Help What's up with the unordered lists?

I noticed that I can't see the bullet points and I'm wondering why that is? I'm using RPNation from my laptop and I'm on the dark mode if that helps at all. Is there anyway to fix this? It conflicts a little with what I was trying to do with an interest check that I'm working on. Thank you in advanced, folks.

Here's the topic and here's a screenshot of what I can see. I will note that it's in a Tab and I'm not sure if that somehow affects how it appears. I've temporarily installed my own custom points for the moment.
