As for Hosted Projects, they are currently closed while we let existing ones see if they fall inactive or not, its been an on going process to slowly clean them up. Applications will be open again in the future, you'll have to explain to us exactly why you need an HP. We recommend you begin any RPs you may have now in the regular sections and apply later when its open.
