt, and the books he reads.

Bio ~
He knew he was different ever since he was young; people made the point of telling him so. Calling him 'Heartless' or 'Emotionless freak'. He didn't care, because well he couldn't. Ever since he could remember he couldn't feel what others held onto so dearly. He only did, it seemed, when it benefitted him. He was bullied and messed with almost every hour of the day. So he learned to mimic the actions of others. Saying thank you when someone does something nice. Smiling when someone said or did something nice. Or crying when something sad happened. The truth was he didn't feel any of that. After he started doing that; people stopped picking on him as much. His parents were a little less afraid of him and even his teachers started making a note of it. He found joy in only one thing really; learning. He enjoyed it so much; he could feel his mind grow and shape with the new information. He lived to learn.

Other then that he had the standard childhood. Two parents and a little sister. He even had a dog that they had named Phil. They would all come together almost everyday and sing songs. Their mom played several instruments, and their dad was an amazing singer. Bailey, his little sister, had only been four so she would just dance along to the beat. Dayton would hum or play the drums. He enjoyed watching his family and hearing the beautiful sounds they made together. They all looked so happy; so he played along because for them to be happy was beneficial. Then one day his parents got into a fight. He was stuck watching Bailey, while they yelled back and forth outside. That was not the most ideal, so he took Bailey to the river to bathe. They needed a bath anyway. He left Bailey to herself to play in the shallows; while he took a short quick bath. He kept and eye on her the whole time. She was okay; after he was done he went and bathed her. He then clothed her and himself and they made the walk back home. But when they got there all they could see was smoke. Their house had burned down. Bailey cried furiously. This was not a good situation.

He took care of Bailey on his own. They had no other relative; not here at least. Their parents had moved from far away. So Bailey and Dayton were on their own. At a young age Bailey had to learn to take care of herself, and Dayton made sure she knew what to do. He had to start working to supply for both Bailey and himself. So he started working as the local doctor's apprentice. The doctor basically took him under his wing. Dayton had nothing to offer the Doctor, so in return for lessons and pay. The doctor was allowed to experiment with his condition. The doctor said that he had seen it once before; he called it Alexithymia. Dayton felt something. Finally the thing that had caused him so much turmoil had a name. The thing that had been plaguing him since birth could be called something.

Well eventually the doctor died; he was already very old when he took in Dayton. The doctor left his home and his place for Dayton. Dayton was barely 20 when this happened. So he took Bailey and they moved to the doctor's home. The doctor had no family, no wife, no children, the closest thing he had was Dayton. So he left everything for him. Dayton was glad about this. The doctor had a nice home and a nice job. Here he would be able to go about his life in a comfortable manner.

So the day that he was unable to help someone he became ever more intrigued. He experimented on these people; yet they just grew. More and more of his small village were getting sick with the same illness. He became obsessed with it; trying everything none of his knowledge coming into play. He wanted to know what this sickness was, he wanted to figure it out for himself. But the town leaders were not amused with this. They wanted their people cured; not poked and prodded. So they sent him off on some hopeless mission to find the so called magical witches. They hoped that they could help. Since Dayton was the towns doctor; they sent him. Which to him made no logical sense, but he went along with it. As he wanted to figure out this illness, and heal his sister, whom had also fallen ill with this plague.

Strengths ~
