after the hellish battle of hogwarts, it was no surprise when death eater families fled. ahmed nagi found himself traveling the world, and eventually wound up in argentina, where he met a witch who shared his supremacist views. they fell into what could be called love and wed, bearing a son two years later.


azrael's mother, sofia, passed away during a freak potion accident when he was only two. ahmed tore himself and his son from the country that reminded him of nothing but his lost wife. they returned to the home that the wizard had grown up in before the war.


his living family helped him to fill his son's head with tales of racism and bigotry. he was sorted into slytherin - much to his father's excitement - due to his strong emphasis on loyalty. it only took him two years to realize how wrong his family had been.


no one was any different based on their blood type, their house. they were only different based on their own attributes.


when he told his father, he was disowned. sent to live wherever he could find.


and by some miracle a kind slytherin alum took him in. she respected him for standing up for his beliefs at such a young age. he's been with her ever since, and calls her mom now.
