Iris is a no nonsense, straight to the point kind of leader with a deep hatred of the Black Kingdom. She has little patience for incompetency and laziness, resulting in her reputation as being one of the sternest Generals in Aurea's history. She's also a gifted tactician with an analytical mindset and the ability to adapt to changes. But behind her stern facade, she's actually a very nice person and actually laments the fact that she's already 36 and still single.
Equipment:Iris wears a set of white armour with gold trim. The standard armour for a General but she opts from wearing the plackart in order to free up her hip movement and increase her movement speed in combat. She also carries a large tower shield that bears the coat of arms of Orgio Aurea's Royal family. In combat, she wields a battle axe while carrying a broadsword as a backup weapon.

Bio:Iris is the second born daughter of former mercenary, Alfonse Schwarzwald, and a former flower girl, Marie Schwarzwald. They lived in a small town located in a neutral province to the North of Orgio Aurea in relative peace and quiet. Iris herself was raised in a house full of love and care, being particularly close to her older sister, Luna. The two of them would often spend time either tending to the small herb garden or gather berries from the berry bushes that grew on the outskirts of their town. Live was pretty peaceful and fun for the first 14 years of her life. That was all changed one day.
Iris could remember that day clearly. Luna had came over to visit with her husband, Henry, to celebrate the starting of their new bakery. Before they could even react, the sounds of screaming filled the air before the clashing of steel followed suit. The Black Kingdom has finally come to conquer the town. Iris and her family quickly attempted to escape with Henry and Alfonse bravely staying behind to aid in the town's defense. Iris, along with her sister and mother, fled the town on horseback. In the chaos, they got separated from their mother and watched on with horror as she was killed by an arrow. The two of them were among the few survivors who made it to the last safe bastion against the Black Kingdom, Orgio Aurea.
Upon her arrival, she was adopted by a former knight who cared for her like a granddaughter. As for her older sister, Luna, she left the following morning in the hopes that Alfonse and Henry managed to somehow survive. For the first couple of years, Iris held on the hope that her sister would return but she never did. At the age of 16, with the desire for revenge in her heart, she trained to be a soldier. She never let the fact that she was an outsider a secret despite the jeers from some of the recruits. In fact, she used their teasing as a motivator of sorts, aiming to be the best recuit she could be.
By age 22, she was the top of the class in combat and showed promise as a commander. However, due to the fact that she was an outsider, she wasn't recommended for the post. That was until her instructor offered her a challenge; if she could defeat the potential commander in combat and tactics, she would be his replacement. She obliged to it and, with grit and determination, came out on top.
By age 34, she managed to rise to the rank of General and became known as the Red Wall after she bolstered the wall guards in both number and skill, and as the Trustworthy Outsider. For obvious reasons.
