What is your favorite Dr. Who episode?

Mine is: Let's kill Hitler
1. The episode was absolutely hilarious!
2. The thought of going back to kill one of the worlds most evil men is actually really interesting.

This may be extremely cliche (i like 10 better than 11 though) but the day of the Doctor was mine!

Well with what little Doctor Who I have seen I think I'll go with ''Blink'' or ''The Empty Child''. I like the scare factor in both of them. It might be just me but I found those episodes scary.
