The two cloaks that he use have magical abilities, which are concealing his presence and think that he's someone else.

Color of Book

Spell Theme
Paper

Wave's magic is actually the manipulation of paper itself, it can come in many shapes and it is actually pretty useful even if most of the mamodo say that it isn't even worthy of being called magic. With his powers, he can shift it into many shapes which have different uses, some are for stealth and others are for attack, but the most underestimated ability that has this magic, is the power to turn everything, including the own bodies of the mamodo and master into paper, this grants them abilities that no one won't have easily even with years of practice; as the hardest ability that could learn a mamodo is to turn into their element.

The paper magic does have the common weakness of normal paper, but it can be rejected by applying more energy than normal, but that means that this magic also drains more heart energy than needed to counteract those weaknesses.

Spells of the

 Bluish White book

First spell - attack
(Or) Papir-Ganzu
Wave makes snowflake resembling shuriken and throws them at the target. This spell can also control existing paper shuriken and be used to a surprise attack(using the "Or" prefix), the paper shuriken are sharp just like if they were made of metal. Wave excels an excellent aim with this projectiles.

Second spell - attack
Papirusen
Wave creates five origami swans and shoots them at the target, this swans aren't like the shuriken. They are as sharp as the shuriken, but they have a slight homing effect, they slightly bend their trajectory to cut the opponent.

Third spell - defense
Pashirudo
Wave makes a thin but resistant floating paper wall appear in front of Wave. He can actually move the wall to any direction he wants to, but it leaves a side exposed anyway. This spell can also emerge when the master or Wave wants, so it can be casted before the actual use of it.

Fourth spell - attack
Papir Ruku
Wave transforms his hands into paper claws, it is one of his most used spells as this is a few of his close ranged attacks. The claws are actually hard as steel and grants him a partial armor which is useful in hand to hand battle.

Fifth spell - attack
(Or/Gyan) Ranzu Pariron
Wave makes a paper lance and throws it at the target, this lance is pretty strong and potent, it can be casted again as an Or spell and take control of it to attack from afar, but it can be also used as a weapon by using the Gyan prefix.

Personality

He is pretty shy and kind, he sees the beauty in everything and every living bring, even the most dangerous and fearsome ones. Although that kind of mamodo is cursed to have another bloodlust personality, he was one of the rare exception that wasn't implanted with one.

He is in fact willing to fight, but not fight to be the king of mamodo. He's fighting to survive and to protect his most precious friends, he's willing to bear the names of anyone he defeated or killed in the contest to make sure that his master is not hurt.

He even if he looks like if he was a preteen, he has the mentality of a thirty years old male. So he is pretty knowledgeable about the mamodo culture and also has some knowledge of the different human cultures in the entire human world.

He is also a crybaby when it comes to his master, if his master gets hurt by any chance. He would start to cry and try to heal them, even in the middle of a fight, he would start to get worried about his master but won't cry as he doesn't like his enemies to see him cry.

Bio(In the Mamodo world)

Back in the Mamodo world, Wave was the son of the the leader of the royal librarians. A group that was in charge of all the information of both the Mamodo world and the Human work, his father as the leader was the most knowledgeable of all of them, being a survivor and the second place of one of the previous Mamodo wars.

At the very beginning of his existence, Wave's father taught him how to read and write, teaching him the wonderful things that he could do as his son. Wave actually had just a little of interaction with the mamodo of his own age, he was more an introverted guy and always had a book to read or a notebook to write on.

The most interesting thing that he did, was in fact writing his own mamodo book which he would use through the war. His magical abilities weren't the best, as he didn't inherited the magic of his father, which was Seals based magic, but he unlocked his own which was paper based one.

The other mamodo were concerned about his magic, they also laughed at it because it was one categorized as one of the "worthless" magics that any mamodo could have, but he practiced and with the help of his father, he developed spells that were strong enough to outstand the weaknesses of the paper.

With his knowledge about the mamodo magics and his own spell book which he wrote by himself. Wave went to the human world to survive the Mamodo war.

Bio(After coming to earth)

After he came to the Human world or what the humans called "Earth", he was in search for a human who could understand the mamodo language and thus be his partner. He actually liked the place, it wasn't the best location for a war, it was more like a place where you could live and enjoy your life, but the Mamodo war was taking place in that place. He couldn't even imagine how many lives the winner should take.

In his journey through the world, he found people that he thought might be his partners, but they couldn't read the book. It was frustrating to him because every time it happened, he was getting used to be with the human.

The white haired mamodo kept looking at a human to be his partner and master in the Mamodo war, but while doing that, he also kept learning new thing from the humans and their cultures. The humans had so many cultures that it was exciting to see what would happen in every place he went, he met kind humans, but also bad ones. Evil humans that only wanted his power or the ability to teleport to commit bad deeds, but just escaped from them when those appeared.

Finally, he found a city. A normal and simple city, where all seems to be normal. Maybe in that place, he could find his partner.

The cloaks seem a bit op, at least at the start of the rp, especially teleportation.

I would recommend having the concealing cloak, and having him slowly learn how to master it over the course of the rp, instead of straight away.

For the bio, humans can either read the book, or not, I don't believe there's a potential for them to read a little bit of the spell. It's not hugely important, but it's nice to keep things according.

Spells seem fine, I'm assuming you're going to start with the first spell, and then learn the others over time? The order which he learns them isn't greatly important, feel free to introduce them when appropriate to the rp scenario and such, but let me know before you 'learn' the next spell.

The character seems quite well made overall :)

Oh, and just with the grammar, it's not too important on the character sheet since I understand what you're saying, but when you post in IC could you just give it a second read-over :)  It isn't a massive deal, and I'm not going to be a nazi about it or anything, it's just nice to keep it clean :^D
