Teemo, because I enjoy the annoyance factor he brings to the enemy team. Especially when people think they know where you are and then they find a shroom. And die. 
Or Veigar and his delightful circle of nope. I once trapped the entire enemy team, they were screwed. Chat radiated toxicity and insults before they surrendered. It was glorious.
